The study used the descriptive-analytical approach and a questionnaire as an instrument to achieve the objectives of the study. The instrument was administered to a sample consisting of (61) parents of students with learning disabilities, who were selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the level of stress was high among parents. The findings also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the respondents about psychological stress resulting from education due to the variable of gender and educational level of the parents. The study recommended providing educational means for parents on how to deal with the psychological pressures they are experiencing in light of the continuation of distance education during the pandemic of the new Coronavirus (Covid-19) and finding alternatives for children to spend their time in useful ways during periods of home quarantine due to the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133694932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The practical work was proposed for the students to do it asynchronously within a week, with daily monitoring by the teaching team. The sample selected in a non-probabilistic way for convenience is 16 fourth-year students studying MethodologyThe most frequent characteristics of the scientific knowledge identified by the students were descriptive, explanatory and predictive It is striking that none recognized the provisional nature of the knowledge that flowed permanently with the information provided by the sources consulted.It is interesting to note that the number of views was 200, therefore if an average per student of 12.5 views of this resource available on the web offers the possibility of a truly enriching exchange. As heads of chairs such as Methodology where students begin to go through the steps of an investigation,it is necessary to look for alternatives within the available resources that motivate students, generating curiosity, synergy and proactivity. Promoting spaces for the exchange of opinions, information transfer is key to strengthen skills associated with critical thinking and communication. New technologies by providing the possibility of asynchrony and synchrony allow a fluidity in the exchanges between the teaching body and the students.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125785798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper reviews the concept of adult education and the existing methodologies used in the delivery of adult education programmes. It also examines the various ICT devices that can be used to complement adult teaching methodology. The technological devices considered in this paper includes: mobile phones, projectors, slides with moving pictures, radio, television, computer/ laptops and internet facilities. The paper discusses the benefits of using these devices alongside adult teaching methodology to enhance effective teaching and learning activities in rural communities. The paper concludes that incorporating these devices into adult teaching methodology, particularly in rural communities would promote active learning, enhance critical thinking skills of adult learners, create awareness, facilitate learning and develop rural communities. The paper therefore suggests that; governments should provide necessary equipment and internet facilities in rural communities to aid adult’s teaching and learning activities. Also, quality technological devices should be made available in all the adult education centers to promote teaching and learning activities. Lastly, regular trainings, conferences and seminars should be organized for facilitators and workers on the use of ICT devices to improve teaching and learning activities.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132105585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The type of research is qualitative with an ex post facto model, and it's done that way. The method used to get data in this study is called field research, and it includes things like observations, interviews, and documentation. The total number of people in this study was 153, and the total number of people in the sample was 21. This study found that extracurricular activities can help students develop a variety of character traits, including: In (b) the flag ceremony, students learned how to be disciplined, patriotic, and able to defend their country. The role of nationalism and the country as a whole. (c) When individuals do exercise, they become disciplined, orderly, keep their bodies healthy, and build relationships with other people. (d) Scouting: Activities that build a democratic, confident, obedient to social rules, spirit of cooperation, respect for diversity, independence, discipline, hard work, and responsibility are all part of Scouting. While the things that help and hurt extracurricular activities are (a) the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students, the cohesiveness of all parties, parental support, the teacher's role model, good communication between students and teachers, and enough time. (b) things that make it hard to do something Lack of teachers for extracurricular activities, different family backgrounds, and limited facilities and infrastructure make it hard to do extracurricular activities.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121460206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research subjects were NUL fourth year students across the seven faculties namely, the Faculty of Agriculture (FOA), the Faulty of Education (FOE), the Faculty of Health Sciences (FOHS), the Faculty of Humanities (FOH), the Faculty of Law (FOL), the Faculty of Social Sciences (FOSS) and the Faculty of Science and Technology (FOST). Data was collected from their past examination papers (2016/2017). This paper employed the interpretivist paradigm and has analysed the data qualitatively. The study has also employed the descriptive and case study designs. The students’ continuous writing was the focus of this study since Transformational Generative Grammar (TGG) and Cognitive Grammar (CG) are the theoretical frameworks which the present paper was based on and therefore require continuous writing. The findings of the present paper reveal that NUL students have a relatively low level of syntactic complexity in their writing as shown by how they used adverbial clauses of concession. The study therefore concludes that NUL students have a moderately low level of syntactic complexity demonstrated by how they used this feature.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123851608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study sample included 20 male and female students from Irbid city, Jordan, who were chosen purposefully, and distributed randomly to two groups. The first group was the experimental group that was taught using the active learning method, and the other group was the control group that was taught according to the usual method. The study used a reading test, which was verified by presenting it to a group of judges. The reliability of the list was checked by using the test and re-test method and the Pearson's coefficient, which was (0.95). The findings revealed the presence of differences between the mean scores of the two study groups on the post-reading test, in favor of the experimental group. The results did not show any statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in the post-reading test due to the gender variable. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends preparing training programs on active learning and preparing a guide for teachers, which can be used to teach and learn reading skills for students with learning disabilities.","PeriodicalId":125505,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Edusci","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126080244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
