The generated look-up table can be used later during Simulink modeling, thus shortening the implementation of the drive chain and speeding up its simulation thanks to the reduced calculation requirements. However, due to the changed circumstances of the use of the efficiency map, instead of the 2 independent variables characteristic of the current state of the engine, 5 independent variables are finally required to directly access the efficiency data, which are the current parameters of the vehicle dynamics.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128042488","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are several options for regulating the excess power (storage, gas engine operation, secondary regulation market [mFRR], demand side management of consumers, etc.). The simultaneous production of peak energy is expensive and may run into capacity constraints. At the same time, storage involves significant losses, additional costs and environmental impact. The previous paradigm, i.e. “Use more electricity at night!” has changed significantly, instead it is more appropriate to implement the “Consume more energy in case of excess production!” principle (e.g. solar production during the day). We are currently investigating which solution is the most favorable in terms of environmental impact.With Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) can be shown that the Smart Demand Side Management (DSM) solution has a significantly lower environmental load and material consumption than the use of energy storage or other regulated power plants. With calculations performed by university students, we show how the storage and regulation of excess solar energy production and the matching of consumption with production relate to each other. All this is facilitated by the lower cost and the necessary Internet communication network available in more and more places anyway.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114275231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Naturally, the conductor sag changes with the temperature and so does the conductor curve. Thus, for different conductor temperatures, the equation of the conductor curve is also different. Oppositely to the common method for the derivation of the equation of the parabolic conductor curve using the maximum sag as the main input datum, this paper shows how the latter can be substituted by the x-coordinate of the low point of the conductor when it is a known or defined datum. The presented method is developed especially for the application in the case of already built i.e. existing overhead lines. The novel equation of the parabolic conductor curve is usable in inclined spans, while in level spans it is not. It is appropriately presented through a suitable numerical example.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130101800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our homes and accommodation facilities are equipped with many wooden or wood-based objects and a lot of electrical conductors. Paper is focused on the initiation of fire from electric installations which are located in the most common materials such as wood, laminate, chipboard, carpet and upholstery of armchair. The aim is to show how the tested materials behave when exposed to an electric initiator. The results of such experiment are particularly useful for fire investigators. A simple test system for overloading is proposed. A wire resistance as temperature indicator prove most suitable for ignition point determining.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131313935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This will accelerate the task execution to meet the increasing computing demands of mobile applications. Various approaches have been proposed to make offloading decisions about offloading. In this paper we present a Reinforcement Learning(RL) approach that considers delayed feedback from the environment, which is more realistic than conventional RL methods. The simulation results show that the proposed method succeeded to handle the random delayed feedback of the environment properly and enhanced the conventional reinforcement methods significantly.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"212 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117300719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the introduction there is a literary overview of the issue that has helped to assume and design the management program in Matlab software. The benefits of this regulation and the need for the implementation of the control of wind power blades are described in more detail and simulated for real cases in practice. The work there is also a description of the introduction of the European Commission regulations to these wind farm regulations. In the end of the paper shows examples of various possible types of wind speed, its direction and rotation of blades to frequency and active performance ratio. This is then pointed to the importance of installing the control units of active power for renewable power generation. Study on changing the rotation of the blades in the control of wind power plants confirmed that it is the necessary need for each turbine that me to be connected to the operation of electricity-sharing systems from electricity produced from electricity sources.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121163209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal of the research is to design an Internet of Things (IoT) based sensor network that can monitor the emotional state of users. IoT is a network of physical objects, devices, machines and other objects with advanced electronics that includes software, sensors and network connectivity, which enables the collection and exchange of data. Using current technology, a set of measurement devices can be used to create a complex sensory network that is capable of acquiring physiological responses and recognizing emotions based on a user’s facial features using facial recognition software. It is also important to automate these devices and the acquisition of sensory data so that they can be easily used without the need for additional user input. The aim of the research is to describe an experiment in which physiological features are collected using inexpensive, common and noninvasive Internet of Things (IoT) devices and the sensory data is automatically sent to a server for further processing. A dataset is created from the measured values and descriptive statistics are used to understand and visualise them.","PeriodicalId":127258,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 5th International Conference and Workshop Óbuda on Electrical and Power Engineering (CANDO-EPE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129759077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
