Indonesian Migrant Worker (IMWs) can also be used to provide product information from Indonesia that is available in the city where IMWs works. This is very helpful for identifying products made in Indonesia that are available abroad. This research aims to explore the export potential of Indonesian-made products based on IMWs perceptions. This research is a case study with 50 IMWs in Hong Kong. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. Research results show that products made in Indonesia are available at supermarkets and grocery markets in Hong Kong such as herbs (spicy kitchen), instant noodles, instant drinks, snacks, body treatments, medicine and others. The products found in supermarkets and grocery markets in Hong Kong can be used as a potential export of Indonesian-made products in Hong Kong.","PeriodicalId":124550,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management and Innovation, ICoSMI 2020, 14-16 September 2020, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128651001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The emergence of online tutoring innovation which provides a learning service changes the learning model from being conducted face-to-face to an online environment. Moreover, the offline tutoring has given a lot of pain to their customers. In order to understand the customer, some time-consuming methods have been performed. However, these methods are less efficient compared to data analytics using social media. Hence, we conduct a research using text mining to process 6618 tweets. As a case study, we use Ruangguru that has proven its existence by providing 15 million users in 2019 and gain international funding to operate its business. Our objective is to unravel the pain felt by customers of offline tutoring and observe Ruangguru’s disruption process in Indonesia which has emerged in the midst of pain while using offline tutoring. As the result, disruption has occurred in the tutoring market by Ruangguru since 2014, where they provide a value that consists of private leaning, filling the pain in the obstacle and reluctant category of pain. As years go by, Ruangguru keep being consistent, even getting better, as shown that more various values continue to answer the pain of offline tutoring. In order to develop the sustainable innovation, pain identification is suggested to every tutoring agency. They should consider every solution to overcome the pain felt by its customers, so that churn rate can be prevented.","PeriodicalId":124550,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management and Innovation, ICoSMI 2020, 14-16 September 2020, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129331700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

TAPERA is a housing finance program through the fertilization and utilization of community funds which are used for the construction and improvement of community housing in a sustainable manner. Since TAPERA is a long-term program, one of the important issues is sustainability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the challenges of the sustainability of the TAPERA Program as indicated by the financial position (surplus or deficit) and queue of participants. Projection of the sustainability of the program is carried out through simulations adapted from the model developed by the Directorate of Housing Financing Team, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. The study results show that the critical number of TAPERA funds is mainly influenced by the allocation of fertilization and utilization. Based on the simulation of a sustainable program, an optimistic scenario is applied with an allocation of 65% utilization and 35% fertilization. On the other hand, the growth in the number of participants in the queue (waiting list for TAPERA benefits) is above the growth in the number of beneficiaries. This is a burden for TAPERA in the future. Under these conditions, the policies that must be considered are adjustments to the level of savings and subsidies for participants.","PeriodicalId":124550,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management and Innovation, ICoSMI 2020, 14-16 September 2020, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia","volume":"138 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131544399","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Estimation using BEKK-GARCH (1,1,1) found that volatility spillover in ASEAN-5 countries are varied. There is no spillover volatility indication in Singapore and Malaysia. Meanwhile, unidirectional volatility spillover from the stock market to the government bond market was founded in Philippine and Thailand. Bi-directional volatility spillover, from the stock market to the bond market and from the bond market to the stock market occurred in Indonesia. The various result of ASEAN5 countries presumably caused by the different levels of financial and institutional depth among the countries. However, it is common to find that m-payment integrated with e-commerce. Why does it happen? To find this out, we conducted this research. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) used to parse the decision to use the m-payment technology. Then added financial literacy as antecedent for decision using mpayment. Data collected using questionnaires distributed to students and collected 120 respondents, then analyzed by using SEM. The result showed that the perception of easy to use is not a consideration in using m-payment but rather the perception of usefulness and security. The financial literacy does not influence the intention to use m-payment, but it has an impact on the behavior of using mpayment.","PeriodicalId":124550,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management and Innovation, ICoSMI 2020, 14-16 September 2020, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114110820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
