HEV is powered by battery, photovoltaic (PV), or fuel cell. It needs boost converter linked by bidirectional converter to achieve maximum power output. Maximum power point is achieved by setting reference power to manage bidirectional converter duty cycle. This paper shows design of HEV using PV and battery controlled by fuzzy logic controller. Bidirectional converter is used to adjust the charging current and discharging current of the battery. Regulation of the current is aimed to prevent damage to the battery, and reduces gassing phenomena that occurs in lead-acid batteries. Fuzzy logic controller is designed to optimize battery lifetime and used capacity. Simulation result shows that bidirectional converter has 90 percent efficiency and can regulate the charging current and discharging current. The prototype system that was developed includes electrical stimulator and sensor systems. Electrical stimulator was designed to generate pulse train that was realized using non-isolated boost converter. Sensor system was designed to measure gait phases that was realized using FSR sensors and to measure lower limb joint angles that was realized using a fusion of gyroscope and accelerometer-based tilt angle sensor. In order to remove measurement error due to bias error of the gyroscope and fluctuation of tilt sensor, Kalman filter was used to estimate true lower limb joint angles. Each system was tested separately. Testing was done by measuring the stimulator's output on the tibialis anterior muscle stimulation in normal subjects. The characteristics of pulse train in accordance with the desired specifications and capable of producing contractions in the tibialis anterior muscle. Sensor system was tested to measure gait parameters in subjects who walk normally. The extraction of scattering parameters, i.e. reflection coefficient (S11) and transmission coefficient (S21), are performed by the electric fields obtained on different observation planes closed to the dielectric material. Some isotropic dielectric material which partially and fully loaded circular waveguide are included in the analysis. To validate the result of FDTD method, another analysis is carried out by using finite element method (FEM) commercialized software. Furthermore, the FDTD method is also applied to analysis a circular waveguide loaded with some anisotropic dielectric material. From the result, it shows that the proposed FDTD method has a good agreement qualitatively compared to the commercialized software with some discrepancy on the extraction result less than 3% for isotropic dielectric material loaded circular waveguide. Modeling of the OCRcurve using methods like the direct data storage and curve fitting gave only approximate models. Therefore, in this paper proposes modeling of OCRs using Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation (LMBP). An implementation of OCR in the digital OCR used ARM microcontroller STM32F407VGT6 is to improve performance of the relay significantly. LMBP is developed using different numbers of neurons. The current and opening time of the circuit breaker are used as input and output in the LMBP training. LMBP developed in the OCR curve model using sample data from protection coordination is implemented as real time in Hess Indonesia Corporation. The weights obtained by the LMBP are used to run the LMBP program in the digital OCR. The well known digital OCR product is used for comparison. An essential step in RSA computation lies on its modular multiplication which is relatively expensive and time consuming to be implemented in hardware. This paper proposes two modular multiplication architectures based on modified serial montgomery algorithm for 2048-bit RSA. By limiting the integer modulo that has sequence of A094358, a very simple and fast modular multiplication hardware can be developed. The first archictecture which incorporates 2048-bit adders performes better in term of latency (19010 Logic Cells, 2048 clock cycles or 0.0022 s), while the second architecture utilizing multiple smaller 128-bit adders offers less area consumption (8926 Logic Cells, 36864 clock cycles or 0.0031 s). An area multiplied with squared latency (AT2) can be used as trade-off parameter for choosing the most suitable design for certain need. Induction motor is operated inside experiment chamber with high humidity to accelerate the insulation deterioraton. Insulation resistance (IR) and polarization index (PI) values are used to evaluate insulation condition. Moreover Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-ray analyzer (SEM-EDAX) test is performed to understand the microscopic insulation surface condition. The result shows that the moisture caused by high humidity environtment is decreasing PI index significantly eventhough the IR is high. In the certain condition, white powder is visible on end winding of motor. This special shoes need to have the size and shape of the feet measured correctly. And in some cases, the patient couldnot be asked to lay their feet on the printed board. In this case, the use of two pose image based measurement can help. There is a serious lack of artists who can add notation to represent gamelan, that cause arrangement research happens, the act of arranging and adapting a piece of gamelan notation. In this case, music transcription is the conversion process of music signal into numbers or symbols representation. The existence of this transcription research, the music can be played back using the results of transcription which used as a music notation guide in the play Gamelan. Process of transcription in this research use STFT (Short Time Fourier Transform) method. Human has great tendency to build rooms with plane between wall to wall, and wall to floor to be perpendicular each other. This condition gives many advantages so we can use those information to reconstruct 2D imaged room back into 3D space. This paper is aimed to automatically extract and reconstruct room into 3D space from single 2D image only. Our method is begin by localizing ground segment from image, then followed by determining which border of ground should be assumed as wall. Once ground and wall border is identified, we calculate corresponding 3D coordinate of ground and wall using homography and cross ratio.
