The article presents quality models in use and quality models of a software / digital system and a diagram of threats to the quality of software / digital systems and methods for their prevention. The quality model of a software / digital system considers in detail the allocation of a 3-level structure (factor, criterion, metric). Recommendations are given on using evaluation characteristics for different life cycle stages, a structural-functional model of quality assessment present. The latter is connected to the screwdown mechanism positioning the regulator input. The key peculiarity of the developed control system is the inclusion of the positive feedback on gauge setting to the hydraulic screwdown mechanism positioning the regulator input, which leads to the increased system response speed and reduced gauge-control errors, including those occurring in the dynamic profiled rolling mode. The authors present a simulation for the “electric mill stand drive - hydraulic screwdown mechanism drive” system implemented in the Simulink environment of the MATLAB package. The research is based on the mathematical simulation method. A global scientific community places a particular focus on the development and enhancement of the existing renewable electric energy sources. One of the alternative solutions for electricity generation are road energy harvesting systems made in the form of a speed bump. They are to convert car motion energy into electricity. The authors of this research suggest the structure of a road energy harvesting system with a slider-rocker mechanism of the converter transforming mechanical energy into electric one. The article presents methodical basics for calculating the characteristics of a transition process in the mechanical of the electric drive of the road energy harvesting system. The authors developed a mathematical model for the interaction of the retractable pressing platform with a car wheel. The approbation of the method allowed building the transition process characteristics for the road energy harvesting system when a car (1,600 kg) passes along such system at the speed of 20 km/h. The calculations showed that a rocker reaches a peak rotation speed of 269 rad/s; the peak moment value on the generator shaft is 281 N m while a peak power value equals 32 kW. The computational experiments with the object of control of the fourth-order showed that when the inexact plant's model received from the experimental data is used, even a low level of analog noise provokes an unacceptable level of the oscillation of the output variable value. To solve this problem, the use of an integrator in the feedback of the controller instead of state variable values correction is suggested. The integrating link removes the oscillations and residual error in the plant's output. To solve the problem of non-zero initial conditions, two methods of state variable values restoration are suggested. The computational experiments with such an improved dynamic controller showed a satisfactory quality of transient performances. The use of computer vision systems to inspect surface defects in welding is an urgent task, as it allows inspection of defects in the weld and heat-affected zone after the welding cycle. The iRVision 3DL computer vision system can be used for this purpose. The angles at which the sensitivity of the robotic welding inspection system is at its best must be determined to evaluate the quality of the defect detection. When used in combination with industrial robots, vision systems have so far fulfilled only a minimal range of tasks in the process. They are reduced to the tasks of recognizing the object position relative to a given coordinate system of objects or coordinate system with the origin within the object itself. In this work, we investigate the possibility of using the iRVision 3DL vision system to solve the problem of analyzing the quality of welds obtained after welding for the presence of surface defects. The capability of the system to detect surface pores of butt welds on a specially prepared specimen is investigated. The possibility of robotic visual inspection using the iRVision 3DL computer vision system and surface pore detection is established. The choice of changing the voltage distribution on insulators as a diagnostic criterion is considered, on the basis of which the control system is being built. The main requirements for the voltage sensor are formulated. The choice of voltage sensors design and parameters a based on a capacitive divider using the existing component base is considered. The calculation of the sensor parameters was made using the basic equivalent circuit of the suspended insulation string, the developed design scheme of the sensor and mathematical models of the electrics field distribution along the string. Calculations confirm the possibility of registering the appearance of a defective element in a chain-string by changing the voltage distribution along the insulators string. The calculation results were verified on a computer model in the Multisim environment. The experimental part of the work represents the results of laboratory measurements of the glass plate insulators (type PS-70E) capacitances, both new and damaged. The data obtained confirm the correctness of the capacitance values adopted in the calculations. An analysis of the propagation of impulse noise has been carried out. Models have been developed and an analysis of the functioning of digital elements under the influence of interference through the power supply port has been carried out. The typical areas of functioning of electronic means are singled out depending on the amplitude and duration of interference in the power supply network. To determine the exact orientation of the robot's brush in space, many sensors are used, signal processing of which can be quite complex. The approach of processing signals from a heterogeneous array of sensor data using sensor fusion technology greatly simplifies this operation. The article discusses the approach of creating a MIMO model of an anthropomorphic manipulator with data processing of sensor fusion MEMS sensors.
