The effects of CT/PT error, A/D quantization error and protocol quantization error of DC electronic transformer on electric energy measurement were studied. It was pointed out that the comprehensive error test of measurement performance of DC electronic transformer should be carried out, and the channels should cooperate with each other to reduce the comprehensive error. To verify the necessity of using synthetic error to evaluate the energy metering performance of DC electronic transformer, an experimental test was carried out on a 0. 2s DC electronic transformer before and after channel cooperation. The test results showeded that the existing test specifications and management procedures cannot guarantee the measurement performance of DC electronic transformers. For the merging units that meet the requirements of 0. 2S test specifications, the error of electric energy measurement may exceed 1% before channel coordination. Therefore, the accurate prediction of vibration trend can improve the recognition of the operation state of hydropower unites, which provide strong support for condition-based maintenance. In this paper, a framework based on a fused metric for feature selection and the bi-directional long short-term memory network (BLSTM) is developed to obtain the multi-step trend prediction for hydropower units. Initially, the wavelet threshold denoising (WTD) method is used to eliminate the interference of strong background noise from the raw sensor data. Next, a fused metric based on Pearson and distance correlation coefficient is proposed to pick out suitable working condition variables to make the prediction model more stable. Ultimately, the BLSTM network is used to predict the trend of vibration. The proposed array has a high isolation between individual elements because of the decoupling based on a gap structure and separated half-mode SIW cavities. The orbital angular momentum antenna based on a uniform rotation array comprises four identical half-mode structures, which are halves of the mode TM110 of rectangular cavities with their side PEC walls approximated by series of metalized vias along the diagonal. These uniformly distributed metalized vias are located along with two waists of isosceles triangular cells. Firstly, HOG and MB-LBP features are extracted to form H-L fusion feature, and Hue color features are extracted too. Then the output response values of extracted features are calculated respectively by position filter. Next, the fusion is carried out by linear weighting at the feature level, to obtain the target’s predicted location. And in the tracking process, the scale changes of targets are estimated and adaptively adjusted by the standard deviation of the feature matching corner points of the two frames before and after. Finally the difference of the adjacent two frames is judged by the corner matching condition, and the position filter is updated, to achieve better target tracking effect.
