In the introduction there is a literary overview of the issue that has helped to assume and design the management program in Matlab software. The benefits of this regulation and the need for the implementation of the control of wind power blades are described in more detail and simulated for real cases in practice. The work there is also a description of the introduction of the European Commission regulations to these wind farm regulations. In the end of the paper shows examples of various possible types of wind speed, its direction and rotation of blades to frequency and active performance ratio. This is then pointed to the importance of installing the control units of active power for renewable power generation.
