Implementing systems and technology in an organization or company is one way to survive market openness and provide sustainability. One of the SMEs in Jakarta just began using the Odoo ERP system to help them in their daily business processes. Evaluating user acceptance of the ERP is one step in the evaluation stages. Knowing the factors that influence the usage behavior will be a preventive action as they will continue to implement other features on the system. Because of the detailed variables, Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) was found suitable to learn about the user acceptance of ERP systems and the factors that influence it in one of the retail businesses in Indonesia as they are becoming smart SME. From the 23 hypotheses, the employees' anxiety is the biggest obstacle in using the Odoo ERP system. Having the employees understand the entire usage of the system can positively impact user confidence in the system's functionality, convenience, and behavior.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126160290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Inadequate health services are a challenge for the health sector in Indonesia. Moreover, the development of technology and the need for digital health service applications during the COVID-19 pandemic have become one of the problems urgencies for government, private sectors, and communities. This study aims to identify the types, needs, and challenges of digital transformation of health service applications in each province in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods with systematic literature review analysis techniques. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the catalysts for accelerating the digital transformation of health service applications in Indonesia. Health service applications are grouped into three: health services (63 services), health information systems (82 systems), and helpdesk or customer management systems (51 types). Limited access to health services, discrimination in accessing health services, etc are reasons for the need for digital health service applications during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital health services can eliminate geographic isolation in meeting the basic needs of timely and quality medical care. In addition, the challenges of digital transformation of health services, including limited access to health services, discrimination in accessing health services, inadequate doctor-resident ratio, and a significant shortage of health workers between urban and rural areas are challenges for health services in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124336920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Valid data is one of the keys to government organizations carrying out public services. The administration of the government by using information technology is a challenge for the Indonesian government. The electronic-based government system policy aligns with one Indonesian data set to accelerate the implementation of information technology-based public services and improve data management problems. The Directorate General of Corrections (GDC) is one of the implementing elements of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MHLR), responsible for formulating and implementing policies and technical standardization in the correctional sector. Correctional institutions as one of the pillars of law enforcement in Indonesia. Efforts to change the process of handling criminal cases based on information technology have been carried out by the government, which helps accelerate law enforcement officers' tasks in handling quality cases. An integrated system for handling criminal cases based on information technology performs a data exchange mechanism between law enforcement officers to fulfill the values of justice, legal certainty, and expediency. The report on implementing the national strategy for preventing corruption in 2021, strengthening the system for handling criminal cases in an integrated manner based on information technology, got 27.8% results. To improve data quality in data exchange, good data management is needed. Therefore, this study aims to measure the maturity of the data governance program at DGC and provide corrective measures to increase the maturity of the data governance program. The Stanford data governance maturity measurement tool in this study was used to measure the maturity of the data governance program. The results obtained are the maturity level of the data governance program with an average of 1.93 (initial), with the foundation component having an average value of 2. On the other hand, the project component has an average value of 1.82. Recommendations for increasing the maturity level of data governance at level three consist of thirty recommendations.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131494549","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper enhances the military technique for recognizing and identifying air objects by utilizing a Support Vector Machine (SVM) combined with information fusion. For this purpose, SVM, as the recognizer, generated knowledge of 11 characteristics that consist of the Wing, Engine, Fuselage, and Tail (WEFT) of 155 military and civilian aircraft and helicopters. Then, the identification is carried out by the information fusion from the SVM result. Using the 80:20 scheme, the combination of SVM and information fusion can achieve an average accuracy of 99.60% during training and 98.39% during the testing for the combination of primary and secondary characteristics. Another important thing is that this combination can speed up the process of recognition and identification by up to 0.52 seconds.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132064950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is generally found that Microsoft teams Maximize interaction amongst students with peers, and this is even more significant in the case of flipped learning as we can see different in the number of students who agree in the experiment classes compared to in control classes. Microsoft teams also helps students to interact with teacher every time outside the class, which again, more students from experiment class agree compared to students from control class. This indicates a flexibility and of course require teacher's effort and determination. More students in experiment class also agree that Microsoft Teams enable students to do a lot of practice. This indicates the occurrence of transition to a learner-centered approach, bringing through and creating rich learning opportunities since in-class time is dedicated more to exploring topics in greater depth.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"15 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130066245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Video can record an event that can be viewed again for certain purposes. One of them can be used to detect the presence of violence in that recorded video. However, manual observation takes a long time and foresight. Therefore, it is necessary to automatically classify the presence or absence of violence in a video using computer vision. In this paper, we extract features from video using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and then classify them using Support Vector Machine (SVM). As a comparison, feature extraction is also carried out using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). By using the Hockey Fights and Movies datasets, training and testing were carried out with kernel linear, radial basis function, and polynomials. The experimental results show that feature extraction with DWT has a higher accuracy rate than PCA. However, the time for training and testing required by DWT is longer than PCA.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114924535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It compares machine learning techniques for their preliminary implementation. The proposed framework was developed by analyzing the clinical business process and modifiable/non-modifiable risk factors for CVA before being mapped onto accessible IoMT devices that can be used for the modified CPS framework. A publicly available dataset from the NY Open Data repository with class imbalance was treated using SMOTE then used with six ML techniques, namely: artificial neural network (ANN), logistic regression (LR), random forest (RF), ensemble voting, gradient boost (GB) and AdaBoost. They were then compared based on ROC AUC as the primary metric to determine individual classification ability. Results show that models that dealt with the imbalanced data could have high accuracy, like RF with 97.28% but still not perform well enough with an AUC of 0.71. However, ensemble techniques with over 95% accuracy obtained an AUC of 0.82. The results obtained from the conduct of this study will be used for further implementations of the MCPS framework and further improving the algorithms used as a component of the proposed CPS framework.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116324376","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
