The result of this research is that are faced the students are found the difficulties. There are in an attention in learning process, students still little in vocabulary, students are doesn’t brave and confident in speak directly when they in online class, the students are faced the unstable signal when they in online class.The researcher will give some appropriate strategy. Firstly, based on the students’ difficulties. For difficulty in speaking teaching with ERT, students need to pay attention to and learn in a social media, such as Whatsapp, Zoom, Google Classroom and soon. So, students need to master in speaking context to make it easier to speak in english. Especially in pronounciation and grammar, students must understand how to use pronounciation correctly and adequately according to their function. For difficulty in limited vocabulary, students must master the vocabulary to help students in speaking without repeating the same words and delivering clear ideas. Worksheets are tested for validity, prakticalitity and effectiveness in learning. Questionnaires were used to measure the level of validity and practicality. Effectiveness was measured using the test. The percentage was calculated to see the level of validity and practicality. The test result were analyzed using t-test. The results showed that contextual-based worksheets were valid, practical and effective. The problem behind this research is the low learning outcomes of class VII C students during PTS (Middle Semester Assessment) 1 and it made the class with the lowest average math score. \u0000This research is a classroom action research with research stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research data obtained through written tests, student worksheets, observation, questionnaires, field notes and documentation. \u0000The results of descriptive research analysis showed an increase in student learning outcomes for class VII C Junior High School State 1 Pringapus through the TAI type cooperative learning model on data presentation material. Improved learning outcomes can be known through the evaluation results in each cycle. In the first cycle, the mastery of students was 52,94% or 18 students who completed with an average learning outcome of 79,85 and in the second cycle the number of learning mastery increased to 82,35% or 28 students with an average learning outcome of 87,79. Unfortunately, students' learning enthusiasm remains low at SMKN 1 Ponorogo, particularly in class X of the BDP major. It was shown by the observation result that there were 35% of students accessed applications other than e-learning during the learning process, such as opening the Tik Tok, Instagram, and Snack Video applications. Also, 20% of students were chatting with their friends about topics other than the subject matter during the learning process, like discussing rising KPOP members and trending outfits. Therefore, it is necessary to study more deeply about the factors influencing the students' low interest in learning. Internal and external factors influence interest in learning. Internal factors consist of physical factors and psychological factors. On the other hand, external factors consist of family, school, and community factors. The methodology of the research was quantitative research, especially correlation studies. The techniques of collecting data are questionnaires to find out students’ motivation and documentation techniques to find out the speaking skills of the students. \u0000The writer finds 1) The students’ motivation of the English Education Department at International Class Program (ICP) IAIN Salatiga. It shows that there are 5 students or about 17.2% have high motivation level, 20 students or 69.0% have a medium motivation level, and 4 students or 13.8% have a low motivation level. It shows that the subject as an educated group has stable motivation. 2) The student’s speaking skills of the English Education Department at International Class Program (ICP) IAIN Salatiga. It shows that all students in this research have a GPA of more than 3.50. They are 4 students who have a 3.75 speaking score and 25 students have a 4.00 speaking score, so all students have a “Cumlaude” predicate. It shows that the students have high speaking skills in English. 3) There is no significant correlation between motivation and students’ speaking skills in the English Education Department at the International Class Program (ICP) of IAIN Salatiga. This study aims to: (1) describe the self-efficacy of Mathematics Education students in the differential calculus course; (2) analyze the effect of the self-efficacy of Mathematics Education students on learning outcomes in the differential calculus course. This research is a survey research with a descriptive quantitative approach. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, namely class C differential calculus with a sample of 22 students. The instruments used in this study were test questions and self-efficacy questionnaires. The results showed that in general students self-efficacy was in the moderate category, with details of 18% in the high category (H), 59% in the medium category (M), and 23% in the low category (L). Data sources consist of primary and secondary data sources. The primary sources obtained by the researcher were the results of interviews with the head of the madrasa, the waka of the curriculum, the inclusive coordinator and the special assistant teacher. Secondary sources obtained by researchers were the profile of MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura and documents related to inclusive education. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. For validation the data used triangulation method. \u0000 The results of the study concluded that (1) the inclusive education planning process at MI Muhammadiyah Kartasura Special Program, starting from determining the quota for children with special needs, assessment, determining Special Assistant Teachers (GPK) and making Individual Learning Programs (PPI). (2) The implementation of inclusive education at MI Muhammadiyah Kartasura Special Program, uses 2 models, namely the full inclusion model in class (full inclusion) and a model of inclusion outside the classroom (pull out) by implementing a modified revised 2013 curriculum. However, after looking at the future, many Islamic boarding schools are currently modifying their education system with various activities such as extracurricular activities. The creativity of students can grow and develop with several factors, one of which is the active participation in activities such as extracurricular activities held by the pesantren itself. This study aims to find out how psychomotor abilities can be improved through extracurricular activities and how psychomotor abilities can be applied in the digital era to produce a generation that is not only superior in religious knowledge but also excels in creativity. The research method that the author uses in this research is qualitative research. The results of the study found that active participation in extracurricular activities had an impact on the psychomotor abilities of students because the knowledge and experience gained when participating in extracurricular activities provided an increase in cognitive and affective abilities so as to have implications for psychomotor abilities. The excessive intensity of the use of gadgets makes children vulnerable to the negative effects of gadgets. The intensity of the use of gadget can be influenced by the type of parenting applied by the parents. The treatment given by the parents will affect the child. This study aims to identify how children's behavior and the intensity of gadget in authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting. This intensity is seen from aspects of parenting such as parental demands, forms of parental supervision and communication that occurs between children and parents regarding the use of gadgets. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. Phenomenology is a type of research where researchers find out by seeing and hearing the explanations and behavior of informants. Based on the analysis of the data found, it is known that authoritarian parenting has high demands on children and has many rules. So the intensity of using gadgets is low. For democratic parenting, parents supervise but sometimes give freedom. So that the intensity of children's use of gadgets is higher than authoritarian parenting. While permissive parenting, parents give freedom to children. Children and parents also rarely have time to communicate. The kenduren tradition is an example of a tradition to commemorate an event and ask for blessings through a banquet. This paper aims to describe the Pancasila values that exist in the Kenduren tradition. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by collecting information and data collected by conducting a literature study on relevant and previously existing journals. The results of the discussion, namely first, get to know the Kenduren tradition which is still preserved in Tulungagung until now. Second, the implementation of Pancasila values in the kenduren tradition in the form of the values of harmony between fellow religious communities in accordance with the first principle of Pancasila, helping each other in the second principle, mutual cooperation in the third principle, not discriminating against each other in the fourth principle, togetherness and kinship in the fifth principle.
