In the study, two designs, design A and design B, were compared. While the air gap had a constant value along the pole arc in design A, the air gap increasing from the center of the pole to the edges was taken into account in design B. The geometry, material, and mounting position of the magnet used in permanent magnet machines affect the machine's performance. Currently, magnets consisting of iron, nickel, ferrite, samarium cobalt, and neodymium-iron-boron alloy are available. Limited supply and price instability of rare earth elements require alternative product designs. In the study, two designs with different rotor structures without changing the stator structure and properties were made, and their performance was examined. Space harmonics were determined by extracting the air gap flux waveforms of the designs. Aqueous extracts of lady’s mantle were used for enzyme inhibition assay on angiotensin converting enzyme I purified from sheep lungs. Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) and DPPH assays were also used for monitoring of antioxidant profile of methanolic and aqueous extracts. Total phenolics of the extracts from lady’s mantle were also analyzed. Gamification is used to enhance the interaction possibilities providing the visual representation of environmental conditions and critical indicators, as well as providing the ability to send and receive requests using suitable techniques for human such as touches, and finger moves on Unity environment. Disabled people with neuromuscular or reflex disabilities have difficulties in operating standard electric wheelchairs properly. In addition to, driving wheelchair in outdoor has critical risks. The work will contribute greatly mobility problem of disabled people by visual information technology and efficient motion control design simulation. To reach this purpose, the mathematical model of wheelchair is constructed that shows main characteristics and dynamical behavior of system. Results of the study is observed by a designed computer simulation model. Simulation test outcomes provide developing control algorithm that well organized motor control. Computer simulation results include controlling the position and direction of wheelchair, linear displacement, velocity information and disturbance effect on driving. Consequencely, the mathematical model has the ability to show the representing autonomous wheelchair dynamics in open-loop and closed-loop and simulation outputs prove effeciency of the model and designed control system. In the paper are considered some popular indexing databases. We discuss their search functionality and practical aspects from authors and publishers’ point of view needed for content inclusion. On the basis of medicine, different tests and various scan techniques are utilized to efficiently make a decision. On the basis of machine learning, two phenomena come into prominence: 1-Qalitative data, 2-Framework design to detect the necessary information among the data.In this paper, an efficient framework is proposed to reveal the heart failure on the specific data. Three optimized classifiers were compared to assign the classification unit of framework. Manuel selection and filter based-feature ranking methods were considered to determine the necessary information and to reveal the heart failure. In experiments, two-fold cross validation was utilized as the test method to force the classifiers, and seven metrics based-comparisons were realized to objectively choose the features and classifiers. For this optimization problem, analyses are carried out with the newly introduced Honey Badger Algorithm (HBA) and Chameleon Swarm Algorithm (CSA) algorithms in the literature. In addition, to test the performance of these algorithms, Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) methods, which are well known in the literature, are also used in sidelobe suppression in antenna arrays. In addition to experimental work, computational modeling is a powerful tool to obtain characteristics of either a cluster of cell bundle or a single unit by largely exploring every single parameter. This enables to predict precisely neural responses to electrical stimulation, which ultimately improves clinical outcomes. This work uses pyramidal cell with realistic morphology from fifth layer of somatosensory cortex constructed by Blue Brain project. The biophysical properties are defined by conductance based voltage gated channels. NEURON v8.0 is used to simulate intracellular stimulation. Single cell model's validation and spike activity show that axonal compartments are the most possible area to fire for step current stimulation.
