There is a lack of usage of science and technology by lecturers in the teaching-learning process so that 6 assignments given to students can't be valued effectively and efficiently. The purposes of this study are 1) The implementation of e-learning through the SIPDA program to support the assignment process and integrated character assessment., 2) Finding the results of e-learning program implementation used by lecturers in supporting the learning process. Find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of e-learning implementation used by lecturers. This study used qualitative research with data collection in class, the object of this study is the implementation of 6 KKNI tasks based on e-learning which integrated with characters. The time and place of the research were in the 3-semester students which took sociology courses in B class. The results of this research are 1) SIPDA e-learning program applied by lecturer and student in the process of sociology learning through implemented 6 KKNI tasks so that the assessment and assignment process can be carried out effectively and efficiently to build student character, 2) in the learning process the lecturer used the problem based learning model by using SIPDA program as e-learning media.","PeriodicalId":124864,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies (formerly ICCSSIS), ICCSIS 2019, 24-25 October 2019, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"39 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127492846","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Biophysical primary data and slope levels are obtained through measurement and direct observation. Reusam Island has an area of about 22 hectares, which is divided into 4 regions, a shrub area of 14.22 Ha, rock cliffs covering an area of 4.63 Ha, in addition there is also a fishing area of 1.71 Ha, and a sandy beach area as an ecotourism area during this area of 1.4 Ha. Based on the analysis of the beach carrying capacity of Reusam Island, the maximum number of visitors in one day is 264 people, this shows that the carrying capacity has now been exceeded by the number of visitors on Sunday, this will certainly have an impact on environmental degradation such as environmental pollution. Waves of extreme radicalism happening in Indonesia has become one of the factors behind the act of various media to critique the issue stated beforehand. Among the media is the film Rumah Merah Putih. This film demonstrates love and compassion for the homeland. Within this film, there is a scene that was inspired by the incident of Johannes Adekalla who climbed a flagpole during the commemoration of the 73 Indonesian Independence Day at Atambua, Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur in 2018. The context within the film becomes a strong motive in forming critiques and criticism, both artistically and aesthetically. The research question then becomes what issues are being criticized in the film and how did the film delivers its criticism to the wide audience. In line with this, the analysis of culture and society becomes a critical and crucial aspect of deconstructing and identifying the meaning of the film. Text and context analysis within the film will be studied using Sven Windhal and Denis McQuail's communication model (1982). Thus, the hidden and implicit ideology buried within the visual wrap of the film Rumah Merah Putih will be revealed and studied critically.","PeriodicalId":124864,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies (formerly ICCSSIS), ICCSIS 2019, 24-25 October 2019, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132224003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Industry 4.0 extends the human capability to perform good and bad acts with the emerging technologies that it possesses. In line with that, Industry 4.0 also acquires the potential of increasing inequality within society. Concerning Industry 4.0, the important thing that we should give attention to is the regulation in the field of Law of Information Technology. One of the issues as the impact of Industry 4.0 is the case of Baiq Nuril Maknun regarding sexual harassment by a phone call which sparks dialogue and critiques from various experts. Baiq Nuril Maknun was sentenced by the Supreme Court to 6 (six) months imprisonment and a fine of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah) subsidiary 3 (three) months imprisonment. the Supreme Court judges considered that Baiq Nuril has violated Article 27 paragraph (1) of the Law No. 19 the Year 2016 regarding the amendment of Law No. 11 the Year 2008 regarding Information and Electronic Transaction (ITE Law). The case experienced by Baiq Nuril is a form of discrimination against women by law. The Supreme Court verdict on Nuril ignores a sense of justice towards women as victims. At the District Court level, Nuril was declared free, but when the prosecutor appeals this case to the Supreme Court, the verdict against Nuril was burdensome. The decision was deemed to deny the sense of justice because—in this case—Nuril’sposition as a victim of sexual violence was not considered by the Supreme Court judges to evaluate the decision. Thus, the decision made implications for the urge to grant amnesty from the President to Baiq Nuril. The case became a booming populist issue on news media. Through the study of Feminist Jurisprudence and the study of media within society. The Supreme Court’s verdict on Baiq Nuril Makun’s case will be examined in depth by taking into account the aspects of women’s protection in the field of law. This research was conducted with a questionnaire tool, interviews and field observations of 22 informants who have good pond infrastructure and have been practicing silvofishery pond model for 5 years. This research uses the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that all of the questions asked to farmers, there were 10 statements that were submitted and 4 of them were the most frequent statements that could be a conclusion about the background of the fish-farmer practised silvofishery pond model, including percentage of mangrove in the pond, affects noncultivation production during the high tide (95 %), total area of mangrove stands has a positive impact on the activity of crab enlargement in the pond (91%), maintaining the presence of mangroves around the pond can better affect fisheries production (91%), and the number of stands mangroves in ponds can prevent damage from wave blows (86%). As the factors that indicate silvofishery pond model as one of disaster mitigation efforts is the continuity of the mangrove function as an instrument to protect the land from erosion and abrasion, the presence of mangroves on the pond can reduce and absorb strong winds from the sea and as a producer of organic materials that support the food chain.","PeriodicalId":124864,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies (formerly ICCSSIS), ICCSIS 2019, 24-25 October 2019, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126955080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research develops a model of Pancasila and CivicEducation lectures directed to prevent radicalism on campuses with a focus on research at Universitas Negeri Semarang and Universitas Samudera, Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with document analysis and interviews as well as model development. The results of this research show that Pancasila and Civic Education teaching materials on both campuses did not discuss anti-radicalism education at all. Pancasila Education material was more dominant in philosophical, juridical, and slightly historical aspects. While Civic Education material was also more dominant in discussing legal and political aspects. Social and cultural aspects with multiculturalism or diversity and tolerance materials did not appear in the learning. The lecture did not bring out multicultural dialogue that can give birth to diversity awareness among students. Based on these findings, a model of material that incorporates multicultural and tolerance values as a big frame in Pancasila and Civic Education Learning is proposed.","PeriodicalId":124864,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies (formerly ICCSSIS), ICCSIS 2019, 24-25 October 2019, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"1047 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131738226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
