A stepper motor could control the sample cartridge, which had 16 holders created with a 3D printer. The second Arduino Uno managed the stepper motor with an obstacle sensor to stop the cartridge at the exact sample reading point. The difference in the analog light intensity was recorded into variables for later calculating calibration curve with regression slope, intersection, and coefficient. \u0000Results: Using three colors of food dyes and serial dilution solutions, it was found that this automated spectrophotometer could accurately measure the sample concentrations within approximately 5.7% error from the actual concentration. The performance of the Arduino spectrophotometer was supported with the comparable regression coefficients being near 0.98 or so in measuring standard serially diluted dye solutions of the food dyes within the spectrum of the dye concentration. \u0000Conclusion: With 8 dye samples of blind test trials, no difference in the measured concentration was found for those from the samples with concentration created blindly. \u0000

Worldwide examinations calculate that there are 8.7 million individuals living with chronic Hepatitis in India. Chronic Hepatitis disease represents 12-32 per cent of liver malignant growth and 10-20 per cent of cirrhosis cases in India. The vast majority with constant Hepatitis B or C are ignorant of diseases and are at genuine danger of creating cirrhosis or liver malignant growth.Machine learning fits a few procedures superior to other traditional methods like Biopsy. This paper evaluate various machine learning methods to predict advanced liver fibrosis by using patient’s blood report to build up the optimization and classification models. The METAVIR score is a device used to assess the seriousness of fibrosis seen on a liver biopsy test from a human who has chronic hepatitis. Based on the METAVIR score [2,3,4] chronic hepatitis divided into three parts, first one is classified as mild stage, second one is moderate stage and third one is advanced stage of fibrosis. Grey Wolf Optimization, Random Forest Classifier and Decision tree procedure models forpropelled fibrosis chance expectation were produced. ROC curve and confusion matrix was evaluated to compare the accuracy of proposed methods.

In recent years, the rapid growth of house prices across the country has become an important factor restricting economic development. Changsha has attracted much attention and reference because it has achieved good results in the regulation of the real estate market. By adopting the multiple linear regression model, we in this paper quantitatively analyze the factors that affect house prices in Changsha from four aspects: per capita disposable income, per capita consumption expenditure, total population at the end of the year, and investment in real estate development. It is helpful to grasp the development law of Changsha's real estate market and provide a certain reference basis for the regulation of the real estate market in other cities.

The study was conducted in five selected primary schools in Kumo, Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State, Northeastern Nigeria between September and November 2019. A total of 250 specimens were collected and investigated for the presence of Schistosoma species using a standard medical atlas for the identification of the parasites. The specimens were analyzed microscopically. Out of the 250 samples examined, 26 (10.4%) were positive for S. mansoni. The prevalence was high in males accounting for 19 (73.1%) than in females 7 (26.9%). The prevalence was also high among the age group 10 – 12years 16 (61.5%) but there was no infection in the age group 1 – 6 0(0%). There is a significant difference between the primary schools, gender and ages of the pupils. However, there was no difference in their source of water. High infection was observed in those who use river and well water 10 (38.5%) and was low in those that use borehole water. These findings indicate the need for public awareness on the disease, routine chemotheraphy and implementation of vector control strategies, so as to avoid accelerated morbidity and inprove the health of people in the study area.

Most of the victims are mainly children and expectant women. In this work a deterministic model has been developed to show the transmission of malaria. The model consists of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) which describe how malaria spreads. Existence of equilibrium points was analyzed and the key to the analysis was by defining the basic Reproduction number (R0). Numerical simulations was performed by MatLab solver.

In this work, the material can be unloaded at any side of the trailer automatically by using ‘Pneumatic and Plc/Arduino Control’. Whereas in ordinary unloading is done at the backside only, here unloading is done in any direction. This system is totally operated with the pneumatic components with a linkage mechanism having the use of a chain-sprocket system. This work has been formed after studying the problem in unloading the materials. In small compact streets and small roads, it is difficult to unload the materials hence unloading angles are modified to unload the trailer in 0 to 270 degrees very easily. The effective use of ‘Pneumatic and Plc/Arduino Control’ is done. By pressing the Direction control valve, the compressed air goes to the pneumatic cylinder through the valve. The ram of the pneumatic cylinder used for lifting the trailer cabin. The rotation and other motions are achieved with the use of a chain drive mechanism. In this research an attempt is made to design and fabricate multi axis tilting trailer system embedded with pneumatic and Plc/Arduino control which may be useful to develop a mechanism for reducing time of loading and unloading, to provide easier way of dumping with less maintenance cost, to increase the efficiency of the vehicle and to reduce man power and also to achieve high safety, to reduce the work load and to reduce the fatigue of workers.

