This research was conducted to find out how teacher’s teaching creativity and interactional communication influence student’s learning achievement in facility and infrastructure administration of class XI office administration 2017/2018.This research uses explanatory survey method, and the data collection technique used is a questionnare with Likert scale model. The sample of the study are 102 students from 136 students of the total population of class XI office administration 207/2018  The data for analysis technique used is multiple regresion analysis.The result of hypothesis analysis testing obtained the conclusion that there is an influence between theacher’s creativity and interactional communication to student’s learning achievement that simultaneously have a strong influence in facility and infrastructure subject of class XI office administration.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kreativitas mengajar guru dan komunikasi interaksional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana kelas XI Administrasi Pekantoran 2017/2018.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatory dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 siswa dari jumlah populasi 136 siswa dari kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2017/2018. On the other hand, it was also intended to uncover the effect of the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers’ performance efectivity in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered interval scale model. The data analysis technique employed simple linear regression. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung by 90 of respondents. Based on the analysis results, the figure of the implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 is in the effective category; and the teachers’ performance efectivity is in the high condition. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 (X) affects the teachers’ performance efectivity (Y) positvely and significantly.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu, dan efektivitas kerja guru. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala interval. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 berada pada kategori efektif, dan gambaran efektivitas kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Data analysis technique which used was simple regression. The result showed that motivation has a positive influence towards effectiveness of teachers’ work significantly. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs, obtain a description of the level of control of the competence of office administration expertise by learners, and to determine whether there is influence from the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs to mastering the competence of administrative office skills by participants educate. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. Members of the sample are 58 learners who have implemented prakerin program on Office Administration. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research, obtained information that the implementation of industrial work programs in the category of very effective and control of the competence of office administration by students are in the high category. In addition, the results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of prakerin implementation to the mastery of the competence of office administration expertise by the learners of 17.78% in the Office Administration. Based on the results of the research, the authors suggest that the parties involved in the implementation of prakerin maintain and or improve the effectiveness of prakerin implementation in order to improve the mastery of the competence of administrative skills of the Office by the learners, especially in the supervision and guidance by the school / industry supervisor / mentor to the participants educated during prakerin implementation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Results of the analysis showed that the principal's leadership style had an influence on the performance of teachers. Respondents are teachers of SMK Negeri  Bandung as many as 66 civil servant teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. The results of data analysis show that the school organization culture is in the high category. Professional teacher competence is in the high category and the performance of teachers in SMK  Bandung is in the high category. Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained that the school organizational culture and professional competence of teachers both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bermaksud  mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru di salah satu SMK di kota Bandung. In the  school organization context, the climate is  element part of external motivation of human resources any body include the teacher.Rembering that school organization climateis is given effect to the teacher motivation in work, so we can state that school organization climate have empirical support to the teachers motivation in spite of research case have done that the support is litle bite.ABSTRAKBertitik tolak dari kondisi empirik bahwa kadar motivasi yang ada dan dialami oleh setiap individu anggota organisasi tidaklah bersifat stagnan, melainkan bersifat fluktuatif, dalam artian terkadang berada pada posisi kuat  atau sebaliknya berada pada posisi lemah, hal tersebut sangat bergantung kepada kuat lemahnya factor stimulus yang diterima sumber daya manusia. Yang menjadi persoalan adalah manakala motivasi itu berada pada posisi lemah. Keadaan demikian akan berdampak tidak baik bagi kehidupan organisasi di masa-masa mendatang. Dalam konteks organisasi sekolah, iklim merupakan bagian  dari unsur stimulus eksternal  motivasi sumber daya manusia, siapapun termasuk di dalamnya adalah para pendidik.
