房价一直是人们关注的热点问题。近年来,全国房价的快速增长已成为制约经济发展的重要因素。长沙在房地产市场调控方面取得了较好的成效,因此备受关注和借鉴。本文采用多元线性回归模型,从人均可支配收入、人均消费支出、年末总人口、房地产开发投资四个方面定量分析了影响长沙市房价的因素。有助于把握长沙房地产市场的发展规律,为其他城市房地产市场的调控提供一定的参考依据。
