Semenjak adanya pandemi COVID-19, pendapatan Spanyol pada sektor pariwisata menurun cukup drastis dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelum ada pandemi COVID-19. Pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi Spanyol dalam meningkatkan kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara ke Spanyol. Penelitian ini juga membahas dengan menggunakan konsep Public-Private Partnership dan Tourism Marketing. Public-Private Partnership digunakan untuk menjelaskan adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan lembaga-lembaga non pemerintah dalam strategi Spanyol dalam meningkatkan wisatawan mancanegara. Sedangkan Tourism Marketing digunakan untuk bentuk-bentuk promosi dari Spanyol untuk meningkatkan wisatawan mancanegara. In order to survive, those businesses depend hiqhly on the ability in attracting buyers/. The trategy used to draw the buyers’ interests is by adding the capitals of the businesses throuqh merchandise credit system, in the sense that they continuously increase their merchandise on display by gaining them from the creditors. This study applied qualitative method to obtain descriptive data, while the research samples were taken by using Purposive Sampling technique, based on the merchandise they sell to the customers. \u0000The data analysis described the social background of those small-scaled business operators before they decided to be small-scaled traders, their ages and education, their geograpchical mobility, and their binding to their native culture. In addition, it also discussed the business activities of those small-scaled merchants, related to their business chains, their capitals and their relationships with the buyers. In their trading chains, those merchants applied the strategy of increasing their business capital throught merchandise credit system, producer consigment, agent consigment, and supplier consigment. There are five patterns of credit they applied in order to increase their capitals. They are : (1) regular customer credit, (2) upon selling payment credits, (3) installment system, (4) consignment, and (5) comission system. The first pattern enables the merchants to obtain a relatively large amount of merchandise credits with a payment due after a certain period of time. The second pattern provides the merchants with merchandise in the morning and the payment due is at night. While the third pattern enables them to get merchandise with a regular partial payment at agreed time periodically. The fourth pattern means that they obtain merchandise from supplier and the payment can be done when the goods have been sold. And the fifth pattern enables the merchants to obtain merchandise with the basic price agreed by the merchants and the suppliers, then the merchants can resell it at a price profitable for them. Considering that the state civil servants is a public servant whose duty is to serve the entire community, they are required to always develop their competence through the management of technical education and training. Employment agency and human resources development as the organizer of technical education and training has held various kinds of technical education and training, one of which is the management of technical education and training of goods management. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of the research is the effectiveness of the management of technical education and training for the state civil servants based on four stages of Kirckpatrick consisting of reactions, learning, behavior, and results. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, while the data sources used are the main data sources and additional data sources. The results showed that the management of technical education and training conducted by employment agency and human resources development was effective. Namun di sisi lain, potensi konflik kelembagaan kerap terjadi, khususnya Kementerian Tenaga Kerja (Kemnaker) dengan Badan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (BP2MI) yang dalam praktiknya sama-sama berperan sebagai regulator dan sekaligus operator sehingga kerang mimbulkan tabrakan kebijakan dan kegamangan pada kelembagaan pengelola PMI di daerah. Tujuan kajian adalah menganalisis dinamika kelembagaan dalam tata kelola PMI. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi literatur. Studi literatur adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian (Zed, 2008:3) yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, yaitu tentang dinamika kelembagaan dalam tata kelola PMI.Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: Pertama, kebijakan tentang tata kelola PMI yang dibuat karena adanya kepentingan politis melahirkan disharmoni kelembagaan antar pengelola PMI yang berdampak pada tidak optimalnya implementasi UU No. 39 Tahun 2004 tentang Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. Kedua, adanya dualisme institusi pengelolaan PMI – Kemnaker dengan BP2MI – melahirkan kerancuan dalam tata kelolanya di tingkat lapangan atau daerah, karena secara organisasi fungsi komando Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di daerah berada di bawah Kemnaker. