Berat bayi lahir merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan bayi baru lahir, yang mana seorang bayi sehat dan cukup bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kenaikan berat badan ibu selama hamil dengan berat badan bayi baru lahir di UPT Puskesmas Muara Tuhup. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin yang tercatat di UPT Puskesmas Muara Tuhup dengan besar sampel sebanyak 157 responden. Pada penelitian ini, uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p value 0,000, dengan p value < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan kenaikan berat badan ibu selama hamil dengan berat badan bayi baru lahir di UPT Puskesmas Muara Tuhup dan diperoleh nilai OR 59,156 artinya ibu hamil yang memiliki kenaikan berat badan sesuai IMT akan memiliki peluang sebanyak 59 kali melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan lahir normal dibandingkan ibu hamil yang kenaikan berat badannya tidak sesuai dengan IMT. {"title":"Efektivitas Model Pendampingan Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri (SADARI) Remaja Putri SMAN-1 Katingan Tengah","authors":"Triska Febriyani, Seri Wahyuni, Itma Annah","doi":"10.52263/jfk.v13i1.153","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52263/jfk.v13i1.153","url":null,"abstract":"World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2018 menyebutkan 61,16% dari 103 atau sekitar 63 jiwa wanita usia 10-24 tahun meninggal di Indonesia akibat kanker payudara. Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan penemuan tumor/benjolan pada payudara dari semula 82 orang (1.54%) dari sampel sebanyak 5.313 orang pada tahun 2016 menjadi 247 orang (1.76%) dari sampel sebanyak 14.063 orang pada tahun 2017. Kota Palangka Raya tahun 2018, dalam pemeriksaan deteksi dini payudara mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 8 kasus (0.018%) dari 444 orang sampel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik meliputi usia, tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan, diketahui rata-rata pengetahuan tentang SADARI sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dengan menggunakan aplikasi, dan model pendampingan pemeriksaan payudara yang lebih efektif dengan mengukur tingkat pengetahuan SADARI pada remaja SMAN-1 Katingan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji beda dua mean dan statistik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 remaja putri dan 30 orang tua (Ibu) dengan random sampling teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan baik sebelum intervensi 30,0% dengan rata-rata 13.17 dan setelah diberikan intervensi melalui aplikasi meningkat menjadi 100% dengan rata-rata 19.07 dan sebagian orang tua (ibu) memiliki pengetahuan baik sebelum intervensi 20,0% dengan rata-rata 12.63 dan setelah diberikan intervensi melalui pendampingan keluarga meningkat menjadi 100% dengan rata-rata 17.97. Perbandingan nilai rata-rata sesudah intervensi efektivitas model pendampingan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) berdasarka kelompok dengan selisih 1,1. Salah satu makanan yang bisa dikonsumsi saat diet adalah kacang merah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku diet dengan kacang merah terhadap penurunan berat badan pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu/quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri yang memiliki minat untuk menurunkan berat badan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Kriteria inklusi penelitian ini adalah remaja putri berusia 15-18 tahun dengan Body Mass Index (BMI) > 25. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form. Peneliti menggunakan 20 responden sebagai sampel. Data yang diperoleh rata-rata berat badan remaja putri sebelum diet adalah 56,85 kg dan rata-rata berat badan remaja putri setelah diet adalah 49,55 kg. Perilaku diet kacang merah menunjukkan 80% perilaku diet sesuai dan 20% berada pada kategori tidak sesuai. Ignorance of adolescents is one of the factors driving this increase. Thus the need for insight regarding how HIV is transmitted in order to provide assistance for adolescents to avoid HIV and its transmission to children. Adolescents are categorized as an age with a very high risk of transmission. The rate of HIV transmission from mother to child has increased from year to year. In this case, the government implements the Prevention of HIV Transmission from Mother to Child or known as PPIA. PPIA's first program was the provision of information related to HIV/AIDS to pregnant women during pregnancy checks. This study uses a quantitative approach which is presented descriptively with a sample of 97 adolescents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was afterwards presented in table form with percentages and cross-tabulations between variables. The results showed that 75% of the respondents were aged 14-16 years, with the majority having high school education (48%), working (54%), and having good knowledge of HIV transmission (71%). Good knowledge is not always directly proportional to a supportive attitude towards the PPIA program. Maternal nutritional health before and during pregnancy affects the health status of herself and the developing fetus. Pregnancy is an important condition for increasing nutritional knowledge. This study aims to determine the importance of nutrition education for prospective pregnant women. The method used in this research is library research. The results obtained indicate that prospective pregnant women who receive education such as classes for pregnant women, posyandu activities, activities that contain education on nutrition and prevention of stunting mostly have good knowledge and a positive attitude. The body uses a number of vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables as antioxidants or as a defense against dangerous substances. By consuming enough veggies, the risk of developing unhealthy cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure can be reduced. In Indonesia, fruit and vegetable consumption is still on the low side. This study sought to examine how children of school age perceived the benefits of consuming vegetables. Pre-experimental research is being done. Using the \"purposive sampling\" method, a sample of 26 grade VI SDN students in city X were chosen by answering 20 statement items both before and after taking part in counseling or nutrition instruction regarding serving vegetables to school-age children. One group pretest-posttest was the chosen research design. The \"Paired Samples t Test\" technique was used to examine the data, and the results were used to quantify the change (gain) in the students' attitude ratings toward the practice of eating vegetables. The findings demonstrated that children of school age had a different attitude about eating vegetables as a result of nutrition instruction. Because knowledge has an impact on attitudes, behaviors, and habits, it is crucial to provide nutrition education. This increase is a good result based on the country's efforts to increase the life expectancy of its population in the health sector. Adequacy of energy, nutrition and lifestyle have affected the physical health of the elderly. This research was conducted in an effort to analyze descriptively related to the adequacy of nutrition and energy for the elderly in Harjamukti District. The research method used is a quantitative cross sectional design. The research sample consisted of 100 elderly people who were selected purposively from Harjamukti District. Data collection was carried out through interview techniques using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach through a univariate test. The results showed that the average energy adequacy level for men was 48.77% and for women was 51.06% which in this case was in the less category. The average level of adequacy of macronutrients for the elderly including protein and carbohydrates is in the less category. In this case, only the average fat adequacy of the elderly is good with the percentage of men being 56.89% and women being 56.47%. In meeting nutritional needs, the family has an important role in determining children's nutritional behavior. Objective: to analyze the role of the family in fulfilling child nutrition. Methods: using descriptive quantitative research methods, using a cross section study research design with data collection techniques carried out using a random survey of 30 elementary school children. The method of data analysis was used to determine the relationship between the type of mother's work and the level of education with the fulfillment of child nutrition using descriptive analysis using the Chi square test (x2). Research Results: Mother's type of work has no significant effect on children's breakfast habits with a value of ρ-value = 0.369, but has a significant effect on the habit of carrying lunch with a value of ρ-value = 0.029. The worldwide efforts to promote health have demonstrated the significance of social media. As a result, the purpose of this study is to answer three questions: 1) the urgency of using social media in health promotion; 2) the type of social media used and its shortcomings; and 3) the role of health professionals in using social media to promote health. Search engine entries for international journals include Google Scholar, Sage Publications, and Othervier Publications. 35 journals on social media use, 33 journals on the characteristics of social media used and their weaknesses, and 17 journals on the role of health professionals in promoting health-based social media were selected from a search of 100 international publications. Social media have a positive impact on health promotion efforts, according to search results, but they also have some drawbacks, including: a lack of outreach to a passive audience, information that is false and inaccurate, a lack of interaction with the audience, and health professionals' limited capacity to use social media, which prevents program sustainability.
