The authors describe the features of the correctional development work, the methods and techniques used; features of theatrical and design activities application to optimize interpersonal relationships in an inclusive environment are considered. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. Subject to discussion are the issues (“Digital transformation as an object of research”, “Education in the world of digital technologies”, “Digital didactics”), which are raised in current research and affect the improvement of methodological systems in the university. Attention is drawn to the methodological system for the development of information-related competence of university students, its components and implementation conditions in the era of digital transformation. The approaches to its improvement are investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of the fundamental provisions of national projects, programs, standards, and recommendations on the relevance of the process of developing information-related competence of university students; analysis of current research in the area of digital transformation in education; integration of the conceptual propositions of contemporary Russian scientists concerning the improvement of methodological systems at the university; integration of pedagogical experience in researching the process of developing information-related competence in future teacher students. Zolotova, Natalia Igorevna Efimova, Mariia Nikolaevna Pirogova","doi":"10.31483/r-43426","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31483/r-43426","url":null,"abstract":"This section focuses on issues of improving the methodology of Russian language teaching and efficiency of teaching Russian in a multicultural environment with the use of elements of spiritual (including folklore) culture in educational institutions of the Mari El Republic (humanitarian gymnasiums, secondary and higher educational institutions). The authors of the section demonstrate the features of using folklore in the main areas of activities (both class and extracurricular) of experimental network platforms (FIRO) and the pedagogical workshop (Prosveshcheniye Publishers) and conclude that such projects, aimed at the sociocultural adaptation of Russian youth and their socialization and culturalization, are extremely important in the aspect of harmonizing interpersonal and intercultural relations in the modern Russian society. \u0000By referring to several facts of traditional Russian culture in their teaching of Russian as a foreign language, the authors of the monograph (E.A. Plotnikova, M.N. Pirogova) have received a certain positive response.