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang makan di tempat Rumah Makan Mie Sakera Jember. Jumlah sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 85 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Pengujian instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adanya beberapa penurunan yang dialami membuat lanjut usia tidak bisa melakukan pekerjaan dan kehilangan penghasilan sehingga lanjut usia rawan jatuh ke dalam kemiskinan. Lanjut usia yang mengalami kemiskinan tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya secara mandiri seperti pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan. Atas hal tersebut, pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi membuat program perlindungan sosial kepada lanjut usia sebatangkara dan kurang mampu melalui program Rantang Kasih. Banyaknya jumlah lanjut usia di Kecamatan Cluring membuat Kecamatan Cluring menjadi kecamatan yang warganya paling banyak mendapat bantuan program Rantang Kasih dibandingkan kecamatan lainnya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik penentuan lokasi menggunakan purposive, sedangkan penentuan informan menggunakan snowball. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi non-partisipan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Miles Huberman, sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa konsep yaitu konsep lanjut usia, kebijakan sosial lanjut usia, pelayanan sosial lanjut usia, perlindungan sosial lanjut usia, dan konsep pelaksanaan program. E-parking is an e-government program launched with the hope of being able to meet the needs of the people of Surabaya in the parking sector. The reason underlying this research is that the Surabaya City Government answers various parking problems that are complained by the community by implementing a technology-based parking service program, namely parking meters. With this parking meter, he hopes to be able to provide solutions to parking problems in the city of Surabaya. Therefore, there are indications of wasting the regional budget (APBD) if this program does not run in accordance with what the Surabaya City government wants. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. In this study, researchers used 4 (four) data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then tested for validity through the product moment correlation test using the SPSS 26 application, then the data that were declared valid were presented and analyzed. The data analysis technique in this study uses frequency distribution. The data evidence is in the form of respondent's questionnaires, photos, and also interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that the e-parking service program implemented by the Surabaya City Transportation Service is declared effective. Based on the results of the calculation of the frequency distribution, it shows significant results that the implementation of the e-parking service program is in the Good category with a total frequency of 47% with a total of 47 respondents. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sejumlah 100 orang wajib pajak yang menggunakan Samsat Corner untuk membayar PKB, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling berupa accidental sampling, yaitu suatu metode penentuan sampel dengan mengambil responden yang kebetulan ada atau tersedia di suatu tempat sesuai dengan konteks penelitian. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekundernya dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas lalu dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan statistik deskriptif dan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jawaban dari responden menyatakan sangat efektif dilihat dari hasil penentuan kelas interval efektivitas program yang telah dilakukan, telah memberikan hasil sangat efektif untuk program Samsat Corner dari hasil kualitas output program yang telah diberikan kepada masyarakat kota Jember, dengan presentase 46% dari 100%. Sebelumnya BUMDes ini fokus pada pengembangan usaha di bidang penyewaan alat – alat konstruksi, seperti molen, namun seiring dengan program kerja Bupati Trenggalek tentang Seratus Desa Wisata (Sadewa), dimana Desa Masaran masuk di dalam program tersebut menjadikan BUMDes Maju Jaya Masaran turut berpartisipasi mengembangkan perekonomian di desa melalui pengembangan desa wisata. Tahun ini BUMDes membeli peralatan berupa 2 (dua) unit Mini Jeep dan juga sepur kelinci. BUMDes menggandeng Pokmaswas (Kelompok Pengawas Masyarakat) dalam mengelola mini jeep dan sepur kelinci. BUMDes memberikan bagi hasil 30% dari total pendapatan bersih setelah dipotong dengan biaya operasional. BUMDes melakukan kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan wisatanya untuk memberikan dampak ekonomi yang lebih merata. In 2021 Dringu Village experienced a servere flash flood disaster that had many impacts on the Dringu Village community. After the flood disaster, the people of Dringu Village formed a “komunitas relawan lokal” to be able to help each other. This local volunteer community was formed by the concerned of the community affected by the flood disaster. Those who join the “komunitas relawan lokal” are people affected by the flash flood disaster and the community of women. Community participation in disaster management can create a development of community capacity in facing flood disasters.
