We analyze the structure and parameters of each component, and study the trajectory planning method of industrial robot. Firstly, we use D-H parameter method to establish the link coordinate of industrial robot, and analyze the kinematics of the robot. Secondly, according to the parameters of the robot kinematics, the robot kinematics model is built by Robotics toolbox in Matlab, and the trajectory planning simulation is carried out. We conclude the angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration of each joint in the motion of the robot, and verify the feasibility of the trajectory planning. The proposed algorithm mainly consists of two stages: background subtraction and reflection detection. Firstly, background model is established using mixture of Gaussian, and foreground stripe is detected with reflection model. Secondly, reflection stripe is described using multi-scale morphological gradient, and secondary reflection stripe is removed with normalized cross correlation. However, due to the sintering process, the parts are very porous and have poor mechanical properties when compared to injection molded, cast, or machined equivalents. Thus, there is an opportunity to develop post treatment processes to reinforce these structures. In order to predict the possible improvement in mechanical properties, the shape, size, and permeability of the pores needed to be characterized. This study captures the baseline tensile mechanical properties, and investigates the levels of porosity via fluid penetration and optical tests. Parts were immersed in both high and low viscosity substances to fill the pores, so as to investigate the extent of penetration, and thus, observing porosity levels. In order to achieve greater penetration levels a vacuum was applied to evacuate the entrapped air, causing the fluid to be adsorbed readily. Initial results showed that nylon SLS specimens are inhomogeneous in terms of porosity levels i.e. the density in different areas of the specimen can vary. To locate multiple target under complicate illumination, an improved vision system was designed in this paper. After analyzed kinds of image-binaryzation strategy, we choose the adaptive threshold binarization as the image binarization strategy. Through image processing, morphological processing, adaptive threshold binarization and contour detecting algorithm, a vision system have been designed out on the platform of Virtual Studio 2013. A masticatory robot with higher kinematic pairs (HKPs) simulating TMJ behavior is introduced. Kinematic equations of the HKPs are derived based on three-dimensional kinematics of rigid bodies and differential geometry. Position, velocity and acceleration of the contact points are analyzed according to the characteristics that the condyle movement involves rotation and translation simultaneously. Given a target trajectory, the position of contact point, velocity and acceleration relative to articular surface of fossa are obtained by simulation based on the contact kinematics of the HKPs. A new structure of off-line programming system for welding of six degree of freedom robot is built according to the characteristics of vehicle door welding. In this paper, C++ as the programming language and functions and development tools provided by UG/OPEN are applied to create a system of equipment modeling, motion simulation, path planning, off-line programming, state monitoring and other functional modules. In this research, the welding objects and six degrees of freedom robot were modeled respectively, genetic algorithm is used to realize the path planning of vehicle door welding, and a new system is applied to simulate the welding of the door, which proves to be effective. The original images need image preprocessing to obtain high quality image. Then 5000 small pictures are obtained as samples including weld seam and non-weld seam sub regions. 4000 sets of samples are randomly chosen as training data and 1000 left are selected as testing data. In this paper, the structure of neural network is designed to get the optimal model. In the process of training and testing, accuracy rate can reach 92% by adjusting node number of hidden layer of network. Experiment results show that various types of weld seam could be identified well based on this new algorithm. As a result, the new algorithm is very effective and has some advantages. Network structure is very simple. Moreover, less training time is requested. However, at the same time, it is still experiencing obstacles, such as confined working space, the absence of force feedback information and lack of visualization etc. The spinal cord and spinal nerves connect the brain with the rest of the body. They are quite vulnerable and small damages on them may lead to severe body dysfunction. This paper presents that using Raman spectroscopy as an analytical tool to identify spinal cord and spinal nerves from surrounding tissues for MISS purpose. Ex vivo Raman experiments is done on swine backbone samples with a fiberoptic Raman sensing system to examine the viability of this work. A total number of 750 raw spectra of bone, fat, muscle and spinal cord are obtained and data pre-processing procedures are employed before multivariate analysis. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) are then applied for data dimensionality reduction. Due to DC plasma torch has high energy density, it is widely used in the field of plasma spraying, metal cutting and welding, waste treatment, and gas production etc. This paper presents a new DC plasma torch structure with a high-frequency arc ignition circuit which is capable of generating laminar plasma flow. The plasma torch in this paper has multiple electrodes including a water-cooled cathode, a water-cooled middle electrode and two water-cooled anodes. For convenience, compressed air is chosen to be working gas. The air intake method is designed to be rotating to get a more compressed plasma flow. The diameter of electrodes gradually increases along the direction of the plasma jet. A new cathode structure is designed in this paper. The arc is ignited between the cathode and the middle electrode. After the compression of the first and second anode, the plasma jet is stable and laminar. Besides, a new arc ignition circuit is designed which can be coupled into the main power circuit in series connection. A high-voltage and high-frequency arc ignition circuit is designed to generate the arc. Key features of the stomach motion are explored and described in the viewpoint of engineering. A soft robotic model of the stomach is conceptualized for the purpose of in vitro simulation of the contractile motion of the stomach. Soft lithography and lost wax methods are implemented in the fabrication.
