In this study, there are 3 independent vaiables tested, namely Debt to Equity (DER), Indikator Size (LN), and Return On Asset (ROA). And there is 1 dependent variable, namely Price to Book Value (PBV). The numbers of sample used are 21 manufacturing companies sub sector consumer goods onthes Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sampling technique used was purpose sampling. This research aims to explain whether company size, leverage and profitability influence tax avoidance or not. The research took 24 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2019 period. The data used was collected through purposive sampling and using panel data regression analysis techniques through one qualitative and six quantitative tests. The final conclusion concludes that company size as the first variable has a positive influence on tax avoidance, so that it means companies with large sizes tend to avoid tax avoidance. The second variable, namely leverage, has the result of having no influence on tax avoidance. The research results show that the company has succeeded in identifying responsive market segments, implementing various promotional strategies, and building an extensive distribution network. However, there is room for improvement in each aspect of marketing. This analysis provides a strong basis for developing more effective marketing strategies in the future, with the hope of improving company performance and maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly competitive insurance market. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. Despite being a vital form of social protection, JHT claims management is often in the spotlight due to the various challenges it faces, including effectiveness, efficiency and fairness in disbursement of claims. In this context, this research aims to analyze JHT claims management at the Pratama Rantau Prapat BPJS Employment Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with officers and participants, as well as analysis of documents related to the claims process. The research results show that the JHT claims process faces various challenges, including the long time it takes to complete a claim, a lack of transparency and communication, and gaps in understanding between participants and officers. The conclusion of this research is that significant improvements are needed in JHT claims management. Recommendations for improvement include increasing process efficiency, increasing transparency and communication, and simplifying claims procedures. This mandate was then followed up with Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The application of a reversal of the burden of proof system in reporting gratuities in the context of eradicating corruption has been implemented by Malaysia and Singapore. Platform Aksi Beijing dan Konvensi tentang Penghapusan Segala Bentuk Diskriminasi terhadap Perempuan (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women atau CEDAW) merekomendasikan agar semua pemerintah di dunia agar memberlakukan kuota sebagai langkah khusus yang bersifat sementara untuk meningkatkan jumlah perempuan di dalam jabatan-jabatan appointif (berdasarkan penunjukan/pengangkatan) maupun elektif (berdasarkan hasil pemilihan) pada tingkat pemerintahan lokal dan nasional. Kajian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif,  Analisis data yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data: derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, ketergantungan, kepastian. Hasil kajian, Organisasi-organisasi intrernasional yang berkecimpung dalam urusan perempuan di dunia politik. Salah satu organisasi adalah Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) yang telah menjadi perintis upaya menggali informasi komparatif tentang perempuan yang terjun di dunia politik. Meskipun banyak tempat jumlah mereka sangat kecil, sesungguhnya para anggota parlemen perempuan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan menghasilkan dampak yang nyata. Perlu ada upaya meningkatkan jumlah perempuan di parlemen menuju strategi-strategi untuk memperkuat kemampuan mereka dalam membuat keputusan di parlemen. Kuota merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang paling efektif untuk menjamin akses perempuan menuju kekuasaan politik. Peristiwa dari perlawanan perempuan itu klimaks saat terjadi tindakan represif oleh aparat keamanan ketika dilakukan pengukuran lahan untuk lokasi penambangan. Warga desa laki-laki dan perempuan diintimidasi, ditangkap, dipaksa, diseret, dan dipukul oleh aparat keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan informasi tentang terjadinya perlawanan perempuan dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya serta strategi penyelesaian konflik agrarian tersebut. Jenis penelitian dokumentasi dipilih dengan pendekatan riset kualitatif dan teknik analisis desktiptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer berupa pernyataan dan hasil investigasi aparat pemerintah dan non pemerintah yang dipublikasikan lewat media online dan media maintrream. Sumber data sekunder berupa data yang dipublikasikan institusi pemda. Hasil temuan yaitu munculnya perlawanan perempuan dipicu oleh adanya konflik kepentingan yang bersifat tertutup dan terbuka antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah terkait dengan penambangan batu andesit. Dalam konflik sosial ini telah terjadi tindakan represif yang dilakukan aparat keamanan terhadap masyarakat yang menolak proyek penambangan batu andesit.
