High performance pentagon shaped resonators are fabricated and operated under a high-order thickness-extensional mode with an electromechanical coupling coefficient of 2.21% and an unloaded quality factor of ~1,933 at 3.26 GHz. Detailed de-embedding is performed to remove the parasitic elements which would degrade the resonator performance in the GHz operational frequency range. After de-embedding, motional resistance of 1.5 Ω is recorded. Such an InvenSense platform allows us to realize MEMS + CMOS integrated systems where an inverter based Pierce oscillator with power consumption of 0.5 mW at 1.1V bias is designed. However, insufficient performance of the MEMS resonator impedes the oscillator implementation. And a model which yields a quantitative description of the influence of the liquid properties on the oscillation frequency is established as well. The viscosity of liquids (which loaded on a QCM's center) could be quickly and conveniently obtained using this model by measuring the frequency shift of QCM and the radius of liquid drop. A DFB laser emitting at 1572 nm was then offset-locked to an appropriate line of the comb. During this period, it provides more stable positioning and timing service to lots of users in Asia-pacific region. In this paper, the current time transfer performance of BeiDou is tested and analyzed, the performance of its time transfer service which is relative to GPS and other mature satellite navigation system is evaluated. The time transfer technology performance of BDS, such as one-way timing, common view, and precision point positioning time transfer is analyzed and compared with GPS. The experiment of short distance (30km) and long distance (1000km above) time transfer is carried out to evaluate the performance between GPS and BDS. At end of paper, the results of short distance time transfer on GPS and BDS is compared and verified with GPS PPP time transfer. The first result of this new stage is the Ramsey fringe showed in Figure 5. The central oscillation has a FWHM of 1.5 Hz with cycle time of 2 s and with signal noise ratio of 200. Since the material properties of langasite were measured usually at 25 0C as the reference temperature they are no longer accurate at high temperature environments. We employ a Lagrangian formulation to investigate the temperature behavior of thickness vibrations of langasite in a wide temperature range from 25°C to 600°C. The analysis only requires the elastic constants and their effective temperature derivatives of elastic constants and thermal expansion coefficients to predict the material constants at any given temperature. Based on the new values of the elastic constants and thermal expansion coefficients, the zero-valued temperature coefficients of frequency are investigated. As a consequence of this process maser power falling due to weakening of the dipole coupling |F=1, mF=0>↔|F=0, mF=0> and maser shift due to amplification of the dipole couplings |F=1, mF=1>↔|F=0, mF=0> and |F=1, mF=-1>↔ |F=0, mF=0> occur near the Zeeman frequency, what has confirmed experimentally. The first analytic calculation of the effect was performed by Andresen using bare atom basis, then Humphrey confirmed this calculation by numerically solving dressed basis Bloch equations. But both calculations were realized for perfect magnet ensured state selection N1, 1= N1, 0= 1/2 and N1, -1= N0, 0= 0 that is not feasible in practice. In this paper new modified Bloch equations intended for arbitrary state selection system have been obtained and calculated. Considering the 1.2 MHz narrow natural-linewidth of the excited state 7P1/2 and 7P3/2, we can lock the laser frequency on the 455 nm or 459 nm transition line with the method of saturated absorption spectroscopy (SAS) to achieve a compact optical clock. Under the condition of 1.4 MHz narrow-linewidth laser spectrum and 100,000 signal to noise ratio (SNR), the limited stability of the compact Cs optical clock is expected to be 2.2×10-14 at 1 s. The performance of this Cs optical clock is superior to that of hydrogen atomic clock. The complete coverage of the resonator surface with MM results in high mid-IR absorption (>80%) at an optimized spectral wavelength of 9.6 μm with a Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of 1.02 μm without compromising resonator acoustic performance. A novel detector readout has also been implemented to linearly convert incident IR power to a DC voltage and to demonstrate the potential for expanding our single element detector to a focal plane array imager.
