The research was conducted at the PGMI FITK Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The method used is a mix method. The data sources come from the RPS document, studies on scouting theory and observations during lectures. The results show that the benefits of this course include being able to teach exemplary, train leadership, train discipline, improve soft skills and hard skills, and provide provisions for teaching materials for prospective MI/SD teachers. It was a descriptive qualitative research. The main informants of this research were 2 guidance and counseling teachers, and 4 students who experienced learning difficulties during the covid-19 pandemic and the additional informants were 2 homeroom teachers. Interview and documentation techniques were used for collecting the data. The data were analyzed descriptively. The findings of this research showed that 1) the role of guidance and counseling teachers in resolving student learning difficulties during the covid-19 pandemic: a) calling students to conduct individual counseling for students who experienced learning difficulties during the covid-19 pandemic, b) facilitating students in getting free internet quota during the covid-19 Pandemic, c) collaborating the subject and homeroom teachers in resolving student learning difficulties during the covid-19 pandemic. The supporting factors were a) students had the intentions and desire to change to be better, b) peers participation in helping students who experienced learning difficulties. Kegiatan penelitian dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat dilakukan melalui laboratorium IPA atau di tingkat SMA/Sederajat dibagi menjadi tiga laboratorium, yaitu laboratorium kimia, fisika dan biologi. Laboratorium merupakan tempat yang digunakan untuk pengamatan, percobaan, serta pengujian konsep pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dilengkapi berbagai fasilitas alat dan bahan untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Laboratorium IPA yang baik adalah laboratorium yang memiliki sarana, prasarana, serta manajemen yang baik dan teratur. Akan tetapi, beberapa sekolah belum melakukan manajemen laboratorium secara maksimal, sehingga dapat menyebabkan pembelajaran IPA dalam rangkan membuktikan konsep ilmiah mengalami beberapa kendala bahkan tidak jarang menimbulkan bahaya reaksi bahan kimia tertentu. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting diadakan manajemen laboratorium di sekolah dengan baik agar dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran dan terhindar dari bahaya reaksi kimia tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis secara kualitatif manajemen laboratorium kimia dan biologi di SMAN 1 Geger Madiun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap narasumber dan data yang didapatkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. At Raudhatul Athfal (RA), the Head of RA is tasked with carrying out managerial and administrative functions aimed at facilitating the growth and development of children, as well as acting as a motivator and teacher creativity builder.,The success of a leader is determined by the competence of the leader and cooperation between the leader and the teacher. The head of the RA, is usually the owner of the relevant RA institution, so he tends to have absolute power. The leadership that is mostly done in RA institutions tends to be unidirectional. In addition, the head of RA's self-development is less than optimal, because he feels that the routine style he does seems to be the best. One form of leadership that opens a collaboration space between teachers and the Head of RA and can develop himself or herself as the head of the RA is holistic leadership. A holistic understanding of leadership is characterized by “Three S ; Self, Spirit and Service”. Each represents three overarching dimensions of holistic leadership, there are: Self Leadership, Authentic Leadership and Legacy Leadership. In adition the holistic leadership model is very well carried out by the head of the RA because here the priority is the change from the head of the RA itself which will be followed by the teacher so that the condition of the institution becomes better. The population in this study was class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran for the academic year 2021/2022, class VIII-B obtained and became the research sample through a sampling technique, namely observation consisting of 34 students. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, post test tests, questionnaire sheets, documentation, and field notes. The analysis of the instrument trial used validity, rehabilitation, level of difficulty, and differentiating power. \u0000The results of this study showed an increase in each cycle, in the first cycle the students who achieved the success indicator value 75 (T) were 25 students or 73.53% with an average value of 77.15. Meanwhile, the increase in the second cycle as many as 30 students reached the indicator or 88.24%, with an average value of 86.24, and the results of the student response questionnaire showed a percentage result of 81%, which means they strongly agree/like. One of the local cultures is “Kupatan”, Kupatan is a unique tradition which is specially held during the one week celebration of Eid al-Fitr. Kupatan is very common in East Java, especially in Durenan Trenggalek and spreads to the Tulungagung area. This local culture can strengthen the ties of brotherhood between Muslims as well as non-Muslims in realizing the dream of all Muslims, namely peaceful Islam and Washatiyah. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of kupatan in strengthening ukhwah Islamiyah in the spirit of washatiyah Islam, especially in Trenggalek Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection method used observation, interview and documentation techniques for Biology and Islamic Education Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah, as well as literature review and related journals. Kupatan culture is local wisdom that can be used to strengthen the value of ukhuwah. Based on the results and discussion, Kupatan has meaningful philosophical values, namely ngaku lepat and laku papat which are the noble products of the wali songgo. This hostility occurs in the education section, where teachers and students are faced with issues that are contrary to the values of Pancasila and religious norms. Religious moderation is an effort to instill peace-loving values in students as an effort to de-radicalize religious education, especially Islamic religious education. To achieve it, Islamic religious education is present and participated in it. To explore data through various literature or literature studies, a qualitative descriptive study was conducted to find a picture of reinforcing patterns in natural religious education and to instill a peace-loving attitude in early childhood. This study found that a comprehensive, basic, or deep and ingrained understanding of the concept of peace and non-loyalty about choice but based it basically should be instilled in every child. Student scores that reached the List of Minimum Criteria for Completeness (KKM) were 23 students, 84.84%. There were 7 students (15.16 %) who had not reached the KKM. The average score of the students was 76.33. The lowest score achieved was 65, while the highest score was 85.
