Some of critical emotions are happy, sad, anger, disgust, fear, surprise etc. Facial expressions play a key role in non-verbal communication which appears due to internal feelings of a person that reflects on the faces. In order to computer modeling of human's emotion, a plenty of research has been accomplished. But still it is far behind from human vision system. In this paper, we are providing better approach to predict human emotions (Frames by Frames) using deep Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and how emotion intensity changes on a face from low level to high level of emotion. In this algorithm, FERC-2013 database has been applied for training. The assessment through the proposed experiment confers quite good result and obtained accuracy may give encouragement to the researchers for future model of computer based emotion recognition system.","PeriodicalId":123773,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123209460","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The resolution of medical images thus becomes crucial in obtaining accurate details for diagnosis and treatment. X-ray and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Technique are the two acquisition techniques which are widely used in medical imaging. The images acquired by these processes are of low resolution. But due to the limitations of the equipment cost and complexity, the resolution of the images cannot be improved in situ. The method of Super-resolution uses either a single low resolution image or a set of multiple low resolution images improves the image resolution, PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) and the quality Index. In the last few decades many super-resolution methods were proposed. These methods had limitations in their utility due to the assumed model of data and noise. In this paper, we have proposed a method of enhancement of knee image taken using X-ray, MRI using TV regularization, shock, median, frost and wiener filter for noise removal. We also calculate the Joint Space Distance which becomes important in treatment of knee ailments like Rheumatoid Arthritis.","PeriodicalId":123773,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117241877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We develop a cross layer data monitoring algorithm in order to correlate the MAC (Medium Access Control) layer parameters with network layer parameters for effectively detecting malicious nodes from the network. For segregating the malicious nodes, our approach utilizes both the single and cross layer parameters. information about detected malicious node ids from the network is broadcasted to the other nodes in the network. The routing protocol which is used in the simulation is AODV (Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector). The performance of our technique is proved by the simulation of our system model using the network simulator NS-2. Experimental analysis reveals that our proposed approach defends the Black hole attack with better performance in terms of packet loss ratio, packet delivery ratio and Normalized Routing Load.","PeriodicalId":123773,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123428380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Car engine consists of electrical and mechanical components that are highly complex in structure. Faults in the car engine may cause the entire system to fail. Disparity check for damaged component in the assembled car engine is very important and a developing area in automotive research sector. There are many techniques used in fault detection and for missing components in the assembled cars. In this paper, we present the automated disparity check system for assembled car's engine. Automated inspection system implemented using feature matching technique to inspect the assembled car and to find the missing/damaged components. It is observed to be very fast and accurate. The proposed system detects any missing components and detail them with a label. Complete system has been developed with Matlab and image processing techniques [4]. Since India has agriculture as the main source of production, proper irrigation schemes are to be employed for an efficient outcome. This design automates the irrigation process thereby reducing the manual intervention and the water losses. It is more helpful in the places where water scarcity is seen more. It consists of 2 sensors which takes the values of temperature of surroundings and moisture level of soil. Output of these sensors are given to ADC and then to microcontroller. Microcontroller compares the values with the threshold values and drives the relay which controls the motor. LCD display is used to display data in the field. GSM modem is also a part of design which helps in transmitting SMS to farmer's phone number which contains the status of motor in field. Method: For comprehensive representation of class information multi-view patterns are generated for predefined classes by dint of formulation pursuit, followed by correlation measures to estimate low dimensional embeddings (LDEs). The LDEs with statistical significant p-values are fused and fed to ensemble learning models. Results: The models have been demonstrated with benchmark EMG data sets. Experimental aftermaths and subsequent comparison with stateof-the-arts in terms of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity manifest the efficacy of proposed MVL. Conclusion: The algorithm effectively classifies both pathological and normal templates with learned patterns. Thus, it promises to alleviate the onus of clinician of large volume data and also expedite the large scale diagnosis research. Further, it ensures the suitable adaption to home-care health monitoring portable devices. Significance: The MVL automatically identifies EMG templates with significant reduction of dimensionality and complexity.","PeriodicalId":123773,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"101 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123161776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
