At present, many enterprises are embarking on an optimized financial sharing system in financial management. The shared system for financial management is a product of the big data era, which will make financial management easier, faster and more efficient, and is crucial to the development of enterprises. However, the stability of the financial sharing system, the repair of loopholes, its adaptability to the enterprise, and its integration with the technology of the times have been the primary issues that need to be addressed. This paper applies intelligent algorithms to the data analysis of the financial sharing system. Through the analysis of actual financial data of several enterprises, it is concluded that the optimized reporting method is at least 2.3 times faster than the traditional one, and the speed improvement will be more obvious for companies with larger and more complex data volume. It can be seen that the optimized reporting method is at least 2.3 times faster than the traditional one, and the speed improvement will be more obvious for companies with larger and more complex data volume. With 42% of financial expenses, it can be seen that the financial sharing system under the intelligent algorithm is effective in controlling the cost of financial expenses. IPFS supports the creation of fully distributed applications where large files will be split into small file blocks stored in multiple server nodes and the resource platform invokes the deployed smart contracts to provide a basis for future resource copyright disputes. As the crystallization of human wisdom, terminology carries the core knowledge of a specific field. There are many algorithms for calculating the similarity of words. Most of the algorithms lack the analysis of various relationships between words. Therefore, when the similarity is quantified, the calculation results of the similarity of words are not accurate enough. As one of the research hotspots in terminology, terminology translation is widely used in machine translation, cross-language information retrieval and bilingual dictionary compilation. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of Japanese and Chinese terms, and makes a detailed study on the international patent classification number (IPC) of the patent documents where the terms are located, the Chinese character information contained in the terms, and the collocation information between words in the terms.
