Due to the large geographic area with a high temporal frequency of remote sensing image. It is difficult to use the conventional neural network to learn the representations of remote sensing images well under a condition of having an imbalance or few data. Meanwhile, the remote sensing image is easy to get but hard to label. The previous work for improving the accuracy of remote sensing image classification involved improving the structure of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). However, a semi-supervised learning algorithm proposed in this paper named Strong Constraint Self-training (SCS) considers the CNN classifier as a unit and ignores the detailed structure of the network. Initially, SCS uses a labeled dataset to train a base classifier. Secondly, the trained classifier to label unlabeled data and the data with pseudo labels join in the labeled dataset jointly train the next classifier. Lastly, the next classifier changes its role to be based classifier continues to train the next classifier. During this process, a threshold value is a gate to filtering the data with pseudo labels through the confidence coefficient that is given by the classifier. Furthermore, the value of the threshold decreasing as the process goes on. The key to this algorithm is to choose to transform learning to train a considerable base classifier. Extensive experiments are done in this paper. On a 50% ratio of AID training data and the NWPU-RESISC45 as an unlabeled dataset, the proposed algorithm achieves 96.01% on the rest of the AID data. Since then, eight provincial spot market pilots have entered the phase of settlement trial operation, and electricity market reform has been widely carried out. On this basis, how to further build the inter-provincial electricity spot market and coordinate with the provincial markets is an important issue in the construction of electricity spot markets in China. Based on mainstream market models abroad, this paper analyzes the trans-regional trading models in Europe and the United States and their inspiration to China. Then it introduces the current situation of construction of a trans-regional electricity spot market in China and analyzes its existing problems. Based on this, combined with the actual situation of dispatching management and operation in China, it is pointed out that the spot market in China shall adopt the market model of “unified market and two-level operation” and adopt the market process of “inter-provincial before intra-provincial The benefits produced by this model are analyzed. The main market framework is designed from three aspects of market participants, trading timing and optimization process. This property can be used for the surface of the material itself or for the overall stress measurement of the material. The ultrasonic method is much more accurate than using torque wrench to control the pretightening force of fastening bolt. The use of this mechanical-based measuring device can lead to uncertainty caused by random torque caused by mechanical manufacturing tolerances. The measurement of ultrasonic pretightening force gives the tensile force information inside the bolt and eliminates the uncertainty of mechanical method. Fastening stress of bolts is measured by generating compression wave and shear wave (double wave method) from electromagnetic coupling transducer (EMAT) in situ. Ultrasonic method does not need to remove bolts and do not need to measure bolt length when bolt preload has been tightened. This enhancement algorithm estimates the background illumination of the water body of the imported underwater image, compares the estimated value with the set critical illumination value, and adopts the corresponding improved algorithm to obtain the enhanced image, which effectively solves the imaging problem in the poor water quality environment. Uciqe method is used to evaluate the quality of the enhanced image, and more accurate and objective experimental results are obtained. Combining the case description of medical dispute cases and the judgment results of the court, using natural language processing (NLP) technology, applying ontology knowledge to construct the medical dispute case ontology, based on ontology reasoning method to complete the case elements; then machine learning algorithms and ontology structure are combined to build predictive model of the public opinion warning level of dispute cases. Among them, the domain ontology structure is established for medical dispute cases, which enriches the semantic relationship between case elements, infers incomplete case elements through the definition of reasoning rules, and completes the case structure. Therefore, it has the ability to predict the public opinion warning level of medical dispute cases. Based on the above background, this paper studies the control strategy of AC/DC hybrid transmission line. Based on the basic structure of hybrid AC/DC transmission, this paper analyzes the principle and mathematical modeling of conventional HVDC and flexible DC transmission technology, and then defines the basic control mode of conventional converter and flexible converter. It is further extended to the topology and control strategy of multi terminal system, and verified by simulation, which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Based on the detailed circuit simulation model of HVDC transmission system, considering the relationship between converter transformer ratio and rectifier side trigger delay angle or inverter side turn off angle, the auxiliary controller of tap changer is designed. In the feature extraction, the image features are first extracted by using a smaller convolution kernel, then the image features are enlarged through the up-sampling process, and finally the feature extraction is performed through the convolution operation again. At the same time, in order to better preserve the image features, this paper also adds a feature compensation module. When the magnification is 3, the PSNR value is higher than the ESPCN (+1.03db).
