Regardless of the attraction of polystyrene, multiple organizations and municipalities are enduring an emerging challenge during disposal of polystyrene products and packaging. It is appraised that the products of polystyrene accounts for not more than 1% of the overall burden of landfill resources. It could be a greater health threat for humans also who are on the topmost level of food chain and farsighted styrene monomers of the plastics used in engineering polystyrene has been categorized as a potential humanoid carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and the US National Institutes of Health (NIH). As a few researchers have been published on the degradation of polystyrene plastic but the key point addressed in this review is the recognition of microbial and fungal enzymes which are known at present to be involved in polystyrene monomer plastic degradation. The major bacterial and fungal enzymes involved within the degradation reaction of vinyl side chain include styrene monooxygenase, styrene oxide isomerase, styrene monooxygenase, flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) reductase, styrene isomerase and phenyl acetaldehyde dehydrogenase. Omics”-based approaches revitalized the study of PAH catabolism by permitting for an integrative assessment of the biochemical mechanism in charge to degrade PAH including polystyrene on the polluted locations. The sample of present study was 400 comprises of both male and female (200 each) and explored their respective demographics. The study is located at Faisalabad. The Instrument used to access the life satisfaction and Obesity was the life Satisfaction Scale and BMI of the participants respectively.  Data was analyzed using different statistical techniques including repeated measures ANOVA and Univariate analysis, correlations along with basic descriptive. It was found that there is Negative correlation present between obesity and life satisfaction in students. Additionally, there is a negative correlation between age and marital status whereas there is a positive correlation between age and BMI. Additionally, the correlation analysis established a stronger negative association between Body Mass Index and Marital Status. The relationship between married status and life satisfaction is favorable but not very substantial. Results have demonstrated that there is a substantial relationship between gender, body mass index (BMI), and life satisfaction. To attain the research objective, the information was gathered using an electronic questionnaire, and Google Drive was used to collect the answers. The data were further calculated on the SPSS computer using replies from the Likert Scale. On the SPSS sheets, participant responses were compiled and tallied. The vast majority of respondents supported the use of green building materials in the construction process for a sustainable development. The data's mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values were computed. Responses from participants shown in accordance with the percentages of the data that were presented, where the necessity of conducting an energy audit in buildings was at its highest level (74.94%). The sample of consisted of 400 participants incorporating both male and females (Male 200 Female 200). Age (15 to 30 years), gender, education (intermediate to higher education), marital status (single or married), and domicile were among the demographic factors that were examined in the study (Faisalabad). The Life Satisfaction Scale, the Brief Resilience Scale, and the participants' BMI were the instruments utilized to measure the study's variables. Following data collection, the data were examined using analysis of variance (ANOVA) for repeated measures and univariate data, as well as inferential statistics for analyzing interactions. The relation between variables and was also evaluated using the Pearson product moment correlations. Descriptive statistics were used to describe participants’ characteristics.  According to the study's findings, there is a stronger negative link between obesity and life satisfaction among both male and female students after data analysis. Additionally, there is a strong positive correlation between resilience and life satisfaction in both male and female students. Additionally, the study discovered a negative correlation between age and marital status and a positive significant link between age and BMI. The correlation study established a stronger link between married status and body mass index. Additionally, the investigation discovered a bad relationship between resilience and marital status. Though not very substantial, there is a favorable correlation between married status and life satisfaction. Because of its valuable strategic location, most importantly its sea connection to the central Asian states, China and Russia which connects trade, oil and gas routs to the rest of the world through warm waters increases the importance of the country at no-match level. As every big fortune brings a trouble, this strategic importance brings a lot of troubles for the country. After world war II, Soviet Union needed to access warm waters for its uninterrupted connectivity with the world through sea routs. For that Soviets need a good sea port, the options they had were limited. Either they would connect through Chabahar port, Iran or either they would touch Baluchistan region of Pakistan. Comparatively, they found Pakistan an easy target aimed their invasion to Afghanistan as their direct neighbor and Pakistan as a weak state and a sandwich between India and Russia through Afghanistan. Besides this scenario, since the foundation of Pakistan, mismanagement at Pakistan Afghanistan border has been a reason of conflicts. A well secure and managed border can bring stability in economic and security situation of the region. After Soviet invasion, federally administered tribal areas (FATA) became the heaven of militant groups and the symbol of resistance against Soviet forces. Since that time, cross border movement of militant groups is a huge security concern for both countries. Available data also suggests that Pakistan has suffered huge economic and security costs because of the mismanagement of its western border with Afghanistan. In order to maintain peace and stability in the region, Pakistan has proposed and started construction of fences and infrastructure in 2016 including gateways for trade and cross border activities of complex socio-economic tribal system on the both sides of Pak-Afghanistan border.
