Findings And Discussions: Amidst a signicant shortage in the provision of\u0000effectiveprimary care, jeopardizing millions ofIndians'access tobasichealthcare services, especially thepoorest, it is very evident\u0000that nurse practitioners are the need of the hour in India. Their role in advanced practice could allay a signicant portion of the\u0000shortage in the health workforce ratio, thereby, transforming their role as rst contact providers. Taking lessons from wellestablished systems and evidences on the panoramic impacts of nurse practitioners in terms of cost-effectiveness, accessibility,\u0000holistic, and patient-cantered approach; their role is very signicant for a country like India. Capitalizing on nurses in advanced\u0000practice to increasingpatient'saccess to healthcare services willbeappealingandbenecial. A Cross-Sectional - observational Study was Material and Methods:\u0000conducted on 200 antenatal women in the second and third trimester with normal singleton pregnancies using SAMSUNG HS50\u0000ultrasound machine. The result suggests a positive linear relationship of GA with fetal kidney Results: length. However, no\u0000correlation of GA with volume was noted. FKL measurement can be used as a reliable ultrasonographic Conclusion: parameter\u0000for estimating the GA in the 2nd and 3rd trimester and correlation increases when used with other parameters. The\u0000present paper details the management of a case wherein a substantial cystic lesion was incidentally identied following an\u0000episode of dengue fever during a routine abdominal scan. Case Presentation: A 24-year-old male presented to the surgical\u0000outpatient department (OPD) with the incidental discovery of an intra-abdominal cystic mass during an ultrasound scan\u0000conducted as part of his evaluation for dengue infection. He underwent surgery and was discharged after a successful recovery.\u0000Conclusion: Mesenteric cysts are uncommon benign abdominal lesions with a 3% risk of malignant development. Most cysts\u0000are asymptomatic and are discovered by chance or during the treatment of their problems. The mesentery of the small bowel is\u0000the most common origin, followed by the mesocolon. Social\u0000support inuences health-related behaviors and can play an important role in adaptation to pregnancy. This study aimed to\u0000assess and compare the perceived mental health and social support during pregnancy among primigravida and multipara\u0000mothers. Materials: This was a ccomparative study. The accessible sample was recruited from pregnant mothers attending\u0000OPD at community health centre in Kurali, Punjab. Total 300 pregnant mothers were selected. Out of these, 150 mothers were\u0000primigravida and 150 were multipara mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Perceived mental health was assessed using the\u0000kessler distress scale (k-10) and perceived social support was assessed by multidimensional scale. Results: Comparing the\u0000perceived mental health and social support scores between pregnant mothers in primigravida and multipara group, it was\u0000found that multiparas had more psychological distress and less social support as compared to primigravidas. There was a\u0000negative statistically signicant correlations observed between perceived mental health and perceived social support of\u0000primigravida and multipara mothers (r = -.454 and p= 0.00* and r =-.526 and 0.00*) respectively. Conclusion: The ndings\u0000from this study suggested that multipara mothers during pregnancy are vulnerable for mental illness and perceiving scarcity of\u0000social support as compared to primigravida mothers. Hence, it was suggested that high social support lowers the risk of mental\u0000illness. The prevalence estimates for the general population vary greatly, from 5% to 50%. It is one of the\u0000major contributors to lower quality of life among the young population and may have an adverse effect on mental health. AimThe study aims to compare tear lm among digital screen users and non-users. This was a cros Material and Methods- ssectional study conducted on 150 patients who were divided into 2 groups. One group was of digital screen users and the other\u0000was of non-users. The patients were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and the study was started after getting\u0000ethical clearance. A thorough history was taken and the OSDI questionnaire was lled followed by an examination on IDRA.\u0000The values of NIBUT, Interferometry, tear meniscus height, and meibomian gland loss were calculated and analysis was done\u0000using STATA and SPSS software. In our study, we found that the tear lm in users Findings- was not as healthy as compared to\u0000non-users. In our study, we also found that out of 75 users, more than half of users were having a severe form of DED. It was seen\u0000that the values of mean NIBUT, Interferometry, and tear meniscus height were lower in the user group than in non-users and\u0000users have more meibomian gland loss in comparison to non-users. The study has a p-value of 0.001. Conclusion- The study\u0000concludes that the symptoms and signs of DED are more common among digital screen users than non-users.
