The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and lactational amenorrhea in the Kasih Ibu Maternity Hospital. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers who carry 6-12 month babies, both giving and not giving exclusive breastfeeding, to the Kasih Ibu Maternity Hospital. The samples were 80 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by collecting questionnaires for respondents and data were analyzed using Chi Square at 95% confidence level. Based on the results of exclusive breastfeeding research with amenorrhoea lactation shows the majority of respondents who provided exclusive breastfeeding were 48 people (60.0%) and those who did not give exclusive breastfeeding for 32 people (40.0%). While mothers who experienced lactation amenorrhoea were 50 people (62.5%) and those who did not amenorrhoea were 30 people (42.5%). Statistical test results p (0,000) <α (0.05) and OR = 47.7, there is a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and lactation amenorrhoea at the Kasih Ibu Maternity Hospital. This immunization is targeting all Indonesian children between the ages of nine months and 15 years and will aim to reach 95% immunization coverage. Not all parents receive the MR immunization program. Air Merah Village is one of the villages that reject high immunization. This study is aimed to analyze the factors associated with mother’s acception of measles rubella immunization at primary school children of 112245 primary school at Air Merah Village, Kampung Rakyat Sub-district, South Labuhanbatu Districts. This study is a quantitative study with descriptive analytics method. This study uses Consecutive sampling techniques and the data are collected using questionnare with interview method. Data analysis procedure of this study used univariat, bivariat and multivariat with chi-square test. The result shows that 73,3% respondents did not received measles rubella immunization. The result of chi-square test show that variabel education level, job status, knowledge about measles rubella immunization, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefit, perceived barriers, and family supports are significantly associated with the acceptance of measles rubella immunization (p-value < 0,05). While age variableare not significantly associated with acceptance of measles rubella immunization (v-value > 0,05). However, those were times when labor could caused traumatic problems for a woman who could increased maternal morbidity and mortality. The problem of morbidity that often arises due to vaginal delivery was the occurrence of lacerations in the perineum, can occur spontaneously during labor, especially in primiparous mothers or mothers who have given birth for the first time. Mobilization not only speeds up the healing of perineal wounds but also restores the body's condition if done properly and correctly. This study aimed to determine the relationship of early mobilization to the healing of second degree perineal wounds in post partum mothers at the Nining Pelawati Clinic Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang in 2019. This type of research was quantitative with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Nining Pelawati Clinic. The sampling technique used accidental Sampling with a sample size of 20 people. Collecting data with a questionnaire. Data analysis was done by univariate, bivariate with Chi-square test at 95% confidence level, α = 5%. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between early mobilization to the healing of second degree perineal wounds in post partum mothers at the Nining Pelawati Clinic Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang in 2019 with value of p = 0.020. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of self-concept to postpartum depression in RSU Sembiring Deli Tua in 2018.The type of research used was analytical with cross-sectional approach. The nonprobability sampling technique with consecutive sampling with a population of mothers giving birth in 2017 was 759 people. The statistical test results that using the Chi-Square test obtained there was a significant effect between Self-image / body image and postpartum depression, there was a significant effect between Ideal Self and the incidence of postpartum depression, there is a significant effect between Self-Esteem and postpartum depression, there is a significant effect between Self Identity and postpartum depression Probability. Types of cosmetics that are widely used by pregnant women are mercury products in skin care products and cosmetics that are thought to interfere with the health of the fetus. Often times cosmetics have a negative impact on the health of pregnant women, a problem that often occurs is that the body sweats more easily given the increased metabolic processes in the body. In addition, substances in cosmetics can also inhibit and interfere with fetal development and can even cause miscarriages. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of pregnant women about the dangers of cosmetics made by Mercury at Kurnia Clinic Kec.Delitua Kab.Deli Serdang in 2018. This research was conducted in March, this research was descriptive, data collection through questionnaires containing the characteristics of direct respondents. The population in this study were pregnant women. The sample technique used was Accidental Sampling as many as 20 respondents. The results showed that the knowledge of pregnant women about the dangers of cosmetics made from mercury was less than 2 people (10%), had enough knowledge of 11 people (55%), and had good knowledge of 7 people (35%).
