Tuo's house is one of the cultural relics of ancient Malay, Jambi's house is synonymous with Old Malay customs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method which is a case study. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that the values of power in the carving of the tuo house in Kampung Baruh Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, can be seen from the carvings on the tuo house ornaments, including: Carving of Keluk Paku (Pakis Wood) means that every development actor (leader) must be able to protect the The function and role it carries, Tampuk Manggis Carving means that the inner tribe shows politeness, sweet-faced hospitality to any guests who come. This research was conducted in 2016, located in Pematangsiantar specifically phenomenon observation area of research carried out in several districts scattered in Pematangsiantar.Results of research descriptively explained that the application of the values of good governance in the sub-districts scattered in Pematangsiantar is good enough. Non-compliance of taxpayers UMKM can harm them with the emergence of problems in the field of taxation on the business they live. To be able to overcome these problems the government has provided tax forgiveness facilities that can be utilized by UMKM. This study aims to evaluate the policy of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Tax Remission, of Small and Medium Enterprises Taxpayer at Tax Office Pratama East Medan. The method used in this research is a mixed research method that combines both qualitative and quantitative methods. The main informant in this research is the UMKM taxpayer and the key informant is the tax officer. The population of this study is the UMKM taxpayer who is in the working area of KPP Pratama Medan Timur with the number of more than 100 people. The sample used Taro Yamane formula with sample number of 97 people who become respondents. The community's demands for good public services cannot be separated from the existence of the urban village which is very close to the local residents. The complaints that arise from local residents indicate that the service is still not satisfactory in terms of speed of completion of work in administrative matters, this is related to the ability and motivation of Human Resources (employees). Extension activities provide education in the form of lectures and discussions as well as evaluation of knowledge before and after counseling. The results of the extension activities showed that there was an increase in additional knowledge of 25.11% after the extension was carried out. The results foundthat the PR activities through the website of West Aceh which consists of architecturewebsite information shows good results, website content shows resultsthe less good, the website governance shows less good results, designthe website shows good results. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Dampak Pemberian Izin Mendirikan Bangunan terhadap Lingkungan Hidup di Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan, peraturan pemerintah, peraturan daerah, buku-buku referensi, makalah dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisa data dalam penelitian in dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif melalui metode berpikir (logika) deduktif dan induktif.
