The prospects for the development of Ukraine's integration potential through the expansion of the Free Trade Agreement with the State of Israel to trade in services are highlighted. The analysis of the data taken from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine allows to consider the dynamics of exports, imports, balance of trade in goods and services between Ukraine and the State of Israel for the period of 2016 and 2021. The results show that the integration relations between the countries are strengthened primarily thanks to the exports: in 2016, the exports of goods and services – 657.0 mln USD, and in 2021 – more than 1,0 bln USD, i.e. increased 1.6 times, while the imports of goods and services in 2016 –204.4 mln USD, and in 2021 – 267.6, i.e. grew 1.3 times. In the context of the signed Free Trade Agreement, it is emphasized that the exports of goods rose by 23% in 2021, and the exports of services – by 27% compared to 2020. The balance in trade in both goods and services has been positive. The share of exports of services in all exports of goods and services of Ukraine to the State of Israel has been growing and in 2021 it reached 29% which also confirms the necessity to develop Ukraine’s integration potential by covering trade in services in the expanded FTA. The types of exported and imported services are presented. According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the main types of services exported to Israel are the services in the sphere of telecommunications, computer and information services – 232 mln. USD, or 63%, with positive balance of 226 mln. USD and transport services – 117 mln. USD, or 32%, with positive balance of 94 mln. USD. The main types of services imported from the State of Israel are the transport services – 24 mln. USD or 59% and services in the sphere of telecommunications, computer and information services – 6.4 mln. USD or 16%. The trade in services of innovative nature are also to be covered by the FTA","PeriodicalId":115867,"journal":{"name":"Actual Problems of Economics","volume":"601 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116321536","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Poplavska, Andrii Kindii","doi":"10.32752/1993-6788-2023-1-263-54-64","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32752/1993-6788-2023-1-263-54-64","url":null,"abstract":"The article analyzes the housing construction market and identifies the main factors restraining its growth. First, the author confirms that the housing construction market suffered a significant blow during the spread of COVID-19, as the decrease in construction volumes amounted to 12.4% compared to the previous year, and the second, more massive pressure was felt by the market after the start of armed warfare in Ukraine (a drop of almost 50%). It was determined that despite rather attractive mortgage lending conditions, the housing market is not experiencing a significant recovery. Secondly, in the regional context, such changes were uneven, for example, during the \"covid\" period, some regions managed to maintain positive dynamics, such as Poltava and Vinnytsia regions, where the growth was more than 25%, while some regions, on the contrary, \"fell rapidly\", losing up to 30% of housing construction volumes compared to the previous year (for example, Luhansk region - the fall was more than 60%). At the same time, the correlation between the volume of housing construction and the gross regional product per capita, which were adjusted for the price index, was confirmed, but there is a basic level of income that should ensure \"objective quality\" of living for households so that they can invest in housing construction. The study shows that, in addition to household incomes, there are other important factors that can become demotivators for the state and dynamics of the housing market. These include the ability of the state and the banking and financial sector to freely dispose of significant amounts of free funds that can be used for construction. At the same time, the risks of economic instability limit the investment potential of the financial institution (as evidenced by the low activity of citizens in participating in the eHouse program). In addition, economic instability has a significant impact on the development ofconstruction. Thus, it was noted that the greater the fluctuations, the worse the results of the industry. Therefore, the key factors restraining the positive dynamics of this market are the following:low investment capacity of the population, economic instability, external factors (the war factor) and expectations of market participants. Demonstrating the differentiation of indicators of development of the housing construction market by region, it is stated that there has been a change in the \"landscape\" of growth centers - the western regions of Ukraine have been included in them, which is associated with migration processes (relocation of internally displaced persons), and thus contributes to the restoration of the growth rate of the housing construction market in these regions. Therefore, the further development of the housing market will be associated with the search for and attraction of new investors, for example, European governments, implementation of joint projects and grants to restore energy-saving territorial development","PeriodicalId":115867,"journal":{"name":"Actual Problems of Economics","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114252372","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The directions for improving the business processes of providing art services in the post-war period in Ukraine have been determined. The vision of the policy of the