The article is devoted to determining the FANET parameters PDR (Packet Delivery Ratio) more than 90% at the specified territory. All results were obtained in the course of the experimental study. Simulation modeling was as a research method and it was based on ns-2 network simulator. Characteristics of the network developed according to the simulation model using the AODV routing protocol have been specified. The connectivity dependence on such network parameters as the number of nodes and the transmission range has been examined. Analysis results of the routes lengths depending on the parameters are presented.","PeriodicalId":120405,"journal":{"name":"2018 19th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128994105","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the possibilities for deriving high quality test suites is using test generation methods for a corresponding Finite State Machine simulating the circuit behavior. In this paper, we estimate the number of implementation states whenever a circuit mutant is introduced. Experimental evaluation is performed for three types of mutants, namely Single Stuck-At Fault Mutants, Single Bridge Fault Mutants, and Hardly Detectable Fault Mutants. Experiments with the ITC'99 benchmarks (second release) show that in most cases the injection of a fault does not increase the number of states. Moreover, whenever the number of states is increased, the increment is on average 20%. Given this increment, we perform the experiments to showcase that for testing circuits with guaranteed fault coverage with respect to the listed faults, one can apply the W-method with the upper bound m = 1.2n states, for n states in the specification (circuit) FSM.","PeriodicalId":120405,"journal":{"name":"2018 19th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"192 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130044055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Elements and devices of these bands can be conditionally divided into 2 levels: up to 1 THz electronic equipments are effectively uses, over 1 THz-are photonic devices. The development of photonic technologies is of increasing importance both in the telecommunicative and in the space communication systems. In this report the physical phenomena and processes occurring in magnetooptical (magnetophotonic) composite material media capable of optimally ensuring their efficiency have been investigated to create new element baseline for domestic radioelectronics. The creation of new-generation functional devices capable of operating in subTHz and THz frequency bands will entail the rapid development of telecommunications.","PeriodicalId":120405,"journal":{"name":"2018 19th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122010200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
