Sebagai desa dengan kondisi rawan gerakan tanah, maka perlu dikaji tentang kemungkinan terjadinya longsor. Penyebab utama longsor atau keruntuhan lereng adalah menurunnya kuat geser pada bidang longsor atau meningkatnya tegangan geser. \u0000Metode Fellenius adalah metode yang dipakai utntuk menganalisis kestabilan lereng yaitu untuk menentukan faktor aman dari bidang longsor yang potensial. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan di desa Cirahab didapat nilai Faktor Keamanan yang bervariasi dengan tiga kondisi kadar air yaitu Fk = 1.3 ; Fk = 1,19 dan Fk = 0,95 . However, there are concerns over the facilities being poorly maintained and not being \u0000technologically efficient. The garden design tends to be the same as other village park, as in they don’t \u0000display the uniqueness of the region. For this reason, it is necessary to do a unique theme with a new \u0000approach. The new plan should represent a special, distinctive, intelligent plan that is able to \u0000accommodate the community’s need for an adequate public space, namely a village park. \u0000This study delves into the background for the re-design in Taman Kober, the goal is to produce research \u0000in a qualitative and accurate manner. Data collection is done in the following ways: field observations, \u0000interviews, and documentation. Afterwards, the data was analyzed using qualitative analysis \u0000and comparative analysis. Both used for the purpose of determining the ideal conditions for the \u0000village park. \u0000The conclusion drawn from the results is that re-designing Taman Kobe is a necessity. Improvements \u0000have to be implemented. Several facilities such as: a traditional children's play area, a cultural area, \u0000an educational area, and a socializing space should be prioritized. \u0000Key Words : Cultural, Taman Kober, Village Park \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Saat ini di Kelurahan Kober di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat, Kabupaten Banyumas telah memiliki taman \u0000desa yang bernama Taman Kober. Namun kondisinya cukup memprihatinkan dimana fasilitas yang ada \u0000tidak dipelihara dengan baik dan terkesan seadanya saja. Selain itu juga desain taman yang cenderung \u0000sama dengan taman desa lainnya, kurang menampilkan citra atau kekhasan yang dimiliki oleh Taman \u0000Kober. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu desain ulang dengan menampilkan tema yang khusus dengan \u0000pendekatan atau konsep tertentu, sehingga dihasilkan suatu desain baru yang unik dan khas, serta mampu \u0000mengakomodir kebutuhan masyarakat akan adanya suatu public space, yaitu taman desa. \u0000Penelitian ini membahas tentang fenomena yang menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya re-desain di \u0000Taman Kober, sehingga metode penelitian yang kami gunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Untuk \u0000pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara : observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. In order to support the planning for the construction of the chicken coop, a geological engineering \u0000investigation is needed. \u0000Technical Feasibility of Closed House Chicken Coop Development at BPU Jenderal Soedirman University aims to \u0000identify soil and rock types, analyze soil strength, potential for soil movement, analyze soil physical and mechanical \u0000properties as a result of sondir testing, engineering geological drilling at the location of the development plan as \u0000well as recommendations for the right type of foundation. \u0000The results of the investigation obtained that the geomorphology of the planned location was included in the \u0000Denudational Ridge/Sloping Hills unit, the slope angle was 8-13%, the height difference was 20 meters. Rock types \u0000consist of claystone and sandstone as inserts, interludes. Soil strength is included in the very stiff-stiff category (UCS \u0000Classification), but still has a fairly good bearing capacity, there is a lot of hard and dry soil. Hard soil layers from \u0000the results of the six CPT test points (sondir) were found to vary at a depth of 5.40-9.60 meters. The results of the \u0000N-SPT test at two engineering geological drilling points show the depth of the hard soil layer at intervals of 5-6 \u0000meters. The results of laboratory tests on the physical and mechanical properties of the soil at a depth of 3 meters \u0000resulted in the shear angle numbers: 26.05o (point B1) and 26.79o (point B2); cohesion: 0.2499 kg/cm2 (point B1) \u0000and 0.2387 kg/cm2 (point B2), the type of soil that can be interpreted is sandy soil with dense conditions. \u0000Recommended depth of foundation to be adapted to the design and analysis of building capacity. Purwokerto Islamic Hospital is a public \u0000health service facility and infrastructure located in the Purwokerto area, Banyumas Regency. This hospital is a type C \u0000hospital. The aim of the study was to determine the intensity of the lighting in the inpatient room of the Purwokerto \u0000Islamic Hospital in 2020. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews, and measurements. The results of \u0000data collection were processed by quantitative metshods. The data were analyzed univariately by analyzing the data in the \u0000table. The results of this study were that there were 3 inpatient rooms that were measured, namely: As Salam Room, As \u0000Sakinah Room, and Ar Rahman Room. The measurement results are adjusted to PERMENKES No. 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang \u0000Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. After the measurement of lighting intensity was carried out, it was found that 11 \u0000types of rooms in 3 inpatient rooms did not meet the standard of lux / lighting strength, including because of the lack of \u0000light intensity levels produced by the lights to illuminate each area of the room. Measurement of lighting intensity in 3 \u0000inpatient rooms at the Islamic Hospital of Purwokerto has a building area of 1598.65 m2 \u0000 found 50.3% of the \u0000building area, namely 802.69 m2 \u0000 which did not meet the standards. Suggestions that can be done should increase the \u0000amount of lamp power or increase the number of lamps by calculating the lighting intensity formula which results in an \u0000increase in power consumption by 68%, namely 1884 W(watt) from 2780 W to 4664 W to produce lighting intensity in \u0000accordance with the PERMENKES No. 