Government of Ukraine and the directions in which the processes in the system of providing art services should be improved have been formed. In accordance with the new realities of the external environment, services in the field of art industry depend entirely on the effectiveness of the functioning of each organizational component in the formation of the processes of providing art services. After the victory of Ukraine, new institutional approaches to improving the processes of providing art services should be introduced with the broad involvement of the expert and scientific environment. The main areas of improvement of business processes in the field of art industry should be the transformation of methods of providing art services based on the requirements of the final result; keeping regular records of cost effectiveness; establishing the requirement for quantitative assessment of qualitative results, and creating favorable conditions for domestic investors through the implementation of state financial support programs.","PeriodicalId":115867,"journal":{"name":"Actual Problems of Economics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129924717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The world's food security partly depends on the effective functioning of the domestic agricultural sector. Under these conditions, the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural enterprises is important. An auditor can assess these factors by conducting an efficiency audit. The effectiveness of this form of audit is possible only with proper planning. When planning an audit of the efficiency of an agricultural enterprise, the auditor will have a standard algorithm for it: receiving a request for an audit from the owner of the enterprise, getting to know the agricultural enterprise, appointing a group of auditors, determining the topic, goals, questions, criteria, performing a risk assessment, outlining the scope and setting the terms of the audit . And since the auditor, conducting an efficiency audit, analyzes and evaluates the effective operation of agricultural enterprises, he will take into account its characteristic features when planning. Agriculture is a specific activity, because its functioning is influenced by factors that do not depend on humans: weather conditions, animal diseases, natural disasters. The availability of specific resources (land, biological assets) is also a feature for enterprises in this industry. The variety of areas of activity of agricultural enterprises, types of products, seasonality is what affects the activity of an agricultural enterprise. That is, all this will affect the planning of the efficiency audit. In addition, the auditor should also pay attention to trends in the agricultural sector, because today agribusiness, if it prefers to develop, must be socially responsible, function in such a way as not to harm the environment, and at the same time must function effectively to obtain its own benefits. That is, the audit of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises should be planned in such a way as to take into account the social, ecological, and economic components of the environment of the audited business entity, that is, the paradigm of sustainable development should be taken into account.","PeriodicalId":115867,"journal":{"name":"Actual Problems of Economics","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134643995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept of tokenising the uniqueness of digital elements has emerged thanks to the Ethereum blockchain token standard. This type of token is associated with digital properties in the context of the value of properties as unique identifiers. This feature has expanded the penetration of NFTs in most industries. Despite this, the NFT ecosystem is still at an early stage of development, while the technologies on which NFTs are based are entering a mature stage of development. All this generates a large amount of unsystematic information, which complicates the process of analysing and evaluating NFT projects. This article identifies opportunities for businesses to use NFTs to help modernise and digitalise their operations. It also identifies the areas by which all NFT collections are grouped and provides criteria for differentiating assets by rarity. The study also identified the impact of the minimum price and the factors that influence it during listing. Based on the results of the analysis, a six– stage analysis of NFT projects was derived, which can be used to analyse and determine the rationality of further research for investment.","PeriodicalId":115867,"journal":{"name":"Actual Problems of Economics","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126809647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Modern studies define digital platforms as an electronic environment that includes a general set (list) of goods and services with a corresponding digital configuration. Examples of digital platforms are: digital music platform \"Spotify\" or \"iTunes\", digital movie platform \"Netflix\", etc. The article established that from the point of view of the economy, digital platforms are auxiliary electronic environments (markets) on which sellers and buyers buy and sell goods. And digital entrepreneurship is also considered as the process of creating a new Internet business. In the process of research, it was established that thanks to the spread of digital platforms, entrepreneurs have opportunities to stimulate innovation to create new products or services. In the framework of Industry 4.0, globalization and digitalization have created some benefits for participants based on digital platforms.
