Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penggunaan ekstrak berbagai daun-daunan. Perlakuan yang diberikan terdiri dari kontrol, ekstrak daun akasia, ekstrak daun sirih dan ekstrak daun jambu biji. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi indeks putih telur. , indeks kuning telur, haugh unit, dan rongga udara telur ayam ras .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawetan telur ayam ras dengan perlakuan daun akasia, daun sirih, dan daun jambu biji memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap indeks kuning telur, haugh unit, dan kedalaman rongga udara, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap indeks putih telur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini perlakuan terbaik ditemukan pada penggunaan ekstrak daun jambu biji. Sakura blok adalah pakan suplemen dalam bentuk blok yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan seperti gula kelapa kualitas rendah, dedak padi, jagung giling, sagu, urea, TSP, garam, mineral mix dan top mix. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dimana P1(rumput lapangan), P1 (rumput lapangan + sakura blok) dan P3(rumput lapangan + sakura blok+ragi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi bahan kering P1(46.79 gram/hari), P2(53,76 gr/hari), P3 (54.71 gram/hari), pertambahan bobot badan P1(24,42 gram/hari), P2(32,83 gram/hari), P3(36,64 gram/hari) sedangkan efisiensi pakan P1(7,24%), P2(7,74) and P3(11,16). Harga dari ayam broiler juga menentukan tingkat kerugian dan keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh pengusaha atau peternak ayam broiler itu sendiri. Harga yang fluktuatif tentu akan menyulitkan prediksi terhadap suatu usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola harga dan trend projection input dan output ayam broiler di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini dianalisis harga pakan, DOC, dan ayam broiler dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 untuk dapat menghasilkan pola harga dan memprediksi kecendrungan harga tersebut lima tahun kedepan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pola harga pakan, harga DOC dan harga ayam broiler di Indonesia lima tahun terakhir cenderung mengalami kenaikan. Hal yang sama juga diprediksi berlaku kecendrungan kenaikan harga lima tahun kedepan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kebijakan yang dapat menjaga kestabilan harga input dan output ayam broiler sehingga dapat melindungi produsen dan konsumen ayam broiler di Indonesia. Extraction blood samples was analized by Kit from iNtRON Biotechnology and amplification of DNA extraction used the primer with fragmen target 318 bp. Sequencing was analized by 1st Base Singapore and this product was analized by Dnastar. This study used 40 female Thin-tailed Ewe aged under 1 year. The method used was purposive sampling. Parameters observed were face length, ear length, chest circumference, chest width, chest depth, body length, shoulder height, hip height, hip width, front leg length, hind leg length, tail length and body weight. Data were analyzed using correlation and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the qualitative characteristics of Thin-Tailed ewes were small body shape, white fur color with black spots around the eyes, nose and other body parts. The morphometric measurements most closely related to body weight were chest width and chest circumference. This survey included 30 local pig producers in total. Direct observation and questionnaires were used to gather data. The data can be analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that the factors influencing the output of pig production in Manokwari Regency were the breeder's age, land and litter size. The study were design with completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments used were: A0 = 0% A1 = 2.5%, A2 = 5% and A3 = 7.5% and the fermentation time used was 30 days. The data obtained was analyzed for variance (Anova). Parameters observed were dry matter, ash, crude protein, crude fiber and crude lipid. Based on the results of this study, fermented sugarcane bagasse had a significant effect (P<0.05) on dry matter, ash, crude protein, crude fiber and had no effect on (P>0.05)crude lipid fermented sugarcane bagasse. The best treatment was obtained at A3 then followed by A2, A1 and A0. The objects of this research observation are all inseminators in Sawahlunto City. The data were analyzed with the simultaneous F test to see the effect of the variables simultaneously and the Partial T Test to see the effect of each variable. The results of the study found that the success of artificial insemination in Sawahlunto City was not very good, where an average S/C value of 3.04 was found. Internal characteristics (years of service, thoroughness, responsibility, technical ability in straw and thawing management, ability to understand the anatomy of the reproductive organs) and external (distance from home to work area, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, sanitation of equipment, communication of livestock reporting) have a significant relationship (P<0.05) on AI success, while internal (experience, training intensity) and external characteristics (IB postal conditions) did not have a significant relationship (P>0.05) to AI success in Sawahlunto City. This research was conducted in Adi Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments with each treatment repeated 4 times, while the treatments were as follows: P0 = ration without the addition of turmeric flour, P1 = ration + 0.25% turmeric flour, P2 = Ration + 0.5% turmeric flour for 30 days. They were fed BNR complete feed as control ration were containing 12% crude protein and 70% total digestible nutrient. The five treatments were: basal diet without green additives supplementation (control; T1); control diet + 5g/kg TRM + 7.5 g/kg RGM (T2); control diet + 10 g/kg TRM + 7.5 g/kg RGM (T3); control diet + 5g/kg TRM + 15 g/kg RGM (T4); and control diet + 10 g/kg TRM + 15 g/kg RGM (T5). Each treatment was replicated 6 times with six birds in each replicate pen. Data obtained in this study were statistically analysed using One way classsification of variance analyses (RCBD). Result showed that supplementation of turmeric and red ginger in the ration did not show any significant effect on nutrient efficiency of broiler chicken.
