Also a review of Altman Z score model for Turkey case is assessed whether it is applicable to Turkish companies and how accurate the results are. This study differentiates itself from the previous studies by the content of the data; it includes both publicly traded companies and private companies. Additionally, there are only a few studies are applied for random forest model in bankruptcy prediction in Turkey. For this reason, it aims to fill the gap from both a rare used model and originality of the data. The data consisted of the 80 firms' financial ratio analysis between the years 2013 to 2018. There are 44 firms are listed in BIST; remaining 36 firms are private firms with the size of small and micro enterprises. Random forest model with use of Altman variables has shown 95% performance and surpassed the other three models. Moreover, the classification results for publicly traded companies was 100% for Random Forest whereas other models have shown greater performance for private firms than publicly traded firms.

In this context, this paper observes SNA (System of National Accounts) from a new perspective of global public goods and further understands the public goods attributes of national accounts. The global public good is developed from the theory of public goods. According to its definition, classification, and supply rule, SNA is considered a global public good in essence. In terms of characteristics, SNA belongs to means-oriented and best shot supply-oriented global public goods. It has network effect and belongs to network global public goods. And it is also global institutional knowledge, belonging to knowledge-based global public goods. Although SNA serves as a global standard of national accounts, it is not mandatory for consumption. As a global public good, SNA can enhance a country's statistical ability, avoid and reduce the cost of developing the system of national accounts, and reduce transaction costs. At the same time, SNA has the problem of underprovision and underuse, which requires global cooperation in the revision process of SNA. The evolution of SNA demand determines the evolution of SNA supply. Therefore, even if SNA is a global public good, it does not mean that countries should copy SNA, but need to "localize" SNA and transform it from a global public good to a national or regional public good.\u0000

This paper proposes that when the unemployment rate reaches a high level for some time, the persistence phenomenon, or hysteresis, weakens the attractive forces of the natural rate of unemployment. The unemployment rate can then reach a different equilibrium value. However, according to Blanchard and Summers, this equilibrium is unstable and fragile. In the second part of this paper, we propose an indicator to measure the intensity of the attraction forces of the natural rate of unemployment. How to evaluate the development of the digital economy reasonably and scientifically has become a top priority. Taking 278 prefecture-level cities in the Chinese Mainland from 2010 to 2020 as the research subject, this paper first constructs the digital economy indicator system of Chinese cities from four dimensions: digital industry, digital users, digital innovation, and digital platforms. Then, this paper adopts the gray-target entropy weight method to calculate the digital economy index and sub-indexes of Chinese cities. Finally, this paper analyzes the development of China's urban digital economy from the statistical characteristics and development trends of the index and sub-indexes. The results show that China's urban digital economy and the four dimensions, have experienced stable development from 2010 to 2020, but there is regional heterogeneity. This is mainly reflected in the differences in the development speed of different cities in these dimensions, making the gap among different cities expanding year by year. To identify the study's unit root, we employed the ADF and PP tests. The short- term and long-term impacts of human capital investment on unemployment are estimated using the Autoregressive Distributive Lag (ARDL) model. The presence or absence of cointegration is assessed using the ARDL bound cointegration test. The Pairwise Granger Causality test, in contrast, is used to ascertain whether there exist causal relationships between variables. The study's findings demonstrate that government health spending on human capital has a significant impact on Bangladesh's long-term unemployment rate. Government spending on education and the unemployment rate are causally related in a single direction, according to the Pairwise Granger test. In the short term, the analysis showed no discernible relationship between human capital investment and unemployment rates. To build a healthy nation and eventually lower Bangladesh's unemployment rate, it is urged that the government should increase health spending and strengthen the health sector. To connect education with employment, the government may give vocational and career-focused education equal weight with general education.

This paper uses the data of China's A-share listed agricultural companies from 2015 to 2020 to explore the impact of digital financial inclusion on the technological innovation efficiency of agricultural enterprises and answer the question of whether digital financial inclusion can solve the financing problems of agricultural enterprises and provide them the necessary support to stimulate their technological innovation effectively. Firstly, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to measure the technological innovation efficiency of agricultural enterprises, and the Tobit model is adopted to analyze the impact of digital financial inclusion on the technological innovation efficiency of agricultural enterprises. Secondly, the influence mechanism of digital financial inclusion is explored. Thirdly, the heterogeneity test is conducted for enterprises with different characteristics. Finally, we discuss how the marginal effect of digital financial inclusion changes. The empirical results show that: first, digital financial inclusion has a significant promoting effect on the technological innovation efficiency of agricultural enterprises, and the impact is prominent in a wide range; second, digital financial inclusion can promote technological innovation through the mechanism of enterprise digitization, financing constraints and market efficiency; third, non-state-owned enterprises with high financing level are more suitable to encourage innovation through digital financial inclusion; fourth, the promoting effect of digital financial inclusion has structural characteristics, and it shows an increasing trend with the improvement of enterprise innovation level.\u0000

Reginato
\u0000\u0000Purpose of the paper: In a society facing epochal challenges, all educational levels are called to propose new answers and strategies. This paper suggests the collaboration between Universities and Primary Schools as a means to spread entrepreneurial mindsets in children and to conceive useful answers to social challenges. Methodology: This research is based on an in-depth analysis of an ongoing project that engages one University and three Primary Schools, involving 175 children aged from 6 to 10 years. To evaluate the project's efficacy, families and teachers were invited to fill out a questionnaire, and a statistical analysis has been done. Results: Findings show the efficacy of the project in terms of the improvement of social orientation, creativity, self-esteem, perseverance, autonomy, and proactivity of children. These skills have been registered within the educational context and the social life of children, underlining a positive effect on society. Research limitations: The main drawbacks refer to two distinct sides: the study and the evaluation of the project's efficacy. Regarding the study, focusing on a single project inhibits the possibility of generalizing results. Further studies can consider enlarging the sample, by analyzing similar projects oriented to primary schools, or propose comparative studies focused on different school levels, to deepen the knowledge of the best age to launch entrepreneurial projects. Concerning the evaluation of the project's efficacy, as it has been done in the short term, results could be affected by the initial enthusiastic appreciation of the proposed activities. However, to assess the long-term efficacy, further studies can replicate the analysis to observe the project's effects on the children's life, jointly considering school and family. Academic and practical implications: Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature on entrepreneurial education in primary schools by introducing the influential role of University. For practitioners, this research offers best practices to inspire other successful cases to spread an early entrepreneurial mindset. Originality of the paper: The study elucidates the relevance of the early entrepreneurial mindset as a means to face the current social challenges and suggests developing that entrepreneurial mindset by building a bridge between University and Primary schools. Specifically, through the in-depth analysis of a project, this study spotlights how Universities can support primary schools in overcoming difficulties due to resources constraint and lack of adequate entrepreneurial and managerial competencies by promoting extracurricular projects managed by researchers in Management and Entrepreneurship.\u0000\u0000

To this purpose, we investigate the impact of GDP on LE60 in parallel with the impact of GDP on Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). The rationale for selecting IMR as a comparison indicator is twofold. First, the relationship between IMR and GDP has been widely studied. Second, the two indicators display opposite trajectories, making the comparison more striking. For our comparison, we conduct several statistical analyses on LE60, IMR and GDP using global country data grouped by income level and region. Our results endorse the effect of GDP on LE60 and IMR and suggest a differentiation of the effect based on region and ultimately on income. We observe that as countries develop, their IMR values lower and their LE60 values increase. We conclude that, once countries reach the upper stages of development, LE60 becomes a better health indicator than IMR.
