This Classroom Action Writing Training aims to improve teacher teaching patterns, improve student behavior, improve learning practices, change the teacher's framework in teaching so that there is an increase in teacher professionalism. The Class Action Writing Training activity was carried out by the Community Service Team, namely an Elementary School Teacher Education Lecturer (PGSD) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Quality Berastagi University as a resource person and one of the students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program as a member. Classroom Action Writing Training was held on Monday, November 22, 2021 using the lecture method related to Classroom Action Research Writing. The results of the Class Action Writing Training are in the form of Systematics in making Proposals and Systematics of Classroom Action Research Results Reports. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes hasil belajar dan observasi tingkat aktivitas. Dari analisa data diperoleh nilai rata- rata pretes mahasiswa sebesar 53.52 dan standar deviasi 10.338 dengan nilai tertinggi 65 dan terendah 30. Setelah materi diajarkan dari hasil postes diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 83.11 dan standar deviasinya 7.549 dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan terendah 60. This study aims to determine the managerial competence of school principals in improving the quality of learning at the Malahayati Aceh Sailing Education and Training Center through the principal's programs and strategies in improving the quality of learning at the Malahayati Aceh Sailing Education and Training Center. The research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Subjects in this study include principals, teachers, and students as students. Data was collected by direct observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan, kesulitan, dan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan dengan menentukan jarak, waktu dan kecepatan. Sebagai populasi semua kelas V SD Negeri 040551 Lau Pakam Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yang mengumpulkan 30 siswa dan sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.Berdasarkan analisis data dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan materi jarak, waktu dan kecepatan yang diperoleh; (1) kemampuan siswa termasuk kriteria rendah dengan rata-rata 24,29, (2) siswa kesulitan memahami tentang waktu, mengubah waktu, jarak, dan kecepatan, (3) faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa adalah mengubah ukuran, dan kecepatan, guru kurang maksimal menggunakan media pembelajaran, kurang perhatian dari orang tua. This research was conducted at SMA Swasta Cerdas Bangsa with a sample of 32 students from SMA class XI IPA. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection instruments used are, questionnaires and tests. After analyzing the data on the results of the study, it was found that the students' ability to materialize the behavior of the national spirit in life in the Civics study field, obtained an average score of 71.11 and the criteria were quite capable. The results showed that the factors causing learning difficulties for Class XI IPA students of SMA Swasta Cerdas Bangsa for the Academic Year 2020/2021 in the Civics Study on Materials Realizing the behavior of the national spirit in life was an internal factor from the students themselves, namely the lack of ability to understand the material given by the teacher. by online. To ensure the safety of crossing transportation, several regulations are set. This situation forces shipping human resources, including port managers and ship operators, to constantly make adjustments. Although efforts to reduce the risk of accidents always have an impact on increasing costs. The large number of facilities and infrastructure operated to serve the above crossing activities also shows the magnitude of the threat to shipping safety if these activities are not managed properly. Therefore, the research was conducted to describe the symptoms or phenomena related to the ferry operating at the Benteng and Larantuka ports, the productivity of the operating ferry transport, port human resources based on competency certificates, and ship safety certificates. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a non-test instrument in the form of an observation list. Based on the data, analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the capacity to transport passengers from and to the ports of Pamatata and Pemenang is declared sufficient. However, there is a shortage of carriage capacity at the port of Pamatata. the minimum number of human resources at the two ports that already have shipping education and training. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Dimana jumlah soal tes berjumlah 5 soal dimana tes bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan siswa dan wawancara berjumlah 10 butir pernyataan dimana angket bertujuan untuk mencari faktor kesulitan belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan maka gambaran kemampuan siswa didapat pada kategori rendah yaitu sebesar 44.71. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari menghitung nilai rata-rata 24 orang setelah diberi soal tes sejumlah 5 soal. Sedangkan kesulitan belajar siswa dapat ditentukan dengan rumus : P = x 100%. Dimana P adalah Persentase Jawaban, f adalah frekuensi jawaban salah, dan N adalah banyaknya siswa. Sehingga diperolah hasil kesulitan siswa adalah 68,12%. Dan untuk mendapatkan factor kesulitan belajar siswa dapat diperoleh dengan memberikan wawancara yang isinya adalah 10 pernyataan yang diberikan kepada siswa yang nilainya dibawah KKM. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dari jawaban angket siswa maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor kesulitan belajar siswa memliki 2 faktor yaitu factor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal atau faktor yaitu seperti siswa kurang paham dalam pembelajaran volume ruang bangun balok atau siswa tidak menguasai konsep, faktor eksternal yaitu siswa tidak diajari atau diarahkan oleh orang tua saat belajar dirumh, dengan adanya internet siswa lebih suka mencari jawaban dariinternet sehingga membuat siswa menjadi malas dalam berpikir. Teknik pengumpulan data memberikan soal tes komunikasi matematis siswa untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari hasil tes. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Paranginan. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pemberian tes yang diberikan berupa tes kemampuan matematis sebanyak 3 soal. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu:1) Kemampuan menghubungkan benda nyata ke dalam ide-ide matematika sebesar 34%. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan informasi yang diketahui dan ditanyakan atau tujuan dari permasalahan, 2) Kemampuan menyatakan peristiwa sehari-hari dengan simbol-simbol matematika dalam menyajikan ide-ide matematik secara tertulis sebesar 25%. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menggunakan simbol-simbol matematika saat menuliskan informasi yang diperoleh dari soal dan saat menyelesaikan permasalahan, 3) Kemampuan menjelaskan ide, situasi sehari-hari dan relasi matematik, secara tertulis maupun dengan gambar sebesar 30%.. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa dalam penelitian ini adalah kesalahan konsep, kesalahan operasi, dan kurang teliti. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach—data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of this research are directors, sub-sections, instructors, lecturers, and training participants. The study results show that: (1) Program Director in improving services to training participants, the mechanism of its formulation begins with finding out the cultural and social background, and deliberation between stakeholders such as sub-section heads, instructors, lecturers. The programs that are prepared are long-term, medium-term, and short-term programs, and all of these programs are guided by the regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and instructions from the IMO (International Maritime Organization). All of this is already in the management of the Director as stated in the Director's program to improve services.
