As a new intelligent technology, the research and development and application of automatic control technology have attracted extensive attention in the agricultural field. The principle of the automatic adaptive control system of agricultural machinery is to sense the information of the surrounding environment through the sensors installed on the agricultural machinery, and control the agricultural machinery to automatically track the target path through the decision of the adaptive controller based on the given target path in advance. In the process of continuous development and improvement of agricultural machinery technology, the requirements of agricultural machinery for automation technology are becoming more and more strict. In recent years, the scope and technical means of applying automation control technology in agricultural machinery are also constantly extending, among which the application of sensor technology has effectively promoted the development of agriculture. Unlike the non traction machinery with continuous operation mode, which has operation quality requirements and pursues the stability of speed, the agricultural machinery control system based on adaptive control is different. It needs to adjust the speed through the adjustment of hydraulic adaptive control device according to the change of external load. Because the adaptive control of agricultural machinery can effectively improve work efficiency and operation accuracy, intelligent agricultural machinery is widely used in facility agriculture. Twenty-five variables in the data set are selected as the parameters of the Bayesian network for learning. Combined with the Bayesian network structure, the probability distribution of traffic accident casualties under the influence of ethnic distribution, population number, traffic volume, roadrelated conditions, and other factors is inferred, and the causal relationship between 25 traffic factors and traffic accident casualties is analyzed. The results show that under the influence of ethnic distribution and population, the probability of death is 0.169 and injury is 0.164; Under the influence of traffic volume, the probability of death is 0.19 and injury is 0.162; Under the influence of road-related conditions, the probability of death is 0.165 and injury is 0.172. The Bayesian network model has high accuracy, and the error rate accuracy is only 8.889%. Congestion management is an important research direction in the field of high-performance network, and network congestion will have a great impact on the global performance of the network. The existing congestion management mostly adopts distributed congestion avoidance strategy, which can solve the network congestion problem to a certain extent, but its processing process is based on local information, which can’t make full use of network resources and has low processing efficiency. SDN (Software Defined Networking) brings programmability and flexibility to the network. Based on this characteristic of SDN, this paper proposes a new network congestion control algorithm. Multi-objective optimization algorithm is a dynamic programming method. It can simplify complex problems and realize the description and quantitative analysis of the relationship between different objects and variables in the system through mathematical modeling. This paper mainly uses the method of analytic hierarchy process and algorithm comparison. Through the performance comparison of different aspects of the system, the relevant conclusions of multi-objective optimization are obtained. In this paper, six parameters of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total ammonia (TN) were selected as water quality evaluation indexes to establish the water quality grade evaluation system. With the water quality data of Jiulong Lake as training samples, a water quality identification model based on BP neural network was established. And by the golden section method to determine the optimal network structure, and by using MSE and R2 as indicators of accuracy test.
