The grid comprises of the contributors and the users who each play a role for certain compensational benefits. The proposed model is a tender contract type that envisages a real market operating on the supply and demand perspectives of a defined commodity. It allows a decentralized selection of contributors by the user for the execution of his job. The goal is to compensate the contributor for his resource and the user to pay less for his job. The contributor benefits by profits and fairness, which is evident as pricing of the resource based on its demand and efficiency. The user is compensated with the successful completion of jobs and fine amount borne by the contributor for not guaranteeing the defined deadline requirements. The RSA algorithm is used to solve the problem of key exchange as well as to accomplish scalability and message authentication. The focus is to develop a new hybrid system called MARS4 by combining the two cryptographic methods with an aim to get the advantages of both. The world of education has also been greatly affected by advancements in ICT. It has enabled a variety of new avenues and methodologies for enhancing the experience of learning and teaching. It is well known that relevant laboratory experience can significantly improve the students' learning and interest level in the course material for both the traditional and distance education program. However, the effective integration of relevant experiments into courses remains the most challenging aspect of any program due to constraints of time and space and limited resources available for the provision of laboratory infrastructure. A cost effective and technologically feasible solution to this problem is to use information and communication technologies for providing laboratory experience. ICT can enhance laboratory experience by three generic methods viz. ICT aided experiments in real labs, experiments by simulation programs and experimentation in remote laboratories. The paper describes the comparison of the three ICT enabled methods of providing laboratory experience at undergraduate level and critically analyzes them to highlight the situations in which each is more appropriate than the others. Case studies of actual implementations of ICT enabled laboratories around the world are described to provide further basis for the comparison. The conventional spectral subtraction method involves two phases. In the first phase the average estimate of the noise spectrum is subtracted and the second phase involves several modifications to reduce the signal level, predominantly in nonspeech regions. The present work implements the first phase as it is and replaces the second phase by a new approach. For speech corrupted by additive noise, kurtosis and energy values will be high in speech regions compared to nonspeech regions. This property is exploited in deriving a weight function. The linear prediction (LP) residual of the spectral subtracted speech signal is modified by the weight function. These are dual gate devices with deep P+ gate junctions, which require large thermal cycles for diffusion. In this paper, we propose a novel Schottky-gate BMFET (SBMFET) using P-type 4H silicon-carbide, a wide bandgap material, in which the PN junction gates are replaced by the Schottky gates. We have studied the characteristics of this device using two-dimensional numerical simulation. Here the number of data pairs employed for training is minimized by applying a technique called V-fold. Our proposed method is experimentally validated by applying it to two separate sets of data obtained from the benchmark Box and Jenkins gas furnace data set and the thermal power plant of the North Eastern Electrical Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO). By employing our proposed method the number of data required for learning in the ANFIS network could be significantly reduced to around one-eighth of that required in the conventional ANFIS method. The results obtained by applying our proposed method are compared with those obtained by using conventional ANFIS network. The maximum size of proposed antenna is 25.4 mm by 25.4 mm. The substrate material used for this antenna has thickness of substrate 0.762 mm and relative permittivity epsivr 3.2. The design frequency of the antenna is 10 GHz. By selecting optimum parameters of proposed antenna, the measured return loss of proposed antenna at design frequency (10 GHz) is -24 dB. A novel 3-stub broad-band matching network is described, which enhances the bandwidth by a factor of 2. The simulated and measured radiation patterns show that the antenna functions as expected, with a gain of 7.52 dBi at 10 GHz. For Gaussian linear measurement case optimal proposal and for nonlinear Gaussian measurement case linearized version of optimal proposal for risk-sensitive particle filter is derived. The applicability of nonlinear risk-sensitive filters such as extended risk-sensitive filter (ERSF), central difference risk-sensitive filter (CDRSF) as a proposal for risk-sensitive particle filter is discussed. The proposed filter is applied to a highly nonlinear Gaussian system. Results are provided to show the comparative performance of extended risk-sensitive filter (ERSF), posterior risk-sensitive particle filter (RSPF) and adaptive grid risk-sensitive filter (AGRSF) for a representative run. Root mean square error (RMSE) of the proposed filter has also been provided and compared with ERSF and AGRSF. In the proposed work, one of the step-size values requires time-varying constraints for the algorithm to converge to the optimal weights whereas the constraints on the remaining step-size values are time-invariant in the decoupled weight vector space. It computes the step-size matrix by estimating the Hurst exponent required to characterize the statistical properties of the signal at the input of the adaptive filter. The experimental set-up of an adaptive channel equalizer is considered for equalization of these signals transmitted over stationary AWGN channel.
