The administrative map of Delta State was acquired and used to prepare the geographical information of the entire road networks of the study area. The choice of nodes was based on population size. Based on the adopted operational definition of major centres, 50 major centres were identified. The Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, as well as the regression techniques, were used in the analysis. A high correlation coefficient value (r = 0.60) was obtained between post-secondary institutions (x1) and primary institutions (x3). For access to have meant it should be people-oriented. The correlation between population and functional index of educational facility occurrence gives (r = 0.13). This means that large population centres tend to have fewer numbers and lower order types of educational facilities in the study area. The coefficient of determination of the relationship is given as 0.017 which indicates that population has no effect on the distribution of educational facilities in Delta State. This implies that population alone does not attract the establishment of educational facilities while small population centres tend to be favoured in the study area. Social capital is very much needed in development, be it human development and social, culture and economic. Social capital such as trust, social networks and norms/values of community ​​have developed and become a factor that has a direct and important impact on regional development. This dissertation research was carried out in order to identify and analyze social capital as a foundation of development in the Sangatta city, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province to know the supporting factors and constraints of development in the Sangatta city. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative, it is designed to gather information about real situations that are in progress. Data analysis technique that will be used in qualitative research is data analysis according to Moleong which is focused during the process in the field together with data collection. Development Movement of the Independent Village and Integrated (Gerbang Desa Madu) has succeeded in strengthening social capital and creating social integration in Sangatta East Kutai Regency. Community trust in regional development based on social reality shows strong support seen from the development of facilities and access to education, health, clean water and electricity. Norms and social networks that develop in the community are formed from the diversity of ethnic groups or regional origins, culture and religion, so that the complexity has also formed social networks based on kinship, neighborliness and friendship in harmony on support of regional development. The supporting factor for regional development in the area of ​​North Sangatta District is having a wealth of natural and human resources. Human resources related to social life have given rise to high social capital. The aim of this study is to describe the socio-economic characteristics of the youth participating in hide and skin processing and marketing in the study area, and to describe the level of youth participation in hide and skin processing and marketing; with view to determine the cost and return in hide and skin processing and marketing; as well as to evaluate the constraint encountered by youth involved in hide and skin processing and marketing in the study area. A total number of 100 samples were collected with the aid of a structured questionnaire. The information was collected based on socio-demography, hide and skin processing methods practiced by respondents, and constraints faced by the processor in the study area. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data collected, which involves the use of measures of central tendency such as means, frequency distributions and percentages to describe the socio-economic characteristics of leather processors in the study area and the constraint confronting the leather processing and marketers. It was found that quality control assessment of the product, poor extension services, lack of protective wears, expose to dangerous chemicals were seen to have a significant effect on the participation of youth in hide and skin processing and marketing. Age, marital status, household size, and training experience had no effect on the youth's participation in the hide and skin processing and marketing. The analysis technique uses a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that technological advances in the form of social media require special abilities for soldiers and the involvement of leaders so that the interpersonal use of social media can run optimally. The Information Unit has the role of monitoring information circulating on social media and as an effective and efficient information sharing to improve the image of the Indonesian Army in the eyes of the public. The Information Unit plays a role in assessing threat situations and making decisions to take action against threats that arise and have a serious impact on the organization. Supporting factors for the role of TNI AD Soldiers in Responding to Social Media Development in Supporting the main task of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) for the Army is the use of social media to facilitate the communication process within the unit's internal but if excessive it will affect the quality of the productivity of soldiers in the unit so that there is a control policy in the use of social media. Globalization puts an impact on every society. Hence, this paper highlights the Crucial Impact of Globalization among Lepchas of North Sikkim. Lepchas are the original inhabitants of Sikkim. The Lepchas are of mongoloid stock and some anthropologist trace their origins to Mongolia or Tibet. However, the Lepchas themselves have no such history of migration in their traditional knowledge. They believe themselves to be the natives of the Sikkim and even consider Mt. Kanchenjunga as the abode of their ancestors. Globalization has put an impact on every aspect of Lepcha people. They were followers of simple tradition but due to globalization and modernization (Modernization is a by-product of Globalization) their traditions are changing and they are adapting the global ways of life which is endangering their own traditions, knowledge and values. As they have accepted several fruits of globalization with open arms hence their social life has changed a lot along with economic and political life. The change is so observable that number of traditional Lepchas has reduced significantly and they can be seen only in few areas. So, when we talk about globalization which itself is a process of interaction among people of the whole world (the basis of this interaction may vary from trading of goods to the exchange of revolutionary ideas); then we can’t ignore the diversity of approximately 7.7billion people. When such a diverse population interacts on any level then it is only natural that things are going to advance forward, as only a strong idea or innovation can actually become global. Hence any society coming under its radar is going to go under some kind of transition from its traditional self. This paper attempts to explain whether globalization has stimulated any transition among Rabhas or not?  Rabhas are the tribal people of West Bengal, Assam and Meghalaya. In West Bengal Rabhas manly live in Jalpaiguri and Cooch Behar district. Referring themselves as “Koch”, Rabhas of Jalpaiguri were originally a forest-dwelling tribe, marked by its matrilineality. Scholars like M.K Raha in his book “Matriliny to Patriliny: A Study of the Rabha Society” (1974) and others have argued that Rabhas are undergoing transition. Data for the study were collected for the period through annual reports and analyzed data using multiple linear regressions. The Profitability, Liquidity, and Asset Management efficiency performance of firms are measured respectively by Return on Asset, Current Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio. Financial Leverage is measured by Debt Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, and Interest Coverage Ratio. This investigation was conducted in the Poncokusumo District of the Malang Regency in the province of East Java. Poncokusumo sub district can cultivate tourism sub-sectors, food crop agriculture, vegetables, horticulture, plantations, and livestock. The results indicated that the implementation of agro-tourism-based tourism development policies has been proceeding well. District, Malang Regency is more widely known and people are more interested in visiting. The local government should be allowed to enhance the Department of Tourism and Culture budget because the current budget is insufficient to maximize the development of Malang's tremendous tourism potential. The results of the study show that the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT DD) policy is very beneficial for the Village community affected by Covid-19 in Pujon District, by implementing it according to the procedures and mechanisms that have been determined in Permendes No. 6 of 2020 is able to cover the most vulnerable people inPujon District. The implementation of the BLT DD policy in Pujon District in general hasreflected the values of justice, expediency and very good legal policies. If the BLT DD policy is carried out well, according to the existing procedures and rules, BLT DD will provide a sense of justice for the poor, weak, jobless, marginal and have notreceived any assistance from any agency. Supporting factors for policy implementation, namely good coordination and communication, strong will and commitment from the village government in Pujon District to help poor communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are capital in implementing policies that can run well even though there are still shortages, the presence of volunteers and village community participation and involvement.
