Abstract

This paper employs bi-level programming method to outline a multi-modal, elastic, equilibrium transportation model for strategic traffic management, in which multi-pricing scheme (bus tolling, congestion pricing and traffic pollution pricing) to optimize urban transportation are explicitly included.
