Reliability function and mean time to failure are selected as indicators of reliability. Methods. To find an effective estimate, integral numerical characteristics of the estimation accuracy were used, namely: the total squared of the offset (deviation) of the expected implementation of a certain variant of the estimate from all possible parameters of the binomial test plan. Results and Conclusions. The estimate of failure probability ${hat P_3}$ should be recognized more effective in comparison with the proposed ones, as having a minimum displacement and close to the minimum variation of its values. The constructed composite estimate of failure probability ${hat P_3}$ allows escaping from the incident, when we assess the situation as a reliable event in failure-free tests. At the same time, when failures occur, the ${hat P_3}$ estimate fully coincides with the absolutely effective estimate $hat P = 1 - R/N$, which, in this case, allows using it for any results (R>0) of the binomial tests instead of the estimate $hat P$. The MTTF estimate ${hat T_4}$ should be recognized more effective in comparison with the proposed ones, as having a minimum displacement and a minimum variation. The constructed estimate ${hat T_4}$ allows estimating the MTTF with a finite value in case of failure-free tests conducted according to the binomial plan. However, the estimate ${hat T_4}$ is constructed on the assumption that time to failure has an exponential distribution. If the distribution of time to failure is not known, the non-parametric estimate ${hat T_0}$ has an advantage in its efficiency","PeriodicalId":122716,"journal":{"name":"2020 Moscow Workshop on Electronic and Networking Technologies (MWENT)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123180307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All the unbalance factors are shown in their dependences on one particular phase voltage (and also on one particular delta voltage), separately on the magnitude (for the case of a single-phase magnitude unbalance) and on the initial phase angle value (for the case of a single-phase angle unbalance). Inductive sensors are less widely used due to the complexity of the design and the appearance of resonant effects in combination with the capacity of inductive sensors. The article discusses: equivalent circuits of inductive sensors represented by a multi-element equivalent circuit; options for constructing unifying single and multichannel converters of electrophysical properties parameters of substances based on an inductive sensor, their construction features, drawbacks, errors, the choice of an informative parameter, ways to increase the invariance of measurements. To process the obtained analog results from the outputs of the unifying converters, it is proposed to use digital post-processing in the microcontroller. This construction simplifies the scheme and allows you to create stand-alone mobile devices without the use of processing measurement results on a personal computer and without the use of specialized expensive software. The advantages of such a construction are its wide functionality and correction of additional errors.","PeriodicalId":122716,"journal":{"name":"2020 Moscow Workshop on Electronic and Networking Technologies (MWENT)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124959543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the one hand, the HDS-regulator provides efficiency, simplicity and stability of energy conversion at the expense of the successful combination of advantages of both hysteresis control and pulse control. On the other hand, it turned out, that the HDS-operating regime can not be explained completely from the control theory only. Simplistically, any system under the HDS-control will inevitably demonstrate nonlinear dynamics; and HDS-operating regime represents various alternations between several operating processes (so-called elementary processes) with equal frequency (the synchronization frequency) and different orders of structural changes caused by four synchronizing surfaces. From the bifurcation theory, the following nontrivial points appear: how many elementary processes and how to treat alternations? Perhaps, due to these circumstances HDS-regulators are practically ignored in industrial applications after 2009 (after quarter-of-a-century accident-free usage of HDS-regulators in the control system of the high-speed railway train ER200 exploited on the railway line Moscow - St. Petersburg from year 1984, Russia). Revival interest in the HDS-dynamics nonlinear picture was initiated by the novel results when accents were shifted from the desired operating performance towards potential nonlinear phenomena. Here we comment briefly HDS-control basis and discuss these accents with attracting both computer simulations and experimental tests.","PeriodicalId":122716,"journal":{"name":"2020 Moscow Workshop on Electronic and Networking Technologies (MWENT)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114784384","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The methods allow to solve one of the problems that developers of on-board navigation systems are faced with - to ensure the specified accuracy of operation at high heat loads, including internal heat generation on the electronic components of printed circuit assemblies. The authors propose adding, at the initial stages of preparation for the simulation, permissible control for random variations in the parameters of electronic components. This approach is a significant difference from the standard procedure for modeling thermal conditions. The ability to take into account random variations in the parameters of electronic components becomes possible if there is a formed base of structural elements. The application of the developed methods in the design of electronic on-board navigation devices allows a systematic approach to development and to increase the reliability and accuracy of devices to the technical task required level.","PeriodicalId":122716,"journal":{"name":"2020 Moscow Workshop on Electronic and Networking Technologies (MWENT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132080708","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
