Traditional static line rating method neglect the high correlation effect between dynamic rating of overhead lines and wind power output. This paper introduces a time-sequential simulation method that considering renewable output fluctuation and line dynamic line rating to assist in determining the power system planning scheme. The methodology is applied on a IEEE RTS-96 24-bus network to evaluate the impact of dynamic line rating for integrating wind power generation. With the gradual advancement of power system reform, the potential benefits of ice storage technology application are increasing. Traditional methods for analyzing the economics of ice storage air conditioning systems tend to calculate and analyze the economic evaluation index of the system with fixed construction and operation strategies. Under the changing market environment and air conditioning load, it is difficult to accurately reflect the application value of ice storage technology. Therefore, this paper investigates a new economic analysis method that takes into account the collaborative optimization of the operation and planning of ice storage and cooling air conditioning systems. The method proposed in this paper takes the maximization of economic efficiency as the optimization objective and constructs constraints on the system operation strategy and investment plan. Finally, we build a mixed integer linear programming model which can be efficiently solved by a commercial solver. Continuation power flow method, which is commonly used in voltage stability analysis, can construct the P-V curve and calculate the maximum loadability as well as the loading margin of the grid. Thus, this paper applies continuation power flow method to evaluate the static voltage stability of power systems with different characteristics. Also, the parameters of the test systems are obtained by modifying the IEEE 39-bus system referring to the characteristics of an actual grid in a coastal city of southern China. MATPOWER is used for analysis, and the simulation results are presented and discussed. It is necessary to obtain the characteristics of VFTO to guide the insulation design of GIS and the electromagnetic protection of secondary equipment. In this work, we have designed and developed a differential impedance converter by using the compensation between poles and zeros in closed loop circuit and compared its measurement performance with a following type on a 220 kV test platform. The calibration and practical tests results showed that the low cut-off frequency of differential type has been greatly expanded, which can reach 0.1mHz, and the measurement accuracy of very fast transient signal has also been greatly improved than the following type. Thus, the differential impedance converter can fully meet the measurement needs of high-frequency transient voltage, power frequency voltage, and trapped charge voltage in the VFTO waveform. Normally, arc discharge will radiate outward high-frequency electromagnetic signals. In this paper, an arcing fault location method based on Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) signals and Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) is proposed. A mathematical model of the arc fault location based on TDOA is established. The energy accumulation method is used to capture the time difference of EMR signals reaching different sensors, and the Chan algorithm is used to calculate the nonlinear equations to obtain the estimated coordinate of the arcing fault. The results of the arcing fault location experiment show that the time difference error of EMR signals is less than 0.2ns. For V and I insulator strings of 500 kV line and I insulator strings of 330 kV line commonly used in high-altitude areas, the bird dropping flashover discharge test was carried out under rated operating voltage and highest operating voltage respectively, and flashover probability at different falling positions of bird droppings was obtained. The easy flashover scope of bird droppings on both sides of 3.5 m and 3.0 m of V and I insulator strings of 500 kV line and 2.0 m of I insulator strings of 330 kV line is determined. According to the structural characteristics of tangent towers and tension towers on AC line, the layout scope and measures of bird thorn and thorn plate are put forward. In this paper, a fault diagnosis method of stator windings short circuit for variable speed pumped storage unit based on Park transform. During the normal operation of the variable speed pumped storage unit, the vector trajectory of the stator side current Park transform result is approximately a standard circle. When a fault occurs, the vector trajectory will become an ellipse. On this basis, the stator winding short-circuit fault is judged according to the variation degree of vector trajectory. Firstly, this paper analyzed the mathematical model of flexible load, and then took the minimum loss of system network as the objective function, and constructed the network reconstruction model with power flow equality constraints, node voltage constraints, branch capacity constraints and flexible load regulation range as the constraints. Aiming at the problem of distribution network fault reconstruction, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed, which was applied to ADN fault reconstruction. Through simulation comparison, it was verified that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm has faster convergence speed and the ability of local optimal solution was proposed. Through the example analysis of the improved IEEE33 node distribution system, the advantages of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in distribution network reconfiguration were verified.
