The problem of unbalanced loss of power switch tubes in the Neutral-Point-Clamped (NPC). This paper takes the single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter as the research object, proposes a loss-balanced modulation strategy for switching devices with bipolar carrier sinusoidal modulation wave decomposition, and derives the implementation process of the modulation strategy. The dynamic commutation process and loss distribution characteristics of the inverter are analyzed. Finally, a simulation model of a single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter needs to be based on the PLECS and MATLAB/Simulink platforms. Northern Europe has a relatively mature regional electricity price mechanism, which has great guiding significance for the construction of China’s cross-regional and cross-provincial power market. This paper analyzes the applicability of the Nordic transnational electricity market clearing and congestion management model in China. The cross-regional market clearing method based on Locational Marginal Prices (LMP) and the flow-based (FB) model for cross-regional transmission capacity calculation are used for dynamic price zone partitioning and management. After considering the influence of geographical location and locational marginal electricity price, a k-means clustering model is used for price zone partitioning, and all transaction between price zones can be solved by FB model. How to determine the energy price has become an urgent problem to be solved of IES. In order to overcome this problem, a modified IES operation model considering new electricity marketing strategy is proposed. In this model, the combined stochastic/robust optimization (S/RO) is established to minimize the sum of electricity exchange cost, fuel purchasing cost, operating cost, flexibility adjustment cost and renewable curtailment cost. Based on the bounded uncertainty-based robust optimization (BURO), the modified IES operation model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model, which is solved by CPLEX solver. It is necessary to conduct experimental researches on the discharge characteristics of the air gaps of the 330kV tower. In this paper, the power frequency voltage, the switching impulse and lighting impulse voltage discharge tests were carried out at Tibet. Then, the 50% discharge voltage curves of different altitude were obtained. Finally, the clearance distance required for 330kV transmission lines was also recommended. This paper first focuses on the capacity guarantee measures adopted to ensure the sufficiency of power generation capacity. The capacity mechanism suitable for China is analyzed. Secondly, capacity market mechanism is designed, including the Base Residual Auction (BRA), the Incremental Auction and the capacity transfer market. To this end, a black start model considering a single power supply to drive a variety of auxiliary machines is proposed. Aiming at the problems of high maintenance cost and great damage of EMU gearbox, the reliability and state maintenance decision model based on stochastic differential equation (SDE) and Copula theory was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the model comprehensively considers the degradation process of components and the external random disturbance factors, describes the external random disturbance by Brownian operation, and establishes the Weibull proportional risk model based on SDE. Secondly, based on Copula theory, the reliability model of component performance degradation is obtained. On this basis, the corresponding Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies are established, and the preventive maintenance strategy of components is formulated with the optimization goal of minimizing cost ratio.