There are many plants species which are most popular and widely used for various socio-economic purposes including as supplementary food items and medicinal plants by local community. Wild edible fruit bearing woody species are highly inhabited on agricultural landscape and natural forests in which their diversity is threatened due to deforestation and forest degradation. Moreover, the traditional knowledge of using these wild edible fruit bearing woody species is being eroded through acculturation and loss of plant biodiversity in most of indigenous people. Hence, conducting research is crucial to generate useful information for ensuring food security and to maximize the socio-economic benefits through biodiversity conservation. This study was conducted to analyze socio-economic benefits of wild edible fruit bearing woody species and management under different use type in Dangur. A systematic sampling method was employed to locate the sample plots following the transect line in order to study the species diversity and socio-economic benefits, where the first transect line and plot were selected randomly inside the land use types. For wood land use type a plot size of 20 m × 20 m were used to encompass all edible wild fruit tree species inside the plots. For parkland agroforestry a plot size of 50 m × 100 m making a total of 144 plots were used for data collection. For socioeconomic study, 90 households were interviewed through structured questionnaire from three sample villages. Most prevalent species used as traditional medicine comprised plant families of Balanitaceae, Rhamnaceae and Apocynaceae under both woodland and parkland agroforestry types. The most frequently recorded species include Syzygium guineense, Ziziphus mauritiana. Ficus sur, Ficus sycomorus, Carissa spinarum, Balanites aegyptiaca and Gardenia ternifolia. From the recorded edible wild fruit woody species, fruits of 90% were trees that were most frequently used for different plant parts for various economical uses. Farmers retained edible wild fruit bearing woody species in their parkland agroforestry for the purpose of fuel wood, food, improving soil fertility, fodder, timber, shade and construction. The local communities employ management practices such as thinning, pruning and protection. The relative presence of high number of edible wild fruit bearing tree species in the study area is a good indicator of biodiversity conservation for food and nutrition and medicinal plants which needs good effort of in-situ conservation and applying of appropriate management practices.

We make use of the mean filed theory based on the time dependent Gross-Pitaevskii equation which describes the main features of Bose-Einstein condensation. We investigate and discuss the density profiles and the ground state properties of a trapped condensate confined in harmonic trap. We found out that in an attractive interaction, the gas tends to increase its central density in order to lower the interaction energy.

Issues of unwarranted killings, insurgency, raping, domestic violence, kidnapping, armed banditry, broad day light robbery, cultism, human trafficking drug addiction, thuggery and so on which make our environment unsafe are common sights in Nigeria today. These crimes are at an alarming rate to the extent that they pose sleepless nights to most communities, government and other relevant authorities in Nigeria. While the government is making concerted efforts in tackling the menace of militant and terrorist groups like the dreaded Boko Haram jihadist, Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), movement for the emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) among others, the incessant herders versus farmers clashes, coupled with inter ethnic conflicts, are threatening the fragile peace of the nation. It is against this backdrop that this paper explores Theatre for Development (TfD) as an avenue for fostering security in the Nigeria state. Theatre for development (TfD) is a genre of theatrical exegesis that stresses development communication for the purpose of enlightenment through participation and critical consciousness for transformation. Theatre for Development (TfD) employs advocacy, dialogue and folk media in preparation, action plan as well as mobilization for transformational education. These are done using research, analysis and dramatization. This paper shall interrogate the causes of security challenges such as unemployment, poverty, crime, drug abuse, to mention just a few. It will also examine the effects and how they can be addressed with the aid of Theatre for Development (TfD). The paper recommends among others that communication and dialogue remain the best forms of instrument for conflict resolution in a nation bedeviled with security challenges.
