Compared with traditional Receive Signal Strength Indicator, Channel State Information contains more fine grained information in the form of subcarrier. Most previous works focus on the joint indicators or complicated algorithm for better system performance, and treat all the subcarriers nondiscriminatory. However, the subcarrier suffer different effects in complex indoor environment, the undifferentiated approach might increase the complexity of the system and reduce the accuracy. To this content, we propose a light weight and effective human motion detection system from a novel perspective of sensitivity and similarity based subcarrier selection. The experiment results of an open dataset and real scenarios indicate that the proposed system is accurate and robust.","PeriodicalId":117159,"journal":{"name":"2021 6th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129935103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the inherent non-linearity of the FM signal can easily cause the spectrum aliasing of the difference frequency signal, which not only reduces the effectiveness of the radar's range and speed measurement, but also increases the risk of radar being interfered. Numerous studies have focused on overcoming or compensating the nonlinearity of FM signals, but they can only achieve the narrow bandwidth linearity, and the anti-jamming capability of the radar has not been improved. In this paper, the FM signal is modulated using the frequency hopping technology. In addition, the frequency of FMCW radar hops in an ultra-wide bandwidth, so the influence of the aliasing of the difference frequency signal spectrum on the FMCW radar ranging can be overcome. Furthermore, the anti-jamming capability of FMCW radar has been greatly improved.","PeriodicalId":117159,"journal":{"name":"2021 6th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128526239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the improved genetic algorithm, the mutation rate is increased in the early iteration to improve the diversity of offspring, and the mutation rate is reduced in the later iteration to retain effective genes. The improved roulette selection method is used to solve the problem that value of optimization objectives is large and single change of it is small. In order to improve the local search ability and computational speed of the algorithm, an adaptive genetic operator is used to dynamically adjust the crossover operator in the evolution process. However, most existing works on the rigid body based LBS assume that there are no sensor position errors, which can lead to misleading results. This paper proposes a semi-definite relaxation method, in which both rigid body sensors and anchor nodes position errors are taken into account. Since the original problem is non-convex, we transform it into the auxiliary variable based semi-definite programming via squaring both sides of range measurement. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existed works in terms of root mean square error (RMSE).","PeriodicalId":117159,"journal":{"name":"2021 6th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116503405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The noise leads the problems of poor recognition rate of lower limb. In this paper, a novel method was proposed to processing sEMG signals, named empirical mode filtering and self-enhancement algorithm with classical wavelet (ESECW), which denoises interface noise of originnl signals and enhanced the recognition rate of lower limb motions. The ESECW algorithm consist of two parts: the raw signal was first processed by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD). In the second part, the background noise of the original signal is firstly reduced with the band-pass filter, and then processed by four level wavelet decomposition to obtain four layer of high-frequency signal components which use to calculating average energy of signal. Finally, the above two processed signals are multiplied together to obtain the mixed signal. Thus, the active segment of raw signals is derived. then, the extracted feature set is input to the SVM for lowe limb motion pattern recognition. The actual experimental analysis indicate that ESECW method has good adaptability to various motion patterns and does not to set a series thresholds.","PeriodicalId":117159,"journal":{"name":"2021 6th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"235 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126823382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this paper proposes an interactive gesture feature recognition method for 3D virtual laboratory under mobile terminal, which extracts gradient direction histogram and local binary pattern features respectively, and carries out feature fusion. The fusion features include not only the gradient direction information of the local region of the image, but also the texture information, which can more comprehensively describe the gesture features. The fusion feature vector is input into SVM classifier to complete gesture recognition. Experiments show that the method of gesture recognition in 3D virtual laboratory under mobile terminal has higher accuracy than traditional methods. As the model is simple in structure, it has the advantage of fast and efficient. However, when the model is used in Chinese text classification, the accurate rate will decrease. To this end, a Chinese FastText text classification method combing Term Frequency-Relevance Frequency (TF-RF) and improved random walk model is suggested in the paper. The method makes TF-R weight choice to N-gram processed dictionaries during the input stage of the FastText model, making semantic analysis by using Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis (PLSA), and supplements to feature words; then utilizes the improved random walk model to improve the accuracy, and the improved model is more suitable for Chinese text classification.