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. \u0000Keywords: Light intensity, Lamp, dan Lux. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pencahayaan merupakan salah satu faktor lingkungan fisik yang ada di rumah sakit. In this study, the addition of rice husk ash and superplasticizer (Consol SS-8) was carried out. To determine \u0000the compressive strength of fc '45 MPa concrete at the age of 14 days and 28 days with variations in the addition \u0000of rice husk ash (ASP) 0%, 5%, 10%. , 15% and the addition of a superplasticizer (Consol SS-8). \u0000The research process was carried out at the Structural Engineering Laboratory of the Civil Engineering \u0000Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Wijayakusuma University of Purwokerto, the test object used was a \u0000cylinder, the quality of the concrete planned for fc '45 MPa which was tested at the age of 14 and 28 days with \u0000treatment before testing. This study tested the concrete with a cylindrical specimen for the compression test \u0000(diameter 15 x 30 cm) as many as 40 samples consisting of 4 variations and each variation of 5 samples. \u0000From this study, the results of the 28-day-old concrete compressive strength sample test were the \u0000highest in 5% rice husk ash variant concrete (ASP) with an average compressive strength value of fc '39.19 MPa \u0000and the lowest was in the concrete variant of rice husk ash (ASP) 0% with an average compressive strength value \u0000of 33.30 MPa. \u0000Keywords : high quality concrete, rice husk, superplasticizer \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Beton merupakan salah satu kebutuhan konstruksi untuk masyarakat modern. This port has a pier with a length of 137 m, which is used for loading and unloading of goods and transportation to and from surrounding cities. The results of the orientation in the field indicate that the port suffered heavy damage in the trestle area and a thorough assessment of the existing port facilities requires a thorough evaluation of the structural strength and preparation of detailed designs to rehabilitate the damaged marine facilities \u0000To support the evaluation of these damages, it is necessary to have an analysis related to hydrooceanography which is quite influential on these activities, one of which is the analysis of wave events in harbor waters or the open sea \u0000The results of the Windrose analysis showed that the wind coming from the south dominated the wind speed with an average frequency distribution of 4.38 m/s during observations. The significant wave height (Hs) for 10 years was 3.59 m and a significant wave period (Ts) by 10 seconds. Based on the calculation of the return period waves with a return period of 50 years, the result is a wave height (Hsr) of 5.56 m (fisher tippet type 1) method. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Wave Forecast, Wind rose wave rose, Port Agats Pelabuhan \u0000 \u0000 \u0000INTISARI \u0000 \u0000Pelabuhan Laut Agats merupakan pelabuhan yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Asmet, Provinsi Papua. Pelabuhan ini memiliki dermaga dengan panjang 137 m, yang digunakan untuk kegiatan bongkar muat barang dan transportasi dari dan ke kota-kota sekitar. Hasil orientasi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pelabuhan tersebut mengalami kerusakan berat pada area trestel dan diperlukan asesmen menyeluruh pada fasilitas pelabuhan yang ada sehingga memerlukan evaluasi kekuatan struktur secara menyeluruh dan menyiapkan detail desain untuk merehabilitasi fasilitas laut yang mengalami kerusakan. \u0000Untuk mendukung evaluasi tentang kerusakan-kerusakan tersebut perlu adanya analisa terkait hidrooseanografi yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan tersebut, salah satunya adalah analisa kejadian gelombang pada perairan pelabuhan ataupun laut terbuka. \u0000Hasil analisis Windrose didapatkan bahwa angin yang berasal dari arah Selatan lebih mendominasi kecepatan angin ata-rata distribusi frekuensi sebesar 4,38 m/s selama pengamatan dilakukan Hasil tinggi gelombang signifikan (Hs) selama 10 tahun sebesar 3,59 m dan periode gelombang signifikan (Ts) sebesar 10 detik. Measurements were carried out in 27 subdistricts in Banyumas district. With the LPJU, it is expected to increase the sense of \u0000security, increase the safety of road users and environmental lighting. There are two ways to calculate electricity bills for \u0000LPJUs, First using a KWH meter, Second using a subscription system, according to Presidential Decree No. 89 of 2002 \u0000dated December 21, 2002, by counting the number of light points without counting whether the lights are on or not. The \u0000total electricity bill for the metering system for 19 months is Rp 44,210,594, while if you use the subscription system it is \u0000Rp 73,180,590. Savings of IDR 28,969.996. The Regional Government of Banyumas Regency is right to use the metering \u0000system for the General Sudirman Underpass Street Lighting which is proven to be more efficient than the subscription \u0000system. The percentage of savings for 19 months is 39.58%. \u0000Keywords: public street lighting, saving, efficient \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum (LPJU) merupakan salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat. Dengan adanya LPJU diharapkan \u0000meningkatkan rasa aman, meningkatkan keamanan pengguna jalan maupun penerangan lingkungan. Perhitungan tagihan \u0000listrik untuk LPJU ada dua cara, Pertama menggunakan KWH meter, Kedua dengan sistem langganan, sesuai Keppres No. \u000089 tahun 2002 tanggal 21 Desember 2002, yaitu dengan menghitung jumlah titik lampu tanpa menghitung melihat apakah \u0000lampu menyala atau tidak. Total tagihan listrik sistem meterisasi selama 19 bulan adalah Rp 44.210.594, sedangkan jika \u0000menggunakan sistem abonemen Rp 73.180.590. Penghematan sebesar Rp 28.969.996. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten \u0000Banyumas sudah tepat menggunakan sistem meterisasi untuk Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum Underpass Jendral Sudirman \u0000yang terbukti lebih Efisien dibanding sistem abonemen.
