Methods: From Dec 31, 2020 to Jan 11, 2021, a convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct an online survey of residents in 34 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country.The survey content included demographic characteristics, vaccine hesitancy, and the dimensions of the \"3Cs\" (confidence, complacency, and convenience) model.We analyzed the influence of demographic characteristics on vaccine hesitancy by χ2 test.Logistic regression was used to evaluate the effects of \"3Cs\" variables on vaccine hesitancy. Results: A total of 2 531 respondents were surveyed.Their average age was (33.9±8.9) years old, male to female ratio was 1:1.42, and vaccine hesitating respondents accounted for 44.3%.Logistic regression analysis found that gender (ORfemale=1.33, 95%CI: 1.12-1.58), monthly income (compared with 10 000=1.57, 95%CI: 1.25-1.97), healthcare workers(ORno=1.39, 95%CI: 1.12-1.73), and confidence (OR=0.47, 95%CI: 0.40-0.56) and complacency (OR=2.49, 95%CI: 2.10-2.96) in the \"3Cs\" model showed statistically significant impacts on the hesitation of COVID-19 vaccines. Conclusion: The confidence and complacency dimensions in the \"3Cs\" model have an impact on the hesitation of COVID-19 vaccines.Future interventions can focus on improving the public's confidence and reducing complacency associated with COVID-19 vaccines to increase the vaccination rate. © 2021, Editorial Department of Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences. Methods: An online D-efficient discrete choice experiment was conducted from Jan 5, 2021 to Jan 12, 2021, in 1 241 people (with 1066 valid feedbacks), using choice sets with 5 vaccine attributes:protection rate, adverse effect, protection duration, convenience of vaccination, and out-of-pocket cost.Conditional Logit and panel mixed Logit models were used to analyze the effect of vaccine attributes on preferences, while random-effects Logit model was used to analyze the effect of vaccine attributes on vaccination willingness. Results: The COVID-19 vaccine with high protection rate(βefficacy 95%=1.76, P<0.001), low adverse effects(βlow risk=1.93, P<0.001), long protection duration (β5 years=0.59, P<0.001), convenient vaccination process(βconvenient=0.53, P<0.001), and less cost(βcost=0.14, P<0.001) was preferred by the public. Methods: We collected the demographic information of participants, cognition and attention to COVID-19, attitude towards the disappearance of COVID-19 and answers to the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) on the Shanghai online psychological counseling platform from Feb 4th, 2020 to Mar 11st, 2020.Multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze the associations between COVID-19 epidemic and State-anxiety and Trait-anxiety. Results: Of 704 participants with an average age of 33.24 years (ranging from 18 to 73 years), the mean State-scores and Trait-scores were 44.49±6.31 and 46.19±5.22, respectively.In multivariate Logistic regression analysis, after gender stratification and adjustment of related variables, we found that for males, engaging in relevant prevention and control work was associated with a lower risk for medium or high State-anxiety (OR=0.28, 95%CI:0.09-0.89), and holding a intensively positive attitude was associated with a lower risk for medium or high Trait-anxiety (OR=0.25, 95%CI:0.07-0.87);while for females, those with medical background had a lower risk for State-anxiety (OR=0.17, 95%CI:0.03-0.92), and those paying moderate attention to epidemic had a lower risk for Trait-anxiety (OR=0.22, 95%CI:0.07-0.69). Conclusion: COVID-19 epidemic had different effects on the anxiety status of psychological counselors with different characteristics.Psychological counselors who have poor cognition of the epidemic, excessive attention to the epidemic, low hope for the disappearance of the epidemic, and non-disease prevention and control profession are more susceptible to greater anxiety, which are the key objects of protection in the event of public health emergencies. © 2021, Editorial Department of Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences. Methods The online survey was conducted from Feb 5th to Mar 1st, 2020, at the peak of the COVID-19 epidemic in China. Approaches of accessing antenatal care information, COVID-19 related antenatal care knowledge and individual prevention behavior was collected via cross-sectional design. Results A total of 1 936 valid questionnaires were obtained from 21 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. Under the COVID-19 epidemic, 75.4% of the pregnant women reported they got institutional service and health education information from hospitals' official new media accounts such as WeChat and Weibo. Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that pregnant women who received information from official accounts of new media had higher scores of COVID-19 relevant antenatal care knowledge (aOR=1.36, 95%CI:1.08-1.71, P<0.01)and individual prevention behaviors(aOR=1.46, 95%CI:1.18-1.82, P<0.01) than those who obtained information from other sources. Conclusion The access to antenatal care knowledge via hospitals' official social media accounts was associated with better antenatal care knowledge and individual prevention behaviors among pregnant women. Under major public health emergency, it is suggested for health institutions to disseminate antenatal health care information via hospitals' official accounts in new media like Wechat and Weibo. Appropriate training should be developed to ensure the quality of health education and service provision in official new media accounts. © 2021, Editorial Department of Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences. Retention behaviors of vitamin D3 and its 3 isomers were studied by altering the mobile phase. Firstly, acetonitrile was mixed with different proportions of methanol, water and ethanol as the mobile phase to investigate the effects of these 4 mobile phase components on the retention behavior of vitamin D3 and its 3 main related substances (isomers) on a C18 column. Then, a suitable mobile phase was selected for content determination and impurity analysis according to the retention behavior study.\u0000 ResultsThe recovery was only 80.55%-84.37% with 100% acetonitrile as the mobile phase.The addition of ethanol in acetonitrile was found to make remarkably significant improvement. Recovery rate was achieved between 98.07% and 103.23% with V (acetonitrile):V (ethanol)=90:10 as the mobile phase, while improving peak shape. The method showed good linearity [(0.52-5.2)×10-4 μmol/L, R2>0.999] and fine density (RSD < 2.32%) which can be used for determination. For impurities profile, it could be achieved using V (acetonitrile):V (water)=95:5 as the mobile phase which can obviate interference from soybean oil matrix.\u0000\u0000 ConclusionsThe method established in this experiment can easily and accurately determine the content and impurity analysis of vitamin D3 soft capsules with soybean oil matrix in a RP-HPLC system.","PeriodicalId":12635,"journal":{"name":"Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"23-31"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47411789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
