Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketepatan model prediksi pada perusahaan sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan data sekunder. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu rasio profitabilitas, yang terdiri dari Return on Asset, Gross Profit Margin, dan Net Profit Margin. Objek penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan sub sektor industri batu bara. Model prediksi ini memprediksi sebanyak 18 data perusahaan dari 32 sampel yang diuji, maka kesalahan prediksi yang terjadi pada 5 sampel data observasi. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS, penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis outer model, analisis inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Temuan menyoroti dampak signifikan dari financial knowledge, locus of control, dan self-efficacy terhadap financial behavior. This encourages the community to consistently maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings and fulfill nutritional needs to strengthen the immune system by consuming healthy food and beverages. However, the nutritional content in food and beverages still needs to be improved, requiring the support of health supplements to help meet these nutritional requirements. This research examines the effect of quality, price, e-WOM, celebrity endorser, and brand image on purchase decisions, with purchase intention as the intervening factor. The data collected from 334 respondents who consume health supplements in Batam were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research states that price does not significantly affect purchase decisions; however, quality, e-WOM, celebrity endorser, and brand image positively and significantly affect purchase decisions. Additionally, the research results indicate that price does not significantly affect purchase decisions when mediated by purchase intention. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian konsumen yang pernah melakukan keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi Shopee. Sampel pada penlitian ini menggunakan rumus Hair, yaitu . Penelitian ini mempunyai 24 indikator di mana responden, sehingga jumlah responden tersebut dianggap sudah cukup mewakili populasi yang akan diteliti. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner (Google Form) oleh responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 22. Tahapan-tahapan proses produksi yang sesuai dengan standar akan menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas yang baik. Semakin banyak produk yang dihasilkan maka semakin banyak keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh sebuah usaha sebaliknya apabila jumlah produk yang dihasilkan tidak memiliki kualitas yang baik maka produk tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai produk gagal (product defect). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengendalian mutu (quality control) pada studi kasus di UMKM Az-Zahra dengan menggunakan metode quality control dengan bantuan software POM-QM for Windows untuk mengukur risiko kegagalan produk sehingga UMKM Az-Zahra dapat menerapkan kendali kualitas pada produk bersih. Moeis","doi":"10.51805/jmbk.v5i1.190","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51805/jmbk.v5i1.190","url":null,"abstract":"Pertanian bagi masyarakat adat masih menjadi tumpuan dalam kehidupannya, namun bagi masyarakat Kanekes, Pertanian biasa dijadikan ritual untuk beribadah kepada kepercayaannya, sehingga menjadi kearifan lokal yang menjadi cikal bakal ketahanan pangan masyarakat Kanekes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal yang menjadi faktor penentu ketahanan pangan Urang Kanekes (Baduy), serta kontribusinya terhadap ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Lebak dan Provinsi Banten. Menggunakan mix-method, untuk pendekatan kualitatif kearifan lokal Urang Kanekes, menghasilkan sistem utama pertanian padi huma yang disimpan di leuit merupakan kearifan lokal yang berperan dalam ketahanan pangan, dan selain bertani berjualan madu, duren, gula merah, dan menjadi tour guide yang berkunjung ke Kanekes. Pendekatan kuantitatif memakai regresi dengan data tingkat Kabupaten Lebak dan data tingkat provinsi. Pertama, regresi panel data sebanyak 28 kecamatan di Kabupaten Lebak selama 12 bulan dari tahun 2020-2021, menghasilkan bahwa Kecamatan Leuwidamar di mana Urang Kanekes berada memiliki stok beras yang lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata kecamatan lain di Kabupaten Lebak untuk setiap bulan sepanjang tahun. Kedua, regresi berganda diterapkan untuk 4 indeks pangan (ketahanan, ketersediaan, keterjangkauan, dan kebermanfaatan) dengan data 8 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten antara tahun 2018-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep GUG sangat sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam pengelolaan perguruan tinggi dan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen modern. This study aims to determine the application of brand image through service quality in PERISAI agency marketing. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collected through observation, interviews, company secondary data, and documentation. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy of the PERISAI program provides good benefits for the community (agents and participants). PERISAI was formed with the hope that workers can have access to services for the protection programs contained in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The programs contained in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan include death benefits (JKM), work accident insurance (JKK), old age security (JHT), and pension benefits (JP). This evaluation is carried out in order to increase the number of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership, especially in the field of non-wage recipient workers. In this context, influencers are one of the strategies adopted to support marketing efforts in the industry. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the main factors influencing Generation Z's buying interest in skincare products in Batam City. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Generation Z, which is interested in skincare products as research objects and has 321 respondents. The data analysis method used is SmartPLS 3.0, with a quantitative analysis approach. The research results show that influencers who meet the criteria of attractiveness, expertise, social media influence, and EWOM influence the image of skincare brands. The image of the skincare brand also significantly influences Generation Z's buying interest in Batam City. The mediating role of brand image influences attractiveness, expertise, social media influence, and EWOM on purchase intention. However, there is a criterion for influencers, namely trustworthiness, which does not significantly influence the skincare brand's image.
