The effects of bismuth oxide on these three optical parameters Omega<sub>t</sub>(t=2, 4, 6) are discussed in terms of the local basic nature of the glass. In this paper we describe our framework for integrating visual inputs at the human-semantics level, so that these inputs can be used for reasoning and inference. The Supply Chain Management (SCM) is NP-hard problem. Some proposed RL methods perform better than traditional tools for dynamic problem solving in SCM. It realizes on-line learning and performs efficiently in some applications, but RL agent reacts worse than some heuristic methods to sudden changes in SCM demand since the trial-and-error characteristic of RL is time-consuming in practice. By surveying an efficient policy transition mechanism in RL about how to mapping existing policies in the previous task to a new policies in a changed task, this paper proposes a novel RL agent based SCM system that decreases learning time of the RL agent to a dynamic environment. As the result, the RL agent derives the maximal profit using RL technique as jobs coming with a stable distribution. As an outgrowth of classical set and measure theory, fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral theory has the ability to infer the importance of each criterion and represent certain interactions among them. Based on fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral theory, a novel feature level direct fuzzy data fusion approach for machinery fault diagnosis is presented. Fuzzy analysis method was used to obtain the membership values of each feature for each fault class. The Choquet fuzzy integral data fusion method was employed to produce the diagnostic result using different features. Current and vibration signals from electrical motors were used to validate the method. The linchpin of realizing an economy of scale in production in such systems lies in routings to be adopted to produce product variety. This paper thus proposes a concept of production configuration as a means for manufacturers to obtain the set of optimal and similar routings for families of customized products. In turn the economy of scale in production can be achieved through production activity repetition and manufacturing resources reuse. Production configuration has been applied to the high variety production of vibration motors in a local electronics company. Based on the SPC-III robot fish, a math model used for flipping control is deduced according to the rule of tail fin flipping. In terms of the control of main joint, the algorithm, which computes the rotational speed according to its swaying angle and adds compensative speed combining the relation of its swaying angle and time variable, is put forward. In terms of the control of assistant joint, the following algorithm, which computes the target swaying angle of assistant joint according to the relation of the two joints' swaying angle position and the cycle period of the program, is put forward. The implementation of high-frequency flipping is discussed. This availability would be unacceptable if it causes the loss of features required in the field area for industrial communication automation networks, such as: (1) real-time, (2) synchronized actions between field devices like drives, (3) efficient, frequent exchange of very small data records. Real-time Ethernet (RTE) communication systems may take advantage of the improvements of Ethernet networks in terms of transmission bandwidth and network span. Another implicit but essential requirement is that the typical Ethernet communication capabilities, as used in the office world, are fully retained, so that the software involved remains applicable. The market is in need of several network solutions, each with different performance characteristics and functional capabilities, matching the diverse application requirements. RTE performance indicators, which values will be provided with RTE devices based on communication profiles specified in IEC 61784-2, enable the user to match network devices with application dependant performance requirements of an RTE network. Communication profiles within IEC 61784-2 refer to IEC 61158 series. The concept of IEC 61158 series, how the protocol and services are specified, is interpreted.
