The research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Subjects in this study include principals, teachers, and students as students. Data was collected by direct observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Abstract

Principals must have competence in leading educational organizations in schools, one of the competencies that strongly supports their leadership is managerial competence.
