The thing that needs to be considered by post partum mother giving breast milk to the baby is by consuming fruit and vegetables that can increase the amount of breast milk. Banana heart contains lactogogum which has performance stimulating oxytocin and prolactin hormones such as alkaloids, polyphenols, steroids, flavonoids, which are effective in increasing breast milk production. In this case, researchers conducted nonpharmacological studies such as banana heart consumption. This research aims to find out the effect of Banana Heart Consumption on increased breast milk production in post partum in Delitua Health Center by 2020. The method used is the Quasi Experiment method with the research design of One Group Pretest-Postest. The samples in this study were as many as 20 post partum in Deli Tua health center, using total sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out in the form of observation and questionnaires. The statistical test used is the t test. The results showed that there was an influence increase in breast milk production in post partum mothers after consuming banana blossoms with a value of P-Value of 0,000 <0.05. Pain comes from uterine contractions and cervical dilation. With the increasing frequency of uterine contractions, the pain you feel will get stronger. This study aims to determine the Effect of Counter Pressure Massage Techniques on the Reduction of Pain in Stage I Labor at Kardi Lestari Primary Clinic. This study uses a quantitative analytical method with a Quasy-Experimental research design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Data collection techniques using observation sheets. This Counter Pressure Massage technique is performed for 20 minutes / hour during contraction. The population in this study were 8 maternity mothers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of this study showed that giving the massage counter pressure technique to the lumbar part of the mother at the Kardi Lestari Pratama Clinic can reduce labor pain from mothers who experience moderate pain to mild pain and mothers who experience severe pain to moderate pain with p value = 0.007 (p. <0.05). This study aims to analyze the effect of foot massage and soaking mixed with warm water on pregnant women in the clinic of Nining Pelawati sub-district Lubuk Pakam, Deliserdang Regency. \u0000 The type of research used in this study is the type of Quasy Experimental research with One Group Pre-Test and Post-test design. erian that has been determined by the researcher. The population in this study were all trimeter III pregnant women who experienced physiological foot edema, the sample in this study was 10 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Anemia occurs due to low hemoglobin levels in the body of pregnant women. One of the efforts that can be done is to increase hemoglobin by consuming boiled eggs. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of consumption of boiled chicken eggs at the Simarmata Health Center, Samosir Regency.Its benefits are to help pregnant women who have anemia so that the hemoglobin in the body of pregnant women increases, so that pregnant women are expected to consume boiled eggs in the third trimester of pregnancy. The population in this study were pregnant women in the area of the Simarmata Health Center, Samosir Regency, with a sample of 20 people. The research method was quasi-experimental (Quasi experiment) with a pre-test-post-test research design with a control group. The results of this study indicate that the average before consumption of boiled eggs is Mean (8.08) with Std. Deviation (0.5716) after consumption of boiled eggs is (9.39) with Std. Deviation0.5716) after Consumption of Boiled Eggs is (9.39) with Std. Nyeri persalinan mulai dirasakan pada pembukaan serviks 0-10 cm. Pada fase aktif menuju puncak pembukaan maka akan terjadinya peningkatan intensitas dan frekuensi kontraksi, sehingga menyebabkan nyeri persalinan lebih berat di fase aktif. Pengobatan non farmakologi dalam penanganan nyeri salah satunya menggunakan birth ball, dengan cara duduk diatas bola dan bergoyang-goyang sehingga membuat rasa lebih nyaman dan membantu proses kemajuan persalinan dikarenakan adanya gravitasi, dan dengan elastisitas dan lengkungan bola yang lunak membuat perineum dan punggung bawah tanpa memberikan banyak tekanan yang dapat meningkatkan nyeri. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi birth ball terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada ibu bersalin primigravida di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Hartati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan design Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan One Group Pretest -Posttest Design. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 15 responden. Analisis statistik penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test, dengan tingkat signifikan P< 0,05. Hasil Penelitian rata-rata nyeri sebelum terapi birth ball 8.60 dan sesudah 5.73. Uji statistik di dapatkan nilai P-Value = 0,001 yaitu ada pengaruh pemberian terapi birth ball pada ibu bersalin kala I fase Aktif terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi birth ball. Colostrum is a part of breast milk that is very, very important to be given in the first life of a baby because colostrum contains immune substances, especially immunoglobulin (IgA) to protect babies from various infectious diseases. Colostrum has properties to clean meconium so that the intestinal mucosa of a newborn baby is immediately clean and ready to receive breast milk. The design in this study uses cross sectional. This study aims to determine the relationship of postpartum knowledge about colostrum with the motivation of giving colostrum in Sidorejo Village, Serapit Subdistrict, Langkat Regency in 2019. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The results of this study are based on the results of the calculation of non-parametric statistical tests that use the Chi Square test correlation obtained p-value of 0.024 <0.05. This can reflect the performance of health workers in hospitals is not optimal, because the performance of health workers is one of the determinants of organizational success in achieving hospital goals. The purpose of this study is to link leadership with the performance of health workers. This type of research is analytic with cross-sectional design. The study was conducted at the Tere Margareth General Hospital in Medan. The study population was 62 people, and all were sampled. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-square test at a confidence level of 95% ( = 0.05). The results of the study found that 24.2% of respondents stated that leadership was lacking, and also found the performance of health workers 32.3% in the less category. There is a significant relationship between leadership and the performance of health workers at Tere Margareth General Hospital Medan, p = 0.012 <0.05. Based on data taken by DetikINET in 2014 showed that around 47 million Indonesians were active smartphone users or around 14% of all mobile phone users. Gadgets users in terms of age, early childhood and adolescents occupy a fairly high place, namely 79.9%. The research method used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 81 students, the research instruments used in this study were questionnaire / questionnaire and documentation. This research was conducted at 1 Siabu State Middle School, Kec. Siabu, Kab. Mandailing Natal from December 2018 to May 2019. The results of this study can be show that 79% of students use a gadget with a high category and 79% of students have less learning motivation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between the use of gadgets and students' motivation in the 1 st of SMP Siabu. It can be seen from the significance value of the correlation 0.003 (p <0.05). Childbirth companions plays an important role in the birth process. Loving support reduces the mother's need for pain medication and medical intervention in labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of labor companions and maternal anxiety. This research was conducted at the Kasih Ibu Clinic, Galang Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency in November - December 2019. The type of research in this study was an analytic survey. The population of this research is all mothers who will give birth at the Ibu Kasih Clinic, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 30 people. The test used in this study is the Chi-quare test. The results showed that there was a relationship between labor companion and maternal anxiety where p nilai 0.05 (p = 0.024).
