Fulfillment the nutritional substance of toddler can be overcome by providing additional food in the form cookies. In this study modifying jackfruit seed cookies with the addition of snakehead fish flour to obtain food products with high protein content. Objective: The study aimed to analyze the protein content and acceptability of jackfruit seeds cookies with the addition of snakehead fish flour. Method: This research was a Quasi-Experimental using a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Acceptability research subjects were 25 students of SDN Lenteng Timur 1 aged 10-11 years. Results: Protein content with 4 levels of treatment (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%) is 7.54; 8.38; 9,12; and 9.79. The higher the addition of snakehead fish flour in jackfruit seed cookies, the higher the protein content. Jackfruit seed cookies with the addition of 5% snakehead fish flour were cookies that were liked by the panelists. Conclusion: The addition of snakehead fish flour has a significant difference in protein content. Namun angka 30,8% berada diatas RPJM 2015 – 2019. Lebih lanjut prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Malang dan Kota Malang tahun 2021 sebesar 25,7%. Angka 25,7% masih berada diatas Rencana Aksi Program Kesehatan Masyarakat 2020 – 2024 yang menargetkan stunting sebesar 14%. Kurangnya asupan makanan dan penyakit infeksi menjadi penyebab langsung kejadian stunting pada balita. Program pemerintah untuk mengatasi penanganan stunting pada balita dengan melakukan PMT. PMT modifikasi menggunakan bahan pangan lokal sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan status gizi balita yang mengalami stunting. Salah satu bahan pangan lokal bernilai gizi tinggi adalah tempe kedelai dan kacang hijau. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh substitusi tepung tempe kedelai dan tepung kacang hijau terhadap mutu kimia, mutu gizi dan mutu organoleptik pada biskuit sebagai PMT pencegahan Stunting anak usia 6 – 59 bulan. Metode: Eksperimental dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dan 3 pengulangan dalam analisis mutu kimia, mutu gizi, dan mutu organoleptik. Hasil: Semakin rendah proporsi tepung tempe kedelai maka kadar protein, lemak dan nilai energi menurun dan semakin tinggi proporsi tepung kacang hijau maka kadar karbohidrat meningkat. Simpulan: Perhitungan calculated value taraf perlakuan terbaik yaitu P2 (50:20:30). A further impact, female students may become undernutrition and at risk of experiencing health problems such as anemia which has long-lasting effects on adult health. Objective:This study was aimed to describe menu variations, food waste, and the level of nutritional adequacy of female students at the HM Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri Regency. Design: This cross-sectional study, involved 11 female students. Respondents assessed menu variations using Likert scale from not at all varied to very varied. Food waste was assessed using the Visual Comstock form, and the level of nutritional adequacy was assessed using food recall 3x24h compared to nutritional needs. Results: The menu was assessed by respondents as varied (73%) and very varied (27%), and for food waste, majority of students (91%) left little food. However, 100% students have very less energy and nutrients sufficiency. Conclusion: Even though there was little food left, the level of energy and nutrient sufficiency was still deficit. Semakin banyaknya permintaan ini membuat oknum tidak bertanggung jawab menambahkan bahan kimia berbahaya seperti merkuri yang dapat memberikan warna putih terhadap kulit dalam waktu yang singkat. Efek dari penggunaan merkuri ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai macam gangguan kulit dan organ tubuh. Pengujian adanya merkuri dapat dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif salah satunya yang dikembangkan adalah metode Amalgam. Amalgam adalah campuran dari Merkuri dan Logam alloy seperti Tembaga (Cu), Kuningan (Cu dan Zn), dan Uang Koin Emas 500 yang akan membentuk padatan berwarna silver / abu abu. Logam yang digunakan berwarna selain abu abu / silver sehingga jika terjadi pembentukan amalgam dapat terlihat. Logam akan direaksikan dengan larutan krim yang dicurigai mengandung merkuri. Jika terbentuk endapan berwarna gelap maka krim positif mengandung merkuri. Merkuri yang dapat digunakan untuk uji pendahuluan memiliki batas pada konsentrasi 3% HgCl. Komposisi logam dan konsentrasi merkuri berpengaruh terhadap kestabilan amalgam. Semakin besar komposisi Tembaga (Cu) maka amalgam yang terbentuk sangat stabil / susah untuk dihilangkan. Sasaran yang akan diintervensi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wanita penderita kanker payudara. Dimana kanker payudara merupakan penyebab paling umum kematian di kalangan wanita. Salah satu terapi diet yang diberikan yaitu pemberian konseling gizi untuk membantu pasien menangani masalah diet tentang kanker.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan diet kanker, tingkat konsumsi (energi, protein, vitamin C) pada pasien kanker payudara dengan kemoterapi di Kota Malang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Design dengan menggunakan design Pretest-Postest Randomized Control Group Design dengan total kelompok Kontrol 10 responden, kelompok perlakuan 10 responden. Pengetahuan diet kanker diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner ditandai dengan meningatkanya pengetahuan diet kanker responden. Asupan energi, protein, vitamin C diukur dengan recall 24 jam. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dialkukan dengan tujuan melakukan penyuluhan anemia gizi besi dengan media booklet untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswi SMAN 7 Malang. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan penelitian two group pra-post test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Desember 2019. Kelompok sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel 24 orang yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media booklet ”Remaja Putri Bebas Anemia Sehat Bahagia” layak digunakan sebagai media edukasi anemia gizi besi untuk remaja. Penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah menggunakan media booklet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswi mengenai anemi gizi besi. Hal ini disebabkan karena responden telah menerima informasi dimana sebelumnya responden belum mengetahui informasi mengenai anemia gizi besi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan peningkatan pengetahuan (p=0,017) dan sikap (p=0,000) antara penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dengan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan media booklet.
