摘要

在检测数据利用率方面,我国某一设备各系统的检测数据利用率不高,且缺乏对设备各系统参数系统的整体管理和利用,无法记录系统的动态性能评估、故障定位、维护信息等健康管理。文章以信息技术(人工智能与分析、健康管理技术)为纽带,最大范围的对诊断维护资源进行有机整合,形成资源共享的设备健康管理平台,可实现对设备的基本信息管理、设备使用情况的跟踪监控,并支持设备的及时维护和智能快速诊断。
