On the one hand, the real estate management organs and enterprises deny the bubble's existence. And on the other hand, all consumers consider that there has big bubble in real estate market based on soaring real estate price nowadays. Scholars in economics also have different opinions on this theme. The paper tests the stationarity of real estate's market price time series and theoretical price time series and the conintegration relationship between the two series of Chinese 35 main cities, include 30 provincial capitals except for Lasa City and 5 cities of planning individually (Dalian, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Xiamen), by the method of unit root and cointegration test. And the test results show that bubbles exist in all of other cities' real estate market except for Taiyuan City, that is to say, the existence of urban real estate market bubbles is a general phenomena in China. If analyzing from the change trend of real estate market price latest months, we find that only few cities' market price, such as Shenzhen etc., has decreasing trend and almost all cities' market price still increase steadily, which provides an evidence that real estate market bubbles of most big and middle scale cities will keep on a period of time. We propose a model, corporate brand cube model (CBCM), to help Chinese companies in their corporate branding. The CBCM is an extension of the current corporate branding frame. It redefines the concept of the corporate brand as a relationship between a company and its stakeholders, and it constructs a cube model in a three-dimension space to explain the logics behind corporate branding. In this model, we adopt the ideas in Physics and use density and volume to analyze how to build a strong corporate brand. It is important to make right strategies for competitive position. According to trade-off theory, most enterprises can't get all competitive priorities at the same time due to their inside and outside limitations. So, enterprises should decide the orders of competitive priorities according to their importance. They will focus on the most important competitive priorities. Different enterprise has different choices, and this paper aims for a research on trade-off theory and the choice of competitive priorities in manufacturing enterprise based on it. Data used in this article is from International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS, 1993-2001), which initiated by London Business School. Because the research in most literatures is general, this paper will investigate this question with different variables which include size, country, products, process types, customer orders and market demands. Through this paper, the author tries to answer the question: what kinds of competitive priorities should be chosen by the enterprise? This question, raised by Linsu Kim in his pioneering work, has been answered by Chery Automobile and other catching-up firms in China with their superior performance. In this article we classify four distinct and complementary dimensions of an organization's technological capability by the pattern and orientation of problem-solving: duplicative imitation, creative imitation, exploitative innovation and explorative innovation. It shows that: First, the economic institution is the fundamental cause of economic growth. Second, the economic institution is endogenous. Third, whether the economic institution is efficient or not depends on the individual or the group with the control right of the economy. Fourth, the empirical analysis shows that the economic institution is important to Chinese economic growth, and economic institution transition is efficient. In the other words, in recent years, the reform of the state-owned corporation, the economic policy adjustment, Chinese reform of the Marketization is successful. Fifth, because of the civil war of several decades in 1900-1949 and the worse economy, and in 1949-2006, The market power is weak and the government is powerful in China, all this makes the Chinese economy to be in control of Chinese government, namely, Chinese government chooses the way of economy, motivating investment, and makes reform and openness. Sixth, the model of the governance model and the empirical study prove that there exists the best economic institution in the process of the economic growth, and the Chinese government governance can make the best economic growth with the goal of the economic growth, the data is that the coefficients that R2=0.99, A-R2=0.99, DW=2.78, F-statistic=0.0000 and the significance under different levels (1%, 5%, and 10%), and it shows that the economic institution can explain the growth of China's economy. Furthermore, and the economic institution has a positive contribution to the promotion of economic growth, that is, the process of China's economic institution evolution is identical to the efficient direction of the economic growth, other is that We use the control power indexes of the government, such as Marketization level, Financial Revenue, output of state-owned economy, and that the high-level fitted feature points out the government is dominate in the process of economic governance. This is identical to the fact of China's economic development.